Chapter 29. A Sketch

Azura and Clavio get back in the car. Sweat drenched his body. Azura snorted annoyedly and then crossed her arms. Berto held back a laugh from seeing the attitude of his beloved daughter.

Azura was the most patient person Berto knew. Today, the snot boy named Micky and Micky can wake up the dark side of an Azura. It's just so awesome!

Azura, who realized that her father was laughing at her, looked resentfully at Berto. He narrowed his eyes then raised his chin at a glance.

"Daddy satisfied?"

"Hahaha, the end of your patience could be broken just because of those two brats! Where's your abundant patient stock?" Berto burst out while wiping the tears that came out because of laughter.

"Sister Azura is stupid! Easily duped!" tease Clavio while laughing.

Sontak Luna and Valko who had been trying to hold back laughter, finally their defense broke down. Everyone in the car laughed at Azura's attitude. After tired of laughing, they only realized that the day was getting late.

"Well, let's go on our way! I'm afraid if we stay here overnight we won't be safe!" bring Valko.

"Okay, let's continue the journey!" Berto immediately put his car back on.

After going back 10 kilometers, they were again confronted by a beautiful young man with a book in his hand. He was like the Smilodon people in general. It has a face, ears, and tail like a cat. Yet walk upright and the same height as humans.

"Let me go down." Luna immediately opened the car door and walked over to the beautiful young man.

"Sore, Brother!" greet the curly haired girl.

"Hi, I'm Luna."

"I'm Vinny, want to play puzzles with me?" ask Vinny without further ado.

"Riddle? I like!" Luna's eyes sparkled to hear that she was going to solve a puzzle.

"All right!"

Vinny walked over. He began to open the book in his deck sheet by sheet. When he reached the desired part, Vinny stopped his finger movements. He finally showed a sketch to Luna.

In the sketch, there is a picture of a graceful woman smiling. The woman had pale skin, and hair that was stroked to the shoulders. Victorian dress wrapped her slender body. Luna frowned when she saw the sketch of the girl.

"This is a sketch of a painting I've seen. So, the question is ...." Vinny smiled as he raised one eyebrow.

"Who is the person who paints, and who is the person who paints? So, what was the reason for making this painting?"

"God! How could I know? Except for the masterpiece painting of a famous painter I know! Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Vincent van Gogh's The Starry Night, Michelangelo's Creation of Adam. I know who the painter is!" Luna's chest is deflated knowing the absurdity of the riddle made by Vinny.

"If it's this painting, I think it's just you, and the painter himself, and God knows who it is!"

"Think carefully! I'll give you an hour to think about the answer!" Vinny threw the sketchbook towards Luna and the girl caught it swiftly.

Vinny suddenly transforms into an orange-haired cat and runs to the roof of the house. Luna snorted in annoyance. He took the book back to the car.

"How's it?" ask Valko curious.

"Now!" Luna throws the book into the lover's lap.

"What's this?"

"I was asked to guess who the painter was, who the painting was, and why it was created." Luna complains of Vinny's questions with her fingers.

"Basic freak! Where do we know! Unless this painting is the work of a famous person! Not all famous people know! It's weird!" exclamation Azura.

"They're really sneaky!" Berto hit the steering wheel again.

"I want to sleep! Please wake me up in thirty minutes!" luna Pinta.

"Eh, how the hell are you, Luna? Not thinking of an answer, even going to sleep?" valko asked half annoyed.

"Ck! You don't know, Val! Just do what I said!"

Luna did not care anymore about Valko who was now silent while scratching her head. He closed his eyes and focused his mind. Within seconds, Luna moved into a dreamland.

While waiting for Luna to fall asleep, Valko, Azura, and Berto examine the sketch in turn. They observed every pencil stroke engraved on the paper. However, still they do not understand because they are not lovers of painting.

Fifteen minutes later, Luna suddenly flinched. The girl's eyes opened wide and immediately sat up straight. Wordlessly, he picked up the sketchbook in Valko's grasp, and got out of the car.

"Hey, wait!" exclaim Valko.

Luna immediately ran to the street where she and Vinny had met. The girl shouted Vinny's name repeatedly. Shortly after, Vinny, who was still transformed into a cat, jumped in front of Luna. In one blink of an eye, he again transformed into a half-cat human.

"How, Brother? Do you know the answer?" asked Vinny with a cynical smile.

"This painting is by Mrs Rosella, the wife of Lord Vlad! One of the rich nobles in Flor. They are a vampire couple that is respected by other non-human clans!"

Vinny. He did not expect Luna to be able to realize that so easily. However, he returned with a big smile. There are still two other puzzles about who is the person in the painting, and the reason why Rosella made the painting.

"next question? Have you found the answer?"

"The one in the painting is himself!" luna was full of confidence.

Hearing Luna's reply, he suddenly made Vinny laugh out loud. The corner of the girl's eyes got wet because of Luna's reply.

"How can someone paint themselves? You are just there!" Vinny shook his head as if underestimating Luna's analytical skills.

"I answered him not without cause." Luna smiled obliquely, then opened the sketch of Rosella's painting.

"This frame. This is no ordinary picture. This is a mirror installed in Lord Vlad's living room!" Luna pointed at the picture of the frame that was in the sketch.

"How did you know that it was a mirror inside Mr. Vlad's house?"

"I've lived there for a while. So, I knew and memorized the location of the furniture inside the mansion!"

"Don't you be the girl Arthemis is about to get engaged to Draco!" guess Vinny while pointing at Luna's face.

"Bingo!"

Vinny stumped. He clenched his feet against the bricks while crossing. The girl began to get upset, because if she failed to prevent the party from coming out, she would get a punishment from Catz.

"There's still one more unanswered! Why did he paint himself? And how did he do that?"

"cheat! That's two more questions! Cih, how cunning!"

"Of course, don't talk too much! Just answer!"

"That's because ...."
