My body froze on the spot just after Sister Rey closed the door to her room again.
He walked towards me.
His hazel eyes did not move from me, as if he wanted to swallow me that very second.
He's approaching .. and getting closer.
Now, our distance is only one adult's span. Nervousness was clearly agonizing at me when Kak Rey's head lowered so that a warm breath hit my face that was dribbled up to look at her. Moreover, the look in the eyes of the man did not shift a bit from me. In fact, my gaze seemed to have been locked by him.
His outstretched right hand touched my still wet hair, then slipped it behind my ear. Slowly the hand dropped between my shoulder and my neck. Really, this time I was afraid if he heard how loud my heartbeat suddenly beat rhythmically.
He was getting closer, getting closer to me. Stupidly I closed my eyes when Kak Rey's face was so close to me.
"Why so long?" His question made me blink, waking from the look in his eyes that had just hypnotized me. He touched his hand to my chin, then pointed my face to the side. "I've been waiting for you since. Your clothes are there."
The heavy hand was slumped off my chin. I nodded in understanding after seeing a paper bag located on a small table beside the bed.
"I-I'm going to change clothes. Brother Rey ... come out!" I said nervously.
The man seemed to be acting ordinary. Very different from my body that suddenly weak without power. He turned around, then walked away from his room without saying a single word to me.
Fuhooh!
I breathe a sigh of relief. I rubbed my chest then.
"Thank God, the heart is safe!" I said after exhaling a rough breath.
A long-sleeved white T-shirt with cotton pants that were strangely so snug on my body was finished. Rey didn't forget to prepare underwear for me. Out of nowhere she could tell my size to the point that everything she prepared was perfectly suited to my size.
After combing my hair and making sure I look pretty neat, then I came out of Brother Rey's room. I was quite surprised that the waitress was waiting for me in front of the room. I smiled awkwardly at him.
"Miss, Mr. Reynan is in the kitchen with Mrs. Sir orders that if Miss comes out of the room, you can find her there."
"Kitchen?" many ensure.
"Come, I'll take you!" The waiter offered help again. I'm nodding. He walked in front of me who followed me behind him. Walking alone in a house this big maybe I can get lost if not ushered in by it.
"Mr Reynan is there. Does Miss need my help again?"
"Heem." I'm shaking. "Thank you."
The female servant nodded with a smile, then retreated from before me.
Slowly my feet moved forward towards the kitchen that the maid was referring to. However, my steps came to a halt when I heard Kak Rey's conversation with a woman.
"Who are you carrying?" The woman's voice sounded soft, but the question she asked scared me.
"Alea, Renata's sister." Rey replied briefly without covering it up.
"Rey, even though she's your sister-in-law, but you shouldn't get too close to her. After all Rena would be hurt if you know your closeness to her own sister."
That moment also the guilt lingered in my heart. I feel like an antagonist in Kak Rena's housewife.
The mood became quiet. Rey did not answer directly.
I tried to get closer, peeking at the little view inside the kitchen. And there the middle-aged woman whose face still looks so beautiful was staring at Kak Rey with sadness.
Rey looked down, seemed to be wondering what answer to say to the hooded woman.
"Rena's out of town. He will be busy for the next two weeks. He wouldn't mind such a small matter because his brain was already too exposed to work."
So, Sister Rena is out of town? Did Rena look for me at home?
Suddenly my feelings became unpleasant. Sis Rena has worked hard to revive the family company, but I actually married her husband.
The corner of my heart felt a pain that could not be translated. I feel sad for Sister Rena. Unfortunately the person who became the third party in the household relationship was me, his own sister.
I was too lulled into my own thoughts, not realizing that my existence was known to them both.
"Alea, since when was it there?" asked the middle-aged woman after seeing me.
