“You who?” Robert finally asked.

His eyes tried to look towards the voice of the woman who had just called his name. But he could not see, because the woman was behind a curtain of cloth thick enough.

Doctor Dimas, with the Light Ruler's eye strength he possessed, looked through the dark curtain that bound them with the woman who was looking for Robert.

He was surprised to see what was behind the curtain. “Robert, the woman has a deformed face. Maybe that's what makes him not want to be seen by anyone!” Dimas explained to Robert.

“I understand,” Robert said through his mind.

“Then, I had a few friends traveling to distant lands. Then we were scattered because of my carelessness. Although I finally managed to find all of them, except the one I got word from Leon. Her name is Silvia, dia--”

“Robert ...” The voice was shaking. Then a sobbing of tears could be heard in the quiet room.

“Silvia, is that you? What are you going through? I'm sorry I didn't look for you right away, because Leon said you wanted to settle down and marry a local guy.” Robert flocked the woman behind the curtain who he believed to be Silvia.

“Robert .. i--”

“Do not hesitate to say anything to me. You remember Doctor Chandra? He's gone. But his son I'm sure can cure you!” robert said excitedly.

“Putra?”

Silvia's astonished voice made Robert remember that he had forgotten to explain. “Ah, I forgot to tell you. We managed to get back to Jakarta. Isn't that great?” His tone is cheerful.

“Jakarta ..”

“Do you miss home?”

There's no answer. From behind the curtain there only sounds sobbing. Dimas, Robert and the two healers looked at each other.

“Are you not happy to see me? You can come with me, then meet Dean, Widuri, and Nastiti. Oh yes, son Dean, daughter of Indra, Liam and Laras, also participated in the trip this time.” Robert tried to stir up Silvia's feelings.

The crying was getting louder from behind the curtains.

Robert continued to tell about their travel plans and the mischief of their children, accompanied by the sound of crying and sometimes the sound of Silvia's laughter.

The two healers looked at each other, then smiled. Dimas guessed that Silvia had been hiding like that for a long time and was unhappy. He approached the two female healers and took them away to talk.

“You can cure our mother?” ask the two physicians who are interested.

“Not me. But the other doctor. There are many great doctors in our country,” explains Dimas. You can persuade, so that he is willing to come with us,” said Dimas.

“Close your mouth! You have too many reasons. How do you know that mom's face has problems!” a healer drew a small knife and pressed Dimas to the wall. They threatened the doctor to tell him the honesty he was hiding.

“Listen, I don't have any intention. As a doctor, I'm just trying to analyze. What makes someone hide behind the curtain."

"There are only a few possibilities. His eyes may have a problem not being able to see light. Or .... his face is deformed!” answer Dimas.

 “If his body is deformed, a shirt like this is enough to cover!” Dimas pointed to the long robes of the two healers.

“However, there is something more important for you to think about right now!” Dimas looked at the two seriously.

“What?” ask the two doctors simultaneously.

“How long have you not seen his face directly? Aren't you worried that what he's going through may now be worse than before?”

The two healers looked at each other and finally could only duck. “Mom has been locked up for the past five years. Since then we do not know what happened to the wounds on his face,” said one of them.

“Early we urge and enter this room without permission, just to be able to see the development of the pain. But Mother went berserk and made us deterred in breaking her orders again.” The other doctor added.

Dimas sees that Robert has managed to calm Silvia down. Sometimes he laughed in a hoarse voice hearing Robert's story.

“Robert, introduce me to him!” dimas said through his mind.

“Silvia, I'd like to introduce you to Dimas, Doctor Chandra's son. He is also a great doctor,” said Robert.

Dimas walked closer to the curtain. “Do you know my papa?” ask Dimas.

“Doctor Chandra is an excellent doctor,” Silvia said in a hoarse voice.

“Did he also have a hoarse voice?” ask Dimas to Robert through your mind.

“No!” robert answered quickly.

“Silvia, let me check you, yes,” refer Dimas.

“No need. I'm already quite happy to hear Robert's voice again and hear the news about all of you!” reject it.

“I heard from Robert, you used to be a medical student. I think you know very well that disease should not be left too long. Later it can only aggravate your pain,” persuaded Dimas again.

“I'm fine.”

“Allow me only as a doctor and patient. Let Robert and the others out. I'll keep your secret. I just want to heal you as much as I can, before we go again.” Dimas didn't want to give up.

“My disease is untreatable!”

“Before I see and try to treat it, then don't say can't. Maybe it was God's intervention leading us here. So that I can heal your pain!” firm Dimas.

Silvia silence.

“Only me!” promise Dimas again. This time his voice was more resolute than before.

“Let Dimas check. I'll be out for a while and say this to our team leader.” Robert supported Dimas's efforts. He went out without waiting for Silvia's permission.

“Let's go out. Let Doctor Dimas examine your mother for a moment.” Robert took the two female healers out as well. And they came out obediently. The room was closed again.

“They're out. Can I start checking you out?” Dimas is getting closer. His eyes were shining as bright as a diamond.

“No need!” Silvia still refused.

“No need to open this curtain if you don't want to. But face your face towards my voice. Then give me your hand to check."

Dimas could see that Silvia was obedient. Now he could clearly see Silvia's broken face. His heart was broken seeing that. However, his hand quickly checked Silvia's pulse as her hand stretched out past the curtain.

Dimas's forehead shriveled when he found an irregular pulse in the hand full of traces of the woman's burns.

“Did you realize that you were very sick, so shut yourself up here?” ask Dimas.
