The Adventure Of Eric (The Rescue of the Elf Princess)
Chapter 93. Opening Spell

Hakon. He looked at Gerald, asking for an opinion.

“If you don't want to help them already. Let's just go back. Don't mind those who need your help. Just let the Elf princess go. We don't know anyway. Let's go back!” bring Gerald.

“What do you mean it!” Hakon hit Gerald with annoyance. The young dragon was of no help at all.

“He is hard to persuade. So just support his wish.” Gerald kink.

“Let's go back, ancestor. And you can explain this in front of the leaders of the light nation and the elders! They must understand.” Gerald took Eric home.

“Aaaahhhhh ..!”

Eric put his hands together in one place. A streak of extremely hot blue flames, darting rapidly in one direction in the distance. Gerald and Hakon noticed that the place was immediately reduced to ashes. Both of them shuddered in horror, if it was about the Elves or themselves.

Then Eric regained his composure and the blue light all over his body began to dim. Then it disappeared completely, replaced by a brilliant golden light. He then descended slowly followed by Hakon and Gerald who were relieved.

Eric stood far enough away from the group of Elves who now did not dare to talk recklessly anymore.

“I will not tolerate anyone else insulting our nation. No other word time!” Eric warned in a loud and heavy voice. This time Hakon and Gerald stood behind, in support of his remarks.

“Please forgive us for not knowing about your ability. We have never met your nation before. Forgive us,” Prince Glenn said humbly. Behind him, his bodyguards including Randall lowered their heads full of regret.

Randal could see a very strong and large blue light being thrown away and shot to one place. Can't imagine the consequences if the blue light was sent to where they were standing. While he was standing near the ground, his surroundings were already warm.

Slowly the golden light on Eric's body faded away, replaced by a soft milky white light. Hakon was obviously surprised. It was a new light that was similar to the light that Jason and Aila had.

“Are you okay?” ask carefully. He took out a bottle of immortal water to replenish the man's energy.

“I feel a little unwell,” said Eric.

“Rest then,” advice Hakon again. Eric nodded. He sat down and leaned his back against a forest tree.

Gerald who had returned to his human body, approached Glenn who immediately asked curiously. “What happened to him?”

“He's not feeling well. So let him rest for a moment,” said Gerald.

“Good. Let's talk about the next plan, while giving him some time off,” Glenn nodded. He notices how Hakon tries to serve Eric and keep him comfortable.

“Is he as ordinary as that?” levyn asked Gerald.

“What's it like?” Ask Gerald back. He didn't understand Levyn's question.

“If it's been issued strength, so weak like that?” Levyn said the question more specifically.

“No.  He's not usually like that. I also felt a little strange seeing that milky white light appear. I think his body was injured, until the light of the treatment appeared on its own.” Gerald watched Eric leaning against the tree, shrouded in a soft milky white light.

“Ah, I remember now. The female healer of your group also has such light, while inspecting the bodies of the soldiers!” levyn. His eyes looked towards Eric in disbelief.

“Ya, Aila and Jason have a healing light. And now Eric is also emitting the same light. I'm afraid someone's been hurt inside her.” Gerald watched Eric from a distance.

“Do they usually have a variety of light?” ask Glenn.

“Is it common?” ask Levyn again.

“New this time. From birth, the light that appeared on his body was only two. Blue and golden yellow.” Gerald was concerned about Eric's situation. Without her, then the search and rescue plan for the Elf princess might be delayed.

Glenn, Levyn and Gerald finally discuss Eric's absence. Gerald helped a lot by giving input on the abilities of the three of them, which Prince Glenn might be able to use in searching for Princess Cristal's instructions.

“So, you better keep an eye on the capital tonight, so as not to be seen by the Orc guards,” said Glenn.

“We could have done it. It's just that, right now in the Elf capital itself there is a war going on. If here we do not move quickly, then it could be that the Orcs are returning or sending news about the war there, here or to his country. Then it is impossible for them to send additional troops or make your daughter as a bargaining chip in the war!” said Gerald.

Glenn shut up and thought again. Indeed, he should move quickly here, along with the movement in his country. But he has not even found a clue about his daughter's whereabouts. Cristal is like lost in the earth.

“Can you withhold information that may be sent via message-sending birds at the border?” ask Glenn.

“Can only. But it remains ineffective. Because the plan of the attack in the Elf country was to push those Orcs back to their country!” said Gerald.

Glenn's hands held his head. How complicated it would be like this. The Light Nation could have destroyed the capital of the Witch country. But they were worried that there were still people of witches living there. And even worse, if there's a daughter there. The most important thing was to look for the whereabouts of his daughter.

“I think brother is under the influence of magic. When I first received the news of her loss, I still sent out search spells through the air. I still found it in the wizarding country. But before long, the spell no longer worked. It just disappeared,” said Levyn.

“You should also tell me about the magic covering the air in the skies of this country,” Gerald told Levyn.

“A magic covering the air?” glenn asked his son.

“Iya. The top of the country is covered with magic. We did not find this country after passing through the air border of the Elves. Until I read the spell, then look at the border of this country from up there!” levyn.

“Where did you learn the spell?” glenn asked in astonishment. He doesn't know it at all.

“From grandma. I think grandma must know that this country is protected by some kind of magic that makes people unable to see. And grandma knows how to unscrew!” Levyn explained.

Glenn widened his eyes. “So you mean, Cristal might be covered by a magic spell, so we can't find any clues?”

“Kurasa, as it happened.” Gerald agreed.

“Then, wouldn't it be easier. Because you have her veil-revealing spell,” Glenn said to his son.

“The question is, we did not find any trace of it, which might be a reference to read the opening spell of the veil there,” said Levyn.

“That spell father's finger, in order to do it too,” said Glenn. Levyn nodded.

Gerald lets the father and son learn the spell, while he watches over the sleeping Eric. Next to him, Hakon sat down anxiously.

Suddenly the atmosphere in the place changed. From the edge of the forest near the village, it turned into a dense forest. Gerald and a few Elves, standing in a standby manner. Including Hakon whose body immediately glowed purplish all over. The young man did not wake Eric who was healing himself in a gentle veil of milky white light.

Then some strangers with swords, arrows, spears and even kitchen knives, cut their weapons on Glenn and Eric's group.

“Prince Glenn, can you please stop reciting incantations? See the results here!” said Gerald.
