Chapter 58. Resuming Travel

Dimas and Robert looked at each other in disarray. They turned to Eric, asking for an explanation.

“Means I say let's talk seriously!” Eric walked into the living room which was now turned into their resting place. Others followed in his footsteps. Robert, Dimas and Ubbe were hopeful that the information Yasmeen provided was accurate.

“So, please tell me about what you heard that,” pinta Robert.

Yasmeen repeated what she had previously told Eric.

“Do you know what village it is?”

“Not so know. But my husband said he rode towards sunrise for two days of travel. The first village he encountered was in his arms. Then he would serve the patients for a day there. Just continue the road to the next village which is a day trip away again,” said Yasmeen.

“That second village that says look at the wall of light in the sky?” insist Dimas.

“Yes! The villagers said that five years ago. Don't know if they're still there, or have gone wandering elsewhere!”

“What do you mean they traveled?” ask Eric.

“They're Beiduin tribe, nomads tribe!” yasmeen again.

“Ah .. so, it could be that the wall of light they saw was not in that small village!” Arjun concluded.

“Hei! We are not a nation of adventurers. Why don't we find out first? If indeed they like to wander, then their story might have spread to the small villages they stopped in the east!” Sofie's eyes sparkled.

“I can feel your adventurous soul thrashing!” ridicule Eric.

Sofie pouts. “Absolutely you're not interested in looking there?” tanyakanya.

“Better you guys walk morning till afternoon. The night road is still very dangerous in this desert!” prevent Yasmeen.

“Why?” ask Sofie.

“There are still many groups of robbers who roam around, ambush the caravan that is late and not too protected,” explained the healer.

“Don't worry about them. The power of one person alone can clear up one group of robbers.” Ubbe said that with a serious expression. Yasmeen wanted to disbelieve, but Ubbe's face was not like one who was lying.

“But two of your friends are still unconscious,” Yasmeen again held back Team Eric.

“Do you guys worry about us?”

Jason's voice rang out from outside the living room. Before long the two people who were worried earlier, had already entered and sat together with the others.

“How about your wounds?” Yasmeen tried to look at Jason's forehead.

“No cuts,” Aila checks Jason's forehead.

“That water belongs to the Light Nation. The source of the water came from a very distant star and is now gone!” Robert explained.

“The star is destroyed, but the water is still there?” Yasmeen.

“Because one of his thousands of springs was saved by his father!” Robert pointed at Eric.

"Is his father an important person in your group?" yasmeen whisper.

"Yes, he's the current leader of the Light Nation. It will be followed by Eric, his son!" Robert spoke out softly.

“Good, it's afternoon now. Let's get ready to go!” That was Eric's order.

All the team members were preparing to leave that afternoon. Eric was still checking on the guards and the teleportation officers.

Give them a message before leaving them.

“Dean provide this for your supplies here!” Robert pulled out a lot of fresh meat in front of Yasmeen. The young woman was surprised.

“A lot,” said.

“Don't worry about this meat. We have a large cattle farm and will not be eaten until the next few years!” Arjun could only smile seeing the shock in Yasmeen's eyes.

The Yasmeen people immediately brought the meat with joy.

“May you be given good luck on the way,” hope Yasmeen.

In the small world of the Light Nation.

“How are you feeling now?” Niken takes care of Silvia who is hospitalized.

“I .. I didn't expect we could see each other again.” Silvia was crying in Niken's arms.
