The two girls search for Jason and Hakon in the market.
“Do you guys not remember my message?” Eric's voice echoed in Aila and Sofie's mind.
“We lost Jason and Hakon after they chased a small pickpocket!” answer Sofie.
“What!”
Aila and Sofie can imagine Eric's anger. The man was very unexpected when he was angry. They know that very well. Eric's last outburst in the desert, hasn't gone from memory.
“You guys where!” eric's call echoed in Aila and Sofie's mind again.
“We are near the carpet store!” answer Aila.
“Which carpet shop? I'm not far from the carpet shop!” reply Eric.
Because they could not read the writing on top of the store, Sofie just imagined it and sent what she saw through the mind to Eric. Eric got there soon. In the back, Arjun.
“To which direction did they disappear?” ask Eric.
“We were standing there. The little thief ran this way. Jason and Hakon are chasing here too. We've searched, but didn't find it!” report Sofie.
“There is danger in a moment. You better get in my storage,” said Eric.
“How about them?” aila's eyes were getting more worried now.
“I'll look for it!”
“I'll stay with you!” Sofie insists. However, Eric nodded. Her hand quickly pulled Sofie into her storage, composing Aila.
Some people were surprised to see two girls vanish in an instant. They had already stepped up to Eric with a loud noise.
“Do you know that!” point Arjun towards the sky.
Some people followed his lead. “Sand storm!”
Loud and unpretentious screams roiled the market in an instant. Everyone ran into the shops that immediately closed their store doors. Ignoring any merchandise that is being displayed outside.
“Hakon, Jason! Where are you guys!” eric shouted to call. But still no answer.
“How now?” Arjun walked beside Eric, continuing down the city that had instantly become a dead city. Silent and all closed.
“Hakon! Jason's! Whatever happens to you right now, find shelter. There will soon be a sandstorm!” arjun's message through his mind.
Darkness suddenly enveloped the city. “Eric, we have to take cover!” Arjun is ready to protect Eric with his blue light ball. Eric was still looking right and left, looking around for Jason and Hakon.
“Eric!” call Arjun worried.
“I can feel their existence. Don't disturb! Or we'll lose them both!”
Eric moved quickly into the narrow passageways between the sand-colored stone buildings. Arjun could only follow. Luckily, all the houses and shops were closed. Otherwise, then everyone would see how they both flew low quickly between the walls of the building.
“That's them!”
Eric flew over to Jason and Hakon who were lying unconscious. Eric quickly saves the two and pulls Arjun in his circle of golden light.
Right after, tons of sand fell on their heads. Eric continued to float up through the top of the storm. Watching the city surrounded by the fort, buried in sand. Arjun was surprised to see the storm's awesomeness. The once bustling city is now turning into a small sand dune.
“How do we save them?” ask Arjun.
“We wait for the storm to pass!” Eric looked at me calmly.
His eyes kept watching the storm that was moving more and more out of the city wall. After which, the golden ball of light disappeared. Eric was moving around the city at a rapid rate. It then floated right in the middle of the city and set the wind motion to lift the sand grains that paved and stockpiled the city.
The two went down in front of the house of the physician Yasmeen. Knock on the door that is opened. The woman's anxious face left Eric speechless.
“We're okay. You can clean up the mess outside.” Arjun breaks the awkwardness.
“Oh, thank goodness you guys survived. What about your friends?” Yasmeen was looking for the man Eric said he should look for.
“Please checked. We found them passed out in a passageway!” Eric got Jason and Hakon out.
Yasmeen moved quickly to check on the two young men who were still unconscious. “It looks like they got hit hard on the head!”
Eric noticed that. There were bruises on Jason's forehead and Hakon's temples. He was relieved when he saw that the storage necklace of the two was still in place. Then his bluish-gold shining hand scanned the bodies of the two people.
“Just give this to them and let it rest for a while.” Eric handed Yasmeen a bottle of immortal water. And he drank another bottle until it was finished.
“Are they okay?” yasmeen asked curiously by the way Eric checked.
“They are fine.” Eric is sure. Then he goes to meet Arjun and gets Aila and Sofie out.
The two girls looked down with guilt. “Has Jason and Hakon been found, Uncle?” ask Aila.
“She was treated by healer Yasmeen.” Eric Sahut.
Aila ran to find Yasmeen. Leaving Sofie to face Eric alone.
“We didn't mean to violate your message.” Sofie lowered her head, not daring to defy the man's eyes.
Eric was not so angry. The man sat on a carpet and velvet pillow. He lay down and closed his eyes. Sofie, who still thinks Eric is angry, wants to get closer and persuade Eric again. But Arjun held his hand.
“Let him rest for a while. He saved this whole town that was drowned in the sand. She must be tired.”
Sofie hears Arjun's message through her mind. He nodded and went to look for Aila. He regrets not being able to see the awesomeness of Eric's abilities, as it is hidden in a storage necklace.
The next day Robert, Dimas and Ubbe were back. They brought two other Light people in charge of guarding the teleportation door at Yasmeen's place. Finally the door was moved to the treatment room Silvia who was now empty.
“We have to put our people at this teleportation door. Without them, then this door will not be able to be used!” said Robert.
“I understand.” Yasmeen.
“Do not let them starve,” added Robert again.
“Of course!” Yasmeen was slightly offended at Robert's words.
“How about my mom?” Yasmeen turned the question to Dimas.
“I hope he recovers soon. Trust me. He was very happy to meet all his friends there. You don't have to worry. He'll be back soon. Or, if Ameera comes back here, you can take turns going to visit our world.” Dimas smiled soothingly.
“Thank you.” Yasmeen is becoming calmer now.
“Let's talk about something serious,” said Eric.
“Oh, what is it? Have you found the wall of light?” robert's Shells.
“Not me, but him!” Eric pointed at Yasmeen.
“You?” Robert and Dimas don't believe it.
“No, not me. But my late husband---”
