"Ohh dancers in the NYC Ballet." I agree, I made a deal with this group, if I joined them I'd say I'm a dancer, pole dancer profession invites a lot of misunderstandings for people I do not want to make my friends embarrassed.
"Yes belerina."
"A very beautiful profession." I smiled accepting the praise from this handsome man.
"thank you. Where do you work."
"I'm an architect at Gensler."
"Ohh Gensler, I know that name." It's a big architect firm, the level is already world. Turns out he's an architect.
There are some friends who participate, with the profession that is still in the world of architects as well. My guess is if he claims to be an architect at Gensler, maybe he's one of Allison's shareholders. Or maybe not, I don't know either.
Architect.wait a minute. A few months ago we were involved to host a big party, yes as I recall it was for an architect firm. Ohh I remember there. Why can I remember him because he is so handsome.
But wait, that party I remember seeing this man surrounded by women. He didn't make a good impression at the time. Actually the people who booked our party did not have a good impression on me, well thanks to this work I have seen many people who have made themselves slaves of money in front of me. Their money seemed limitless but that was what caused them to feel too powerful, feel too great, too greedy.
But again I am only a human being who until now was unable to resist the liberal system. Even I quit my dream job for more money, NYC is an expensive city where humans are worth what amount in their accounts and money talks a lot here.
So to cover up my judgment I put a sweet face in front of him.
"Gosh, Allison why do we have to compare our boyfriends. You're a great man, the ones chasing you must be great people. I just got Francoise by luck. I honestly still can't believe she's my boyfriend till now." My words made Allison smile.
"Sara you can't say that. Francoise is a smart man, believe in yourself. He chose you for sure because he saw something about you." Now replace the one who smiled.
"Thank you Allison..."
"Nahh so much more confident a little bit, there's nothing wrong with that. I think you have white goose magic in your dance so she falls in love with a goose princess." Now I'm laughing.
"I've never had a swan role in NYC."
"All I've ever seen was Swan, the others never. I'm not a fan of classics."
I'm glad these 'high level' friends don't see me based on my savings. They trusted our friendship, accepted me in their group and gave me the confidence to confront them, and could tell that Maureen and her mother Francoise were one part human, and there are still those who hold different human principles.
But Alton here's why besides his friendly attitude I don't like him, I think there's something hidden by his attitude and his perfect face.
Maybe I can ask Thomas 'source my information' about Alton's background. Or am I going too far now?
For friends is it okay not a little curious? There may be a little hidden.
