THE BALLERINA SECRET LOVE

THE BALLERINA SECRET LOVE
Part 19's. Change The Way

I'm not waiting to call Ashley the next day. No need to wait, my resolve is already round. I can't wait two years, three years, or years.

"Asley, I want to follow you." Now I'm sitting on a hospital park bench calling her live and hoping she can arrange my training later after I finish staging Don Quixote.

"You want to come with me to LA?! Are you seriously leaving ballet? Wh why? I was tired of persuading you before?" Obviously this astonished him, not once did he take me but I didn't heed it.

"Mom's in Ashley's hospital,...." I'm telling you where I am now, what happened to the principal position I was after earlier.

"Good God, did I just meet him here. You need Sara's money, I can lend it first." He understood I needed money now.

"No, Nicholai lent it to me, he said no need to rush back, wait for me to get a salary from a new job. He said just hold it."

"Who's Nicholai?" I'm telling you a little bit about my good Russian partner.

"Alright so you're going to LA right away. What if I find you a place to live first."

"Yes. As soon as I finish the stage Don Quixote I'm going to submit my resignation next weekend is my final stage. Maybe in a month's time I'll move on. I just need Ashley's simple studio apartment, if I can share the room I want to." I won't wait any more, as soon as I can join all the good.

"I'll find him don't worry I know you want to save money, but it won't be long until you get your own paycheck I promise." He shut up for a moment, then asked me again. "Sara, does your mother agree."

"Maybe not, but I don't care because it's not the art I'm thinking of right now, you're right I'm too idealistic. What's the point of chasing an uncertain one...He won't agree, but I'm gonna lie that I'm moving to another company."

"You're sure you're not sad you can't dance ballet anymore. I'm afraid you'll regret it." I laughed sweetly.

"Ohh Sara, I feel guilty for you."

"Honestly, the thought of me not performing on stage again has made my eyes foggy now." But my resolve was already unanimous no one could change it anymore.

"Hmm well if you're determined to do so, let me know okay. Arriving in LA, I'll make you train hard."

"When I'm afraid of hard training, you don't make me laugh."

"Well, I know you can train harder than anyone, but don't push yourself okay, which is called practice so you get used to it, if there is an injury it will be difficult later."

"I'll try my best Ashley, I won't let you down don't worry."

I was relieved after talking to Ashley. I think the future can be easier. I returned to Mom's room with a smile.

I won't tell Mom the truth of course, I'll say I got a new principal contract at a company ballet in LA. He might not agree with the decision I made, but what I chose was well considered.

I won't regret it. That's what I know for sure.

Now my phone rings. Message from someone, ... Donor Sir?

"I heard your mother was sick, can I see her."
