The conversation with Sara made Francoise doubtful. The girl did not care at all about herself, she clearly said she liked Matthew, whether he lost so badly to Matthew when they were together for months.
He knew he didn't say anything, but not even one of his best friends had a relationship like theirs. Even though she didn't touch it Sara should know it was her appreciation for the girl.
Maybe when he caught up with her in Antigua he could have spoken more clearly about their relationship. Does Sara have any concerns that she might have their social strata different so their relationship is not possible.
Francoise secretly decided to follow her heart now. He doesn't want Beatrice to repeat herself. If he doesn't get his mother's approval he'll go ahead no matter what his mother says.
Francoise is now following her mother's invitation to dinner at the home of senator John McCain. He didn't want to be involved anymore, this was the last time he went to an event like this.
"Be worthy."
"I know." Senator McCain, he never knew her. "What's it in your interest is this Senator inviting you to Mom's dinner?"
"There's a businessman who wants to talk about incentives to research electric car technology, he's having dinner at Senator McCain's house later. Mr. Anthony Markson, he'll be joining his family later, too." Markson, Francoise, has heard of Markson. Where he heard it. He tried to remember it but he couldn't remember it.
"so. Alright."
"This is my daughter Maureen Markson, I heard she and your son know each other. Aides." Anthony Markson, who introduced Maureen to Francoise's mother, was greeted by Maureen with a big smile.
"Auntie, Francoise and I know very well, we're good friends, very happy to see Auntie." The beautiful girl instantly made Ms. Aides smile. Finally there was a girl who looked worthy of her son.
And just as the girl directly wrapped her hand familiarly in Francoise's arm, the eyes of both sides of the old man emitted approval while Francoise was numb. Now he's got the plague of trying to leave a lot of girls with 'good friends' plates'.
He only dated this girl twice, and even then he felt he was not the one who started but Maureen did start to see him, but then Philippe said something to him that made him stay away from the girl.
"Ahh, you're good friends. Auntie's glad she has a good friend like you. Aunty was a little worried about her she didn't find someone nice to her it turned out she found someone like you, what a fortune to know Mr. Markson's daughter." Of course he knows who Mr. Markson is, what his portfolio is, he wouldn't mind if Francoise had a partner like Maureen Markson.
"Mrs Aides, I remember now my daughter was on vacation with someone and she didn't tell me who, apparently, your son." It's gonna be big. This time he could not argue, Maureen really knew how to lock it back.
"Rupanya so. They look good on Mrs. Markson, all we can do is support them now." His mother added firewood on the stove.
"I totally agree." Mr Markson added. While Maureen clung perfectly to his arm while smiling widely.
Francoise is now in deep trouble.
