Ch.147 - Drastic Improvement
After absorbing the Space Dimension Fruit, Xiang Shin could already split apart space. By splitting the space, he could do many things, one of which was to open the door from one place to another by splitting the space.
Indeed at first glance this technique is not too different from teleportation. But this technique has its differences.
The teleportation formation required Xiang Shin to make a mark on the destination to be able to teleport, or at least his spiritual senses could reach the destination.
While tearing space, Xiang Shin could open the door to another place as long as he could remember his destination, without having to make a mark first.
But just like the teleportation formation, the farther away the destination was, the more energy was consumed.
Xiang Shin and Xu Lingling were currently looking at the World Core Demonic Land which had already become extremely pure without any poison energy in the slightest. Cai’er had absorbed all the Poison energy in the World's Core.
“Cai’er, do you want to go out or want to wait for us here? You can also cultivate.”
The pure energy of the World Core was still extremely abundant, enough for the three of them to break through to the Immortal level. So Xiang Shin had no problem if Huo Cai’er reabsorbed the World Core energy.
“I'll just wait, and I've already taken my share on this World's Core, so you two can absorb it freely, I won't wait for you guys,” Huo Cai’er shook his head slowly.
“Alright then, our Xiao Ling will start cultivating!” Xiang Shin immediately sat down near the World Core with Xu Lingling sitting beside him.
The two of them also began to absorb the pure energy of the Demonic Land World Core.

1 month passed, Xiang Shin opened his eyes with a wide smile. He had managed to break through to the late stage Half Immortal level.
“You're done Xiang Shin? Why don't you just continue until you break through to the next level?” Huo Cai’er asked after Xiang Shin opened his eyes.
“I've been able to break through to the Immortal level, but I held it back for some reason. If I break through to the Immortal level then I will automatically ascend to the upper world because it can no longer be accepted in this world.”
“Ya, a world that is stronger or referred to as the Heavenly Realm, a world where Immortals and God-powered beings reside. I don't know what's in the Heavenly Realm either, but there is arguably very different from our world!..
Then the second reason was because anyone who broke through to the Immortal level would obtain the test from the heavens, whether or not he deserved to break through the mortal boundary of becoming an Immortal!..
To get that exam I have to be out in the open, if I was somewhere covered up deep underground like this then the sky would emit a powerful lightning bolt until it pierced the ground until I could see the sky directly!..
Then last reason..” Xiang Shin looked at Huo Cai’er in silence.
The third reason was that he needed to do double cultivation first with Huo Cai’er before breaking through. By doing so he could be immune to any kind of poison and it could make Xiang Shin safer when he was in the dangerous Heavenly Realm.
If Xiang Shin broke through to the Immortal level, he would automatically ascend to the Heavenly Realm, he had no idea which land would be thrown in the Heavenly Realm, later on, for sure he will be separated from Huo Cai’er and will not know when to meet again.
If later they separated then Huo Cai’er found another man who conquered his heart then that man would benefit.
Imagining it made Xiang Shin feel unwelcome, whether he did not want other men to benefit from Huo Cai’er Divine Body or perhaps because he did not accept Huo Cai’er with other men, Xiang Shin did not understand it either.
It was definitely him who should get Huo Cai’er.
“What's the last reason?” Huo Cai’er was already waiting for Xiang Shin to explain his final reason for 1 minute more.
Xiang Shin coughed twice, “last reason, I will tell you later.”
Xiang Shin still felt awkward to say it. If it was Xu Lingling then he would not hesitate, yet Huo Cai’er.
Huo Cai’er did not ask any further, he would not feel any problem if indeed Xiang Shin did not want to explain.
“While waiting for Xiao Ling to finish cultivating, I better practice,” Xiang Shin sat down cross-legged, activating the sword marks to enter into the Sword Dimension.
