Chapter 21, First Kiss and Promise
Evening day came. Most of us have rested. I walked to my room and went to bed to keep my stamina good for tomorrow's war.
I accidentally met Anna who was walking in the opposite direction to me. I tried to greet him, but he lowered his face and walked faster. Anna's hair was thin as a spider web\flying, I'm sure that Anna kept her hair in such a way. The smell of her hair was familiar to me, fragrant and inconspicuous. But my question is, why is Anna walking so fast. I looked towards him who turned to the left, he was heading towards a wide place where you could see the star shining at night. Without further ado, I went straight to where Anna was heading.
I saw him looking at the night sky. Her tears came down past her cheeks and dripped down. At that time, I only realized that his departure would probably be something that could not be accepted by me, because I had hurt his heart. I just realized that Anna really wanted to be with me. What am I supposed to do? Did it kill Kurumi's vices and put Anna's nature into her real body? No, I can't do that. I might regret not realizing this. I greeted Anna and asked her, "Anna, what are you doing here? And why are you crying?",
"I just look at the night sky and that's what makes me cry" said Anna, wiping tears on her face. She lies. He covered up his pain so as not to worry about others. "Is that so?. You're right, the night sky is beautiful." I said,
"You know that the night sky is more beautiful than usual" Anna said,
"really?. You're really good at this." I said. I looked towards Anna. Anna just made up her mind saying that. But actually, his eyes did not look at the sky but looked down like they were looking at fate. She was crying again. I pretended not to see her and said, "You're crying again. Is this night so beautiful that it makes you cry?" I asked while looking at him, though,
"True." said Anna,
"Go to the point." I said,
"Eh?" Anna said and hurriedly looked at me,
"You.. Lying right?" My tofu,
"What's? I don't understand what you mean." he said,
"No need to make up, you made up all that talk? You're not crying because you see the night sky, are you?. You're crying because you're afraid to part with me, right?" Obviously me. Anna was desperate to make up her story again and replied to me, "Yes you were right, I made up the conversation just now. I just don't want to make you worry about me. I don't want to make anyone worry about me either.".
"Nakano's.... Okay" said Anna. "Warm.." thought Anna as she was hugged by me. "When was the last time I felt safe and secure like this?" thought. She returned my embrace. We let go of each other in 20 seconds. When I finished, I said, "Anna.. I promise to seal Kurumi's vices and put your old-fashioned impervious nature into your old body." I said,
"Eh? but it's hard" Anna said,
"Let it be. I will keep you from being lost from this world." I said,
"alright. Promise yes." said Anna,
"Yes, I promise." I said,
"You know that my name is also a pseudonym?" said Anna,
"really?" my tofu, my,
"Yes my real name is... Totsuka Kurumi is just like the rest of me." Obviously Anna,
"Then... I promise, Kurumi." I said,
"Basic.." said Anna. She pulled my shirt close to him and kissed me on her soft, moist lips. Her index finger touched my mouth and she said, "Take this as a sign of her promise~." then smiled sweetly,
"All right." I said and smiled. Kurumi was surprised to see me who was now smiling and I reminded her of Nakano Wynox. "Basic... Your smile is too sweet" said Anna teasingly and we kissed again unbeknownst to others. And that was my first kiss taken by Anna
