Ch.417 - It's Time
Xiang Shin panicked when he did not find Xiang Fei inside the house.
“And when I told him to stay home, what did he do?” Xiang Shin hurriedly came out, looking in various directions from this vast dimension of time chaos.
Xiang Shin instantly took out all of his Daony Swords to search for his daughter's whereabouts. He certainly did not stay there, he darted in a certain direction to look for Xiang Fei.
Even though Xiang Fei possessed an extremely terrifying strength, yet he was still unable to control that power. Xiang Shin had also never taught him how to fight or kill, so wandering outside was still very dangerous for Xiang Fei.
“Kyaaaa! Keep you away!”
Suddenly Xiang Shin heard the shouting voice of Xiang Fei. He hurriedly darted to the source of the voice, he was worried that something had happened to his daughter due to the yelling earlier.
Xiang Shin finally saw the existence of Xiang Fei surrounded by dozens of Spirit Beasts. The crouching daughter closed her eyes and ears while crying in the middle of the Spirit Beast.
“Dad..! Where are you? Tong Fei’er!” Xiang Fei continued to shout.
Xiang Shin moved even faster. He saw that the Spirit Beasts were just silent in a place not moving. Perhaps his daughter had subconsciously unleashed her power to stop their movements.
Since Xiang Fei was too scared, he was completely unaware of it and continued to cry. It's natural for a little girl like her.
“Fei’er! Dad came to save you!”
Xiang Shin was intending to launch an attack, but when he reached a certain distance, his body suddenly stopped moving in midair.
He can still see, think or hear, but cannot move his body, not even his eyes.

“You've made my daughter cry so don't expect to just walk away!” Xiang Shin flicked his hand, issuing a wave of wind that cut through the bodies of all those Spirit Beasts.
“Dad.. Fei’er thought he could no longer meet father.. Fei’er fear.” Xiang Fei continued to cry.
“Fei’er, what are you doing outside? Didn't you tell me not to leave the house until I got back?” Xiang Shin wiped his daughter's tears.
“I-it's because. father long time not come home. whereas father has promised to go home quickly. but after one year father still has not come home.. Fei’er so worried about something happening to dad so Fei’er came out to look for dad.”
“One year?” Xiang Shin muttered softly with a frown, “ini must be because of this time chaos dimension that made the time flow chaotic.”
“Calm down, dad is already here with Fei’er. Now let's go home,” Xiang Shin carried Xiang Fei and then carried her flying back to their home.
Upon arrival at home, Xiang Shin spent the time to win his daughter over. He sleeps with her and keeps her all the time.
Because of that incident, Xiang Shin promised never to leave Xiang Fei alone again. She would take her daughter wherever she went until she was old enough to take care of herself.
Xiang Shin continued to train Xiang Fei, until 1 year passed he had taught his daughter how to fight and take care of herself.
Xiang Shin often brought Xiang Fei out to hunt Spirit Beasts.
5 Years had finally passed since Xiang Shin adopted Xiang Fei as his daughter. Well at least he felt the time had passed for 5 years, whether it was true because the flow of time in this place was very chaotic.
At least Xiang Shin was quite confident about it since now his daughter had the appearance of a 12-year-old girl.
Even though Xiang Fei's nature and demeanor had not changed, he still stuck to it like glue and had a hobby carried by him.
Maybe he spoiled her too much. But Xiang Shin was quite certain he was also quite firm in teaching his daughter that.
