Ch.408 - Using the Xuan Body
Upon entering the wall, Xiang Shin saw an extremely long hallway ah with a door at the end. He did not immediately go to the door at the end of the hall because he saw dozens of giant statues with armor and complete weapons, lined up neatly on the left and right side of the hallway.
Xiang Shin flicked his hand, taking Xuan out of the storage dimension.
“Now is your duty, Xuan. Move at full speed towards that passageway, if it fails then go straight back!”
Without asking, Xuan shot out at high speed like a flash of light.
*BAAMM!!
Suddenly one of the moving statues slashed at Xuan until his body went into the ground. The statue raised its weapon back, intending to launch its next attack since Xuan was completely unharmed.
But Xuan had already disappeared from his place. Xiang Shin teleported Xuan beside him.
“Even at Xuan's speed couldn't directly break through. I also could not see the fast movement of the statue.” Xiang Shin narrowed his eyes, “it's certain that all the statues are on par with the Immortal Overlord.”
Xiang Shin was confident that he would not be able to pass through all of the statues despite using full speed.
“But I don't need to go through it if I can go straight to the end of the hallway instantly,” Xiang Shin smiled thinly, “you guys wait here, don't move before getting a command from me.”
Xiang Shin shook his hand, creating a space tear. He jumped into the space rips and then out to the end of the hall, right in front of the door.
Xiang Shin instantly felt all the statues move, he forcefully pushed the door in front of him but it was very difficult to open it, the door only moved a few inches even though he had already pushed it with all his might.
All the statues were already behind Xiang Shin with weapons pointed at him.
*BOOOMMMMM!!
Luckily Xiang Shin first teleported back before all the giant statue weapons hit him.
All the statues stood in the same position again.
“Master Shin, we will help,” Wen Xing prepares with the sword in his hand.
“No, you will only die if you get close, absolutely do not have the opportunity to pass.”
Xiang Shin alone would not be able to fight against a single statue, even if cooperating with his army he was not sure. What more if all the statues move then all his troops could be killed.
“Then how do we fight those statues? Looking at the statues, chances are they will not stop attacking as long as their bodies are still intact.”
“Yes, we need to destroy their bodies to defeat them. However their bodies are extremely hard, it is impossible to destroy their bodies even with my full strength attack
“But there is no way to fight them. They would be suitable as a trial of Xuan's full strength,” Xiang Shin landed on the floor, along with Xuan directly sitting cross-legged in front of him, “before that I will raise Xuan's cultivation to the late stage Immortal Lord level.”
With the jolt of energy that Xiang Shin used as usual, Xuan instantly broke through to the late stage Immortal Lord level.
“Alright, it's time to try the power of the actual Cosmic energy!” Xiang Shin had already inserted his consciousness into Xuan's body, controlling the body of the spiritual puppet.
He was very curious what if he used Cosmic energy.
Using Xuan's body, Xiang Shin pulled the Cosmic Yin-Yang energy from the two Cosmic Orbs within his body, then leaped in one foot repulsion.
Knowing that an alien creature was approaching, one of the giant statues swung his greatsword.
*BAAMM!!
Everyone was shocked by how Xiang Shin held back the slash of the giant Parung using his bare hands.
“Master Shin, how did Xuan suddenly become so powerful while only increasing one stage of his cultivation?” Wen Xing asked without taking his eyes off Xuan.
Right now no one knew that Xiang Shin controlled Xuan completely by entering his consciousness.
“You just need to see, no need to ask!” Xiang Shin lazily explained it.
Xiang Shin's words instantly made Wen Xing shut up, Shi Sou and the other higher-ups who had also wanted to ask were now undoing his intentions.
After resisting one attack from the giant statue, another giant statue attacked Xiang Shin.
*BAAMM!
Xiang Shin again resisted the attack with his bare hands.
“Using Cosmic energy increases physical strength drastically. It was fortunate that Xuan's body was an extremely hard puppet so it could withstand the pressure from this Cosmic energy!” Xiang Shin was so excited.
*BAAMM!
*SNAKE!
Xiang Shin kicked the sword of one of the giant statues until his sword broke instantly.
“I'll destroy your bodies like I destroyed this sword!”
