Ch.282 - Visiting the Xi Family
Yi Han actually managed to break through to the Immortal Ancestor level after consuming Elixir. He was really happy because reaching the level of Immortal Ancestor was his dream of a lifetime.
However, it must be kept secret from the outside world. If the Jin Dynasty found out about Yi Han breaking through the restrictions of his cultivation then the Yi Family would be more on guard later and their plans would become even more difficult.
Seeing the previous Patriarch who managed to break through, the 9 Elders who were at the late stage Immortal Emperor level became excited. They could not wait to consume Elixir as well until they could break through.
Xiang Shin also began to get busy concocting Elixir for the Elders of the Yi Family.

5 Years passed very quickly. All of the Yi Family Elders who were previously at the late stage Immortal Emperor level had already broken through to the early stage Immortal Ancestor level.
Not only did the Yi Family that Xiang Shin helped, but the Xi Family who were their allies also received help from Xiang Shin.
The Xi Family had 11 late stage Immortal Emperor level Elders who were now already at the Immortal Ancestor level. So neither the Xi Family nor the Yi Family now both had 11 Immortal Ancestor level cultivators.
However the Yi Family was clearly still stronger due to the existence of Yi Bei who was already at the Immortal Ancestor level intermediate stage.
Meanwhile, for Xiang Shin he had already broken through to the early stage Immortal Emperor level, as well as Yun Yihua. While Huo Cai’er and Luo Xian Lin were at the Immortal Emperor level intermediate stage.
Their plan to declare war with the Jin Dynasty was getting closer. The Yi Family and the Xi Family had already made war preparations.
The Yi Family and the Xi Family had already agreed that if they managed to overthrow the power of the Jin Dynasty, they would split the Central Galactic region in half to become their respective family territories.
In order for their relationship to be closer and there will be no conflict that causes war between their two families later, Yi Bei must marry the young Miss of the Xi Family, Xi Meng Xi.
Yi Bei and Xi Meng Xi had no problem with this anyway they were already childhood friends and had a special relationship of their own. Especially Xi Meng Xi who had long harbored a sense towards Yi Bei.
Well, even though now the relationship is only fiancee status only. They could not get married because the Jin Dynasty started to get suspicious of the Yi Family and the Xi Family until the Jin Dynasty started to put eyes on the two families.
If Yi Bei and Xi Meng Xi were to get married now then that would only make the Jin Dynasty even more suspicious and their movements would become more limited.
The Yi Family only had a little knowledge of something that was outside of the Tou Galaxy, only the Jin Dynasty alone had enough information regarding the outside of the Tou Galaxy as they were said to have been trading outside the Tou Galaxy.

Xiang Shin now went towards the Xi Family with his three wives as well as Yi Bei. He would take the rewards from his contribution to the Xi Family.
Upon arrival at the Xi Family, they were greeted very well.
“Kakak Yi Bei!”
A beautiful girl came flying quickly then directly hugged Yi Bei tightly. He was Xi Meng Xi, Yi Bei's fiancee.
“Sister-in-law, you are still as excited as ever,” Xiang Shin cupped his hands.
“Ahaha, sister-in-law, sorry for being late to say hello,” Xi Meng Xi laughed awkwardly then cupped her hands.
Xiang Shin had met Xi Meng Xi several times who had come to visit the Yi Family to meet Yi Bei. Xi Meng Xi was also already quite close to Huo Cai’er and the others.
“My father is in closed cultivation to stabilize his cultivation so cannot welcome you.”
“No problem sister-in-law.”
“Then let's follow me to the treasure room. As promised, you can pick up 10 items of any kind inside my Xi Family treasure room.”
Xiang Shin followed Xi Meng Xi, while Yi Bei and Xiang Shin's three wives were taken to a guest residence.
Inside the treasure room, Xiang Shin saw many rare items. He took the things he needed, of course with careful consideration.
The one that Xiang Shin took out was a late stage Immortal Emperor level Spirit Crystal with poison elements. He would make Huo Cai’er an Elixir by using that Spirit Crystal as its main ingredient.
