Xiang Fei who was the embodiment of the provisions of the universe could not make arbitrary provisions on beings who had an existence equivalent to himself.
If it is a being whose existence is beneath it then it can manipulate the living provisions of that being at will.
But if it was the life provisions of an early being, he could still change it but by manual means, could not he instantly change those provisions.

Xiang Fei started to think of various ways to keep his father from killing himself after successfully killing the Cosmic Demon God.

Xiang Fei did not go back in time or turn back time but he erased it, everything that ever happened starting from the first reincarnation never happened.
While watching every single event in the universe, Xiang Fei witnessed how the first reincarnation was born.
It also governs the destiny of an angel born simultaneously with the first reincarnation.
It was Yun Yihua who was born with Celestial White Flame in her body. It was Xiang Fei's doing.
As time went by, Yun Yihua who had fallen in love with the first reincarnation had always pursued her even though her existence was never considered.
Xiang Fei hoped that Yun Yihua could make the first reincarnation have the feeling that later the first reincarnation could have feelings as well.

Xiang Fei chose the women in each of his most striking reincarnations to recreate his existence. He also made someone who would continue to be Xiang Shin's nemesis, he was Yang Yin.
Xiang Fei was the one who made Yang Yin born in every life of Xiang Shin who later became a mortal enemy.
Starting from the first reincarnation, Yun Yihua was born then Xiang Fei prepared her as a woman in the 9th reincarnation.
In each reincarnation, Xiang Fei brought one woman to prepare for the 9th reincarnation.
Evrilia, Xu Ling-ling, Huo Cai’er, Luo Xian Lin, Qin Zhiyun, Qin Qiaoyu then in the 8th reincarnation was Han Shizu.
Xiang Fei made something special to Han Shizu where he blessed the Eyes of Time Conquerors to her.
By the time Han Shizu and Xiang Shin passed through the wormhole and met the Void Creature, It was Xiang Fei who pushed Han Shizu out of the wormhole and held back the 8th reincarnation from being eaten by the Void Creature.
