Nora looked at the sweet smiling photo of Joy in the corner of the file. He could not deny that the girl was beautiful and smart. But something made Nora suspicious. Is Joy really that sincere about being friends with Ervin? Or did he just take advantage of his closeness with Ervin to get something?

Nora let out a long sigh and closed the file. He put it on the study table and walked to his bed. He was tired and confused by his own feelings. He didn't know why he cared so much about Ervin. Isn't he just his classmate? Shouldn't he support Ervin and Joy's relationship?

Nora laid herself on the bed and closed her eyes. He tried to cast Ervin's shadow out of his mind. But the more he tried, the stronger the shadow appeared. He could even feel his heartbeat getting louder.

"Ah, this is impossible," Nora muttered as she shook her head. "Gue can't do this."

Nora opened her eyes and grabbed her phone from the nightstand. He wanted to see what Ervin was doing. He opened Instagram and searched for Ervin's account. He was surprised when he saw the latest photo of Ervin who looks very handsome.

Nora felt her breath choked as she looked at Ervin's dazzling smile. He could not take his eyes off the photo. He felt like he was bewitched by Ervin's charm.

"Ervin.lo kok getting more handsome," whispered Nora with a thin smile.

Suddenly his phone vibrates and displays a video call from Ervin. Nora was startled and immediately threw her phone on the floor by accident. He rushes to pick up his phone and looks at the screen that still shows a video call from Ervin.

Nora panics and doesn't know what to do. He had not taken a shower and his hair was still in disarray. He was not ready to talk to Ervin directly.

"****, why the hell is Ervin calling now?" nora said while pulling her hair. Unknowingly, his finger touched the screen and raised the video call.

"Hello, Brother?" ervin's voice came from his phone.

Nora screamed and put her phone on the bed. He did not dare to see Ervin's face on the screen.

"What's up, Nora?" his aunt's voice was heard from downstairs.

"No papa, Bi!" nora answered while closing the door to her room.

She was embarrassed and nervous. He didn't know what to say to Ervin. He could only hope that Ervin did not see his messy face.

"Ervin. i.." muttered Nora while holding her phone.

Nora stared at her phone screen with mixed feelings. He has just received a video call from Ervin, his underclassman who is not actually his best friend. He didn't know what to say or do. He was embarrassed by his messy appearance and by his rude screams.

"Sister, I'm sorry to interrupt" Ervin's voice came from his phone. "Gue wants to take my sister to Suropati Park. I'm here with the others."

Nora gulped and tried to smile. He saw a handsome Ervin in a white T-shirt and blue jeans. Behind him, he could see several people he knew, including Joy, the girl close to Ervin.

"Who is there?" asked Nora with feigning enthusiasm.

"Cuman was alone, but there was Joy and Giovanni, too, ", Ervin replied, revealing the atmosphere of the garden and pointing at both.

Nora felt something stab in her heart when she heard Joy's name. He doesn't like that girl. He felt that Joy did not deserve Ervin. He felt that Joy was only using Ervin for her own sake.

Nora threw those thoughts out of her head and tried to behave normally.

"Okay, I'm ready. I'll go there later" said Nora as she stood up from her bed.

"okay, Sis. Don't forget to eat first. I will buy ice cream for my sister" said Ervin with a sweet smile.

Nora felt her heart flutter when she saw Ervin's smile. It felt like there was a butterfly in his stomach.

"Ervin. lo.." muttered Nora while holding her chest.

"Wait a minute, brother. I close it first yes," Ervin said as he pressed the end call button.

Nora looked at her already dark mobile screen and let out a long sigh. He doesn't know what he should feel. He is confused with himself.

Nora rushed towards the bathroom and cleaned herself up. He wanted to look beautiful and attractive in front of Ervin. He wanted Ervin to see her as a woman, not as a sister.

Nora opens her wardrobe and looks for clothes that are suitable to wear. He chose a different outfit than usual. He wanted to try a more cute and funny style, like the one Giselle often wears.

He took some clothes from the closet and photographed them. He sent the photos to Giselle and asked her for her opinion.

"Giselle.. please help me choose clothes dong," wrote Nora in the chat.

"Gue help, Nora. But why do you want to wear a cute style? Usually you prefer the cool style," Giselle replied in a curious voice.

"Gue just wants to try it anyway. I want to play together anyway" replied Nora timidly.

"Oh... So that's it anyway.. You want to tease who? Later recognize me," teased Giselle with a mischievous voice.

"That's not it. I just want to look different," Nora denied by shaking her head.

"Jude, I believe. Okay, I give you some advice. I think you fit in a pastel brown skirt, white crop top, moka sweater, same small sling bag. It would make you look cute and sweet" Giselle said in a serious voice.

"Okay, I tried. Thank you, Gis," Nora said with a smile on her face.

"Gue doain yes, Nora. I hope you succeed in falling in the heart of the guy even though you don't know who," said Giselle with a voice of encouragement.

Nora smiled and thanked me again. She was wearing the clothes suggested by Giselle and mirrored. He was satisfied with his appearance. He feels more confident.

Nora asks her driver to drive her to Suropati Park. I can't wait to meet Ervin. He hoped that Ervin would like his appearance and pay more attention to it.

However, his hopes were dashed when he reached the park. He saw Ervin who was waiting for him there with his friends. He saw Ervin laughing with Joy sitting next to him.

Nora felt her heart break upon seeing that scene. He felt that his efforts were in vain. He felt that Ervin did not care about him.

Nora took a deep breath and tried to smile. He does not want to show his sorrow to others. He did not want to ruin the cheerful atmosphere.

Nora walked towards Ervin and his friends and greeted them kindly.

"Hello, everybody. I'm sorry I'm late" Nora said, waving.

"Hello, Brother Nora. No papa, Brother. You're not too late" Ervin said as he stood up and greeted Nora.

Nora looked at Ervin who was smiling at her and felt confused. Is Ervin really happy to see him? Or is it just a pleasantry?

Nora tried not to think about it and returned Ervin's smile.

"Lo is really cute, sister," praised Ervin while staring at Nora from top to bottom.

Nora was delighted to hear Ervin's praise. He felt that his efforts were not in vain.

"Thank you, Vin. You are also handsome," replied Nora while patting Ervin on the shoulder.

Ervin laughed and held Nora's hand.

"Let's take a walk, brother. There are a lot of good photo spots here," Ervin said as he pulled Nora towards the park.

Nora followed Ervin carefully. He did not know what Ervin meant by holding his hand. Is this a good sign? Or is it just a game? Nora hopes that this is the beginning of something beautiful between her and Ervin.
