Trapped in Love Miss Arogan

Trapped in Love Miss Arogan
101.

Charlotte looked at the row of cars that were before her with an annoyed look. The clock in his hand is now showing the time at five in the afternoon. And this is definitely the return hour for office workers. That's why the traffic is so heavy.

"Sial! Why does it have to be this long anyway?" nagging Charlotte while pressing her car horn a few times.

For the umpteenth time Charlotte sighed in annoyance. He hates traffic. Especially the traffic in the afternoon.

"I should have gone home earlier" Charlotte said, leaning her back against the back of the car seat.

Right now Charlotte chose to sit still in her chair. He knew that he would be here for a while, waiting for this traffic jam to end.

Seconds by seconds passed. Charlotte can now only sit bored in her car. There was nothing he could do but continue to grumble.

A few minutes after that, Charlotte heard her phone ringing from her bag. Someone is contacting him.

"Who the hell." he said annoyed.

Charlotte sighed lazily then quickly picked up her phone. The next second he frowned in surprise after seeing the name Xander appear on the phone screen.

Although confused, Charlotte still shifted the green button and placed the phone on her ear while peeking at the base of her nose.

"What's wrong?"

"Where are you now?" ask Xander quickly.

"On the road."

"Yes, which way?"

Charlotte raised her eyebrows. Why would Xander have to ask him this much detail? He looks like a cop who's interrogating him right now.

"Why is that?" Charlotte asked back.

"Grandfather is looking for you." said Xander sounding doubtful, for some reason.

"What?" Charlotte smiled bitterly. "Grandpa's looking for me?"

"Yes. Grandfather asked since. You're not in college. You also left from morning and until this afternoon, why haven't you arrived at the mansion. It's been almost all day."

"There's a rule that I can't go all day?"

There was a sound coming from across the phone.

"You have a photo shoot?"

"Nothing."

"Job order?"

"Not really."

"Why are you late to come home?" ask Xander.

Charlotte just rolled her eyes lazily because she was a little annoyed by Xander's question

Why is Charlotte late for home? What question is that? What happened to Xander? He looks weird. Asking him why he was late was strange and ridiculous for the young man.

"How old do you think I am?" charlotte said in a cynical tone "Why do you have to be so overdone."

"Excessive?"

"Yes, excessive. Of course." fierce Charlotte. "And you! Since when do you wonder something as unimportant as this."

"It's not an exaggeration for Charlotte. I asked because we don't go together like we always do."

"Then get used to this!" reply Charlotte flat.

Xander.

"Come on. I just want to know how you are right now. Because as you know, I'm not going with you. So I'm a little-"

"You worried?" cut Charlotte.

"Yes, more or less so."

Charlotte sneers.

"Oh, wow... Are you worried?" satir Charlotte.

Charlotte didn't mean anything. He only felt annoyed because Xander was always busy with his grandfather and almost ignored him. That's why he did this to her. Xander's insinuation. For the young man to realize that Charlotte is upset at the dismissal.

There's no answer from Xander to Charlotte's innuendo.

"Listen, Xander. If you don't want to worry. You should have gone with me. Not grandpa."

"I always go with you when you forget."

"But not recently, right?"

"And if you feel bad like this, shouldn't you always be with me. But you went with Grandpa a few times. Don't you? You're spending your time with Grandpa."

"Yes..."

"So stop worrying about me. It's something for nothing."

Xander chose to give up. He admitted that he was a bit away from Charlotte at the moment. Although it was only a while ago that she and Charlotte were spending time together. But after that he will always go to accompany his grandfather. Yes, this is because the grandfather who always called him to come to discuss about the office.

"Come on Charlotte, this is your own grandfather. And I'm your brother. Of course we'll be worried."

Charlotte was silent for a few seconds. He recalled Xander who had so many times not gone with him because he had to deal with his grandfather.

Yet another memory emerged. Charlotte closed her eyes and realized that Xander was the only person who had been by her side all this time. Sheltering it.

Is correct. During this time, Xander was the one who had always taken care of Charlotte. One time, Xander would never let Charlotte get into trouble. And if there is an accident caused by Charlotte, then Xander is the first person who will solve everything.

So, if the one who was worried was Xander, then Charlotte still understood. But this is grandpa. He still could not believe that his grandfather had to look for him just because he did not come home almost all day.

Charlotte sighed slowly. Trying to change his emotions to feel more relaxed.

"What do you need?" ask Charlotte after a few seconds.

"Huh?"

"Geez." complained Charlotte. He was alluding to how stupid Xander was just to understand his sentence just now.

"I'm asking you, why are you looking for me? What's the need?" Charlotte's words were finally understood by Xander.

"Ohh. that's so..." Xander called out to understand. "That problem, he was just worried. That's the main reason."

"Oh."

Hearing Charlotte's short answer, Xander snorted. What the explanation is only considered the wind.

"Hey, what kind of answer is that."

"You just tell Grandpa that I'll be home soon" Charlotte said without any intention of responding to Xander's earlier words.

"All right." Xander gave up. "Then I hang up. And remember, you have to be careful on the road."

"Hm." replied Charlotte then quickly hung up the phone first.

After ending her and Xander's phone calls, Charlotte just kept quiet while staring at her phone screen.

"Worry about me he said?" murmured Charlotte.

"If so, shouldn't he stay by my side."

Charlotte then grieves. "Sad, he doesn't know, because he didn't accompany me last night, Brandon was so free to meet me. You stupid fool."

Finished grumbling, Charlotte sighed slowly. Honestly, he was starting to feel lonely again. It was like there was a feeling of emptiness in his heart. He felt empty. He thought Xander was slowly starting to leave him and go with grandfather.

But in between his daydreams, suddenly he immediately thought of Justin. Somehow he thought if there was Justin here, his heart would feel fine.

Might as well...

"It's been a long time since he and I have not met."

"What's he doing now" Charlotte muttered again as she continued to think of Justin.

"Is he at work now?"

Charlotte's curious now. He wondered inwardly what the handsome young man was doing now.

For a second, Charlotte thought of calling Justin this time to ease her sense of boredom from the traffic jam. But that very second Charlotte immediately put that thought out of her head.

Charlotte throws her phone into the seat of the car next to her.

"What did I just do?"

Charlotte's eyebrows wrinkled. He shook his head slowly.

"What did I call him for? Ck, if I'm lonely, I have a lot of friends. Why even think about it."

"Currently, if you need a friend. He'll be the last person I'll call.

"I'm busy anyway. I can forget all that loneliness and replace it with a busy job." he muttered while staring at the queue of cars in front of him.

Thereafter. Time slowly passed. It's been almost half an hour since Charlotte got stuck in traffic. He was getting tired and sleepy now.

"I think I need coffee."
