At that time, the clock had shown the time around nine pm when a car was seen parked neatly in the front yard of the mansion. It was Charlotte and Xander who had already arrived at the main mansion a while ago. Since then they have not gone down and entered, but instead waited in the car.

And minutes by minutes passed quickly. Almost thirty minutes have passed since their arrival, but Charlotte and Xander have not been able to get out of their car. The two brothers really felt reluctant even just to set foot in the courtyard of the mansion.

"Lottie, are you sure you don't want to come down?" xander asked as he stared at the mansion building from inside the car.

Charlotte, the person Xander had just spoken to, did not reply.

Feeling that there was no answer from the person next to him Xander turned his head. "Lottie! So how? Are we going down or not? Ah... or do we just leave here again?"

Charlotte was silent.

The girl then turned her head. Take a look at the mansion building whose door is tightly closed. His forehead creased when he saw the building. He has a bad feeling right now.

"You're him, weren't you, Xander?" charlotte said after a long silence.

"See who?" Xander raised next to his brow confused, staring at Charlotte "Liat Mario, you mean?"

"Hm, Mario!" Charlotte nodded slowly then turned her eyes back out the window. He spread his eyes around it. Look around his car.

"I see! Of course." Xander scratched the back of his head, stiff.

"Why can Mario be here in this mansion?" charlotte muttered and looked at Xander. "Try you think, if Mario was here, wouldn't that mean Grandpa would be here too. Grandpa must have come, Xander!"

Xander nodded. "true."

"What's this?" grim Charlotte.

"I was so horrified to enter." Xander glanced back at the mansion, paying attention to the surroundings of the building. Seen some servants who had been pacing back and forth, seemed to be working on their respective tasks.

"Yes, right!" Charlotte nodded in agreement then sighed.

"So how?"

"Eitherway. If we go in there now, it's not the same as if we're going into a tiger's cage."

Xander shook his head quickly. "Don't say that, Lottie! I don't agree. It's not a tiger cage, it's a wolf cage."

Charlotte rolled her eyes lazily. "That's the same thing, Xander." replied Charlotte, who was only in reply to a small smile by Xander.

"Grandfather was terrible to me too"

"true." Charlotte nodded.

After that inconsequential conversation, Xander and Charlotte fell silent again. They did not say anything until finally a few minutes passed, but they still did not move a bit from that place.

Before arriving at the gate of the mansion, Charlotte and Xander were surprised to find Mario, a loyal bodyguard from Mr. Romanov out in a car and accidentally cross paths with their car. They were really shocked, because if Mario was here, wouldn't that mean Mr. Romanov had also arrived here.

Xander and Charlotte are shocked that they did not expect Mr. Romanov to arrive before them. At first they thought that the grandfather would definitely be there longer than them.

Charlotte then looked intently at Xander. "But didn't you say grandpa was coming home at ten? But look! It's only nine o'clock, but he's already here"

Xander glanced at Charlotte then hissed softly.

"Iss. I didn't say Lottie, but grandpa. He told me himself yesterday that he would arrive at the airport at ten o'clock tonight. So how do I know he'll be here sooner than we."

"But what is this, Xander? Look it!" Charlotte then showed me the watch on her wrist. "It's still nine, but why is Mario here?"

"I don't know either, bring it." grumbled Xander who became upset. "Obviously this is not our delay. We have come at the right time."

"Yes! It's definitely not our fault. We're not late. I'm sure Grandpa must have given us the wrong arrival time." Charlotte grieves. "Does this mean we've been lied to?"

"I think so too." replied Xander. "Grandfather must have lied to us."

"In this case, I will definitely find it difficult to avoid all the old man's scolding and lectures!"

"Call him Lottie's grandfather, not the old man!" xander's words firmly made Charlotte can only breathe out."

Xander grunts. "Hey, don't feel the most pain here. You forget, everything you've done has been my responsibility. And that means your problem will be mine too."

Charlotte is back. "Iss..can you not complain about me first? Better let's get in!"

"Within? Get inside you mean?" Xander looked at Charlotte then shook his head. "No! You better get in. I'll just get out of here and I'll come back here tonight, when grandpa's asleep."

Charlottee grunting.

"Diamond*n! So you're gonna sacrifice me?" charlotte asked cynically who was immediately answered nodding by Xander.

"I'm about five months younger than me, which means your position is that of a sister. So, my beautiful sister, sacrifice a little for me,"

"But you're older than me. And your position is big brother!" charlotte won't lose. "That means you're the one who's supposed to protect me from harm."

"Have a son! No, I don't want to!" reject Xander fast. "Denger yes, I will always protect you from danger. The vow! But, if the danger is grandpa's nagging, I won't either!"

"Yes, should I go in first?" charlotte asked with a look of annoyance.

Xander nodded. "Yes. You go in first! I'm late at night or tomorrow morning."

"Iss..Then I don't want to!" said Charlotte who immediately folded her arms in the chest and leaned her back on the back of the car seat, putting on a frowning expression.

The situation returned to silence for the umpteenth time. Right now the two of them were just sitting quietly in their respective positions.

"Yes, it's already gini. What if we go in?" bargain Charlotte who had not been able to stand the silence that occurred.

"okay!" Xander nodded immediately. "If that's what I want, we go in together!"

"Come on!" exclaim Charlotte spirit.

Xander opened the car door and then came down after closing the car door followed by Charlotte who also came down from the door next to him.

"Here's your car keys!" xander said he threw the keys to the car that Charlotte caught.

"Let's go in!" take Charlotte again.

Xander nodded. "Hmm."

Xander flicked his steps then looked back at the luxurious mansion. But suddenly he turned around and walked towards the gate, about to go out of the mansion and leave Charlotte.

"Not so, Lottie! I'm going back to the apartment!" xander was nervous.

Charlotte ran after him and pulled Xander's back collar. "Hey, where are you going, huh? Wanna escape? Basic cheater! Traitor!"

"I want to go home. Horrified! I'm going home, yeah, I promise I'll be back tomorrow afternoon to pick you up, but after it's safe."

"No!" reject Charlotte. "Not coming home! Come on, our manhunt goes inside!" charlotte said to pull Xander into the mansion immediately.

"Dead me!" xander muttered softly between Charlotte's forced pull.

After climbing a row of stairs, towards the main entrance, Charlotte then pushed the door and stepped into the luxurious mansion followed by Xander who walked behind her.

They stepped over quietly while occasionally telling passing servants to keep their mouths shut and not to tell their arrival to the grandfather.

"Charlotte! Xander's! Why are you guys sneaking around like that?" make a sound and make them both happy.
