Trapped in Love Miss Arogan

Trapped in Love Miss Arogan
32.

On the way, Xander turned to his brother. Since then the girl was just daydreaming, staring blankly out the window.

"You're not hungry? Just drink some juice!" xander asked again, trying to break the silence between them.

Charlotte sighed then shook her head. "No!"

"You sure?" Xander made sure once again.

"Knew!" Charlotte nodded briefly. "There will be a few more days of photoshoots for famous magazines. And I don't want to look fat because of weight gain."

Xander just nodded in understanding. Yes, indeed usually, when approaching the schedule of filming commercials, photo shoots and fashion shows, Charlotte will choose not to eat too much and prioritize sports. I don't know what exactly the purpose of Charlotte doing what Xander thinks is ridiculous.

But it's okay, at least the girl still wants to talk to him. This alone was enough to make him relieved in comparison when the girl was just silent and made it look like she was talking to a statue.

Charlotte and Xander remained silent for a while. They were immersed in each other's thoughts until Xander finally spoke again.

"How are you feeling now?" xander asked a little cautiously given how sensitive Charlotte was right now.

"I'm okay!" the girl replied briefly.

"Lottie!" Xander cleared his throat for a while then resumed his words. "I think you should apologize!"

Charlotte turned her head quickly towards Xander, looking intently at the handsome young man who was busy driving next to her.

"What?" Charlotte looked at Xander with her eyebrows raised. "What did you say? Come on, try repeating your words again!"

"Said you should apologize to kak~ aw... sick fool!" xander screeched as a powerful punch landed right on his head. Charlotte mercilessly hit Xander's head with her hand.

Charlotte smiled cynically. "That pain is a stern warning to you, Xander. It will remind you to always remember that we are brothers! And I'm not wrong! So don't ask me to apologize."

"okay! Okay!" reply Xander.

"We are Lottie's brothers. But Mr Romanov is our grandfather too? So you shouldn't do that hard as grandpa did you did!" xander continued to focus on the road ahead of him.

Charlotte then shook her shoulders indifferently.

"I think that's the best way to reinforce the rejection of all his orders. Why don't you seem to accept that? Do you like working in an office?"

"No, I'm cu-"

"Yes, Xander! I know for a fact that you're so obedient to Grandpa!" Charlotte glanced at Xander at a glance. "But behind that, there's something you need to remember. I'm your brother. I also need martial arts, not just grandfather."

Xander sighed slowly. He was completely inexhaustible as to why Charlotte really could not understand what she meant. "I don't want to defend you, Charlotte! But you are not in the right position for me to defend. You were-"

"Okay, no problem! I don't need a defense from you anyway." Charlotte flicked her hand indifferently. "I should have remembered that you were loyal to Grandpa."

"Hey, it's not like that, it's me"

Charlotte raised her hand, signalling Xander to stop her speech.

"Xander! For some reason, I feel your obedience to that grandfather..." Charlotte paused her sentence for a bit before continuing. "...I'm sure in the end it will definitely make our relationship move away!"

"I'm sure, someday you will definitely put grandfather's interests first, on my appeal!" charlotte continued.

After hearing Charlotte's words just now, Xander could only fall silent. He didn't want to answer any of the words that came out of Charlotte's mouth to him.

He could not deny that, because how much his affection for Charlotte, someday he would definitely obey the orders of Mr. Romanov, whatever it was.

Charlotte glanced at Xander who was silent, and it instantly made her open her mouth again. "You're not even arguing! That means everything I said just now is true, Grandpa is the number one person for you, right?"

Xander sighed then glanced at Xander. "Dangerous, Lottie! Whatever the reason, I can make sure we don't stay away from each other! We're brothers, remember?"

"Omong empty!" sergeant Charlotte sharp. "Your words are nothing but nonsense. The proof when I was with Grandpa was arguing at the dinner table earlier, you didn't stand up for me. There I could clearly see your betrayal of me and how great your loyalty to grandfather was" he said, glancing at Xander.

"You can't make arbitrary conclusions. That's called accusation!" xander's protest was unacceptable.

"Curtain! The proof is that you were able to stay quiet when Grandpa tried to take you away!" Charlotte then re-positioned herself facing Xander. "You even nagged me when I asked grandpa to argue earlier!"

Xander rubbed his face with one hand. "I told you, if you're not in the right position to defend. Worse yet, you've even snapped at Grandpa!" reply Xander.

"I'm in the right position for you to defend, Xander! Look, it's been clear our agreement from the beginning, you can get into that office the quickest is after graduation. But grandfather tried to break the agreement by taking you to the office early and he even took you by stealth." Charlotte explained straightforwardly making Xander unable to answer anything.

"Look! I was in a real position. Butwhat? You're still defending grandfather even you're mad at me because of our argument" the girl continued.

Xander sighed slowly.

He was quite frustrated with the situation at the moment. It's complicated! At least that's what Xander understands now. He and Charlotte are brothers, he admits. But Mr. Romanov was the main man Xander had to respect all his life.

Mr. Romanov, he was a savior for Xander.

"You want me how else? If grandfather has asked for something, I obviously can't possibly argue anything!" xander said with a resigned tone.

Charlotte melengos's. "Foolish with manners" he said in a cynical tone. "After all, he also did not use any manners when he casually took you away yesterday morning right? He didn't even say anything to me!" Charlotte reminded me again.

"We're in a hurry, Lottie!"

"Oh, really? So you guys are in a hurry?" Charlotte said in a mocking tone. Then he smiled cynically. "You must think that I'm stupid and can believe that reason, right?"

Xander was upset. "Here you go, we better not talk about this anymore."

"Why?" Charlotte raised her next eyebrow, "can't you accept me talking like that? You can't accept me being ugly, that old con man."

"Charlotte!" bentak Xander's.

"What?" reply Charlotte who also raised her tone of speech. "Why? I why?"

Xander broke his hair. He was alluding to himself who had just snapped at his beloved sister.

All her life, she had never used a high note on Charlotte under any circumstances, no matter how angry she was at the girl.

Xander sighed softly, trying to blow up his emotions that had gone up. "Let's stop this debate, I don't want to fight with you!"

"Yes, whatever!" answer Charlotte indifferently. "After all, you started the debate yourself! You're the one who's apologizing to Grandpa, but I'm not wrong."

"Yes, I'm sorry, okay!" reply Xander slowly. "I'm sorry for asking you to do something you don't like."

"Hm!" charlotte replied in a lazy tone.

A few moments after that the situation in the car became quiet. Both of them were silent and preoccupied with their own thoughts. Charlotte also currently prefers to play her phone reply to some messages from her friends.

Charlotte was actually uncomfortable with the inertia that was going on between them. Even if he could be honest, he felt bad and sad about having to fight again with Xander about this matter.

But he was upset because the young man always defended his grandfather even though his grandfather was in the wrong position.

Charlotte knew for sure that Xander had a great sense of indebtedness to his grandfather for carrying and caring for and even financing all of Xander's education.

But it was the grandfather himself who had told Charlotte that Xander was a child who was brought to be a brother, friend and best friend to Charlotte.

That is why, since the first day Xander was brought to the mansion, that day also his smile never disappeared because he felt he had someone beside him.

But he felt that after many years, his grandfather began to be different. Now his happiness will be taken again by the grandfather. The old man even tries to keep him away with Xander because he wants to make Xander the leader of his ridiculous company, which is why Charlotte doesn't accept.

Charlotte turned her head towards Xander, the young man was still focused on driving.

Charlotte says. 'Why can't I just shut it down. My mouth is always itchy if I don't talk or argue.' Charlotte fell in my heart.

Not wanting to feel the awkwardness for too long, Charlotte finally started to make a sound again. "Later we stop at the cafe near the campus. I'm gonna go get some coffee there."

Xander then raised his eyebrows, "When have you had coffee in the morning like this?"

"It's been a few days. Coincidentally the taste of coffee there is better than the others. I like it."

Xander then turned to Charlotte for a glance. "Where do you know there are good cafes near the campus?"

Charlotte then grinned thinly. "Where do I know? Um, I know from Laurent. He took me there a while ago."

Xander frowned seemingly thinking of something while continuing to focus his gaze on the highway.

"Laurent asked you to coffee there?" tanya Xander who was immediately nodded by Charlotte.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Why did Laurent ask you to coffee?" ask Xander again.

"Huh?" Charlotte squinted both her eyes. "Okay Xander, your question just now was a little strange! Why would Laurent ask me to coffee? You're the only one who can have coffee with him?"

"No that! I just-"

"That's the cafe! The color of the paint is brown as black!" cut Charlotte while pointing at the cafe building that some time ago he visited.

Xander immediately pulled over his car and flicked the car right in front of the cafe building that was pointed at by Charlotte.

Xander looked at the cafe building. He grieves annoyed. This cafe is a place that he often goes to when he comes home from campus and has become his regular subscription. And as he remembered, he himself had told Laurent the location of this cafe. But he really didn't expect that Laurent would tell Charlotte either.

'Laurent, you owe me an explanation!' xander grumbled in his heart.

"You wait here, for a second!" charlotte told Xander.

"Hm!!" xander replied in a lazy tone as he looked at Charlotte who rushed out of the car, then into the cafe building.
