Trapped in Love Miss Arogan

Trapped in Love Miss Arogan
22.

"Grandfather will visit the office tomorrow, and check on the state of our hotel" Mr. Romanov said as he bribed food into his mouth.

"So grandpa's going to work in the office tomorrow?" xander asked in surprise.

"No! Grandpa didn't go there to work." said Mr. Romanov, shaking slowly.

"So?"

"Grandfather would just check some documents at the office and meet with his grandfather's business partner. That's all."

"Grandfather should just rest in the mansion, no need to go to the office tomorrow. Grandpa must be tired from just getting to a long trip." Charlotte said, trying to advise the grandfather.

Mr. Romanov laughed crisply. "Grandfather had enough rest earlier, Lottie."

"Yes, but it's only in a matter of hours." Charlotte insists. "And just a few hours' rest will not make grandfather's body fresh again."

"It's okay, Grandpa has felt enough!" obviously Mr. Romanov is calm.

Charlotte then shook her shoulders indifferently.

"Alright, it's up to grandfather if you don't want to." Charlotte said, bribing her to eat in her mouth.

Right after that, things became quieter. Right now, they were busy enjoying their own food.

"It's not usually you want to come to this main mansion, Lottie!" mr. Romanov said again to break the silence. "Grandfather thought you didn't want to come here anymore."

Hearing that question Charlotte immediately stopped her eating activities. While Xander who had been busy eating near them just glanced briefly.

Charlotte sighed softly then placed the spoon and fork she held onto her plate of food. "Of course I agreed to come here. Is it all because of Grandpa? Wasn't it grandpa who asked me to come here!"

Mr. Romanov nodded in understanding. "Yes, grandfather asked!"

Charlotte looked at the old man. "I heard from some people that grandpa misses me so much, so I came!"

"Yes. Right!" mr. Romanov nodded. "Grandfather did call Xander to tell you everything because it was very difficult for grandfather to contact you directly."

Xander screeced. "It's certainly very difficult to contact her cake, because she will never pick up when she tries to call."

Charlotte stared intently at Xander who was currently looking to corner her. While the young man who was being stared at was just grinning the horse, like he was laughing at him.

He then turned back to his grandfather, "I'm busy grandpa! That's why I didn't get to pick up Grandpa's phone."

Hearing the reason of Charlotte was suddenly made Xander who had been listening to immediately laugh. "He's not busy cake. But he just didn't want to pick up the phone from grandpa."

Charlotte looked at Xander and rolled her eyes lazily. "All right, then I'll be honest. I just don't want Grandpa tracking my phone, that's why I didn't pick up Grandpa's phone."

"It sucks that grandpa tracked him down, because not long after we talked on the phone, there would usually be a lot of men coming in wearing black suits who would always follow me, everywhere!" charlotte continued.

Mr. Romanov smiled. "Lottie, grandfather doesn't have to call you if he wants to track you down! Enough with your cell phone on, Grandpa can track you." explained Mr. Romanov. "And grandpa knows that's why you didn't pick up Grandpa's phone!"

Charlotte rounded. "Grandfather knows?"

Mr. Romanov smiled and nodded his head. "Yes! Xander told Grandpa you didn't pick up the phone on purpose."

Charlotte's eyes immediately glared, shocked by the words of the grandfather. He turned his gaze to Xander who was currently staring at him stiffly. The young man looked like he had already realized that he was currently in a state of danger.

"Xander, so you told me grandpa?" charlotte asked in a cold tone.

Xander smiled awkwardly. "Yes, but it's-"

"So it's true you're the one"

"Hey, hey, listen up!" Xander immediately cut Charlotte's words. "You know I'm very good at keeping secrets."

"Then why are you telling Grandpa this secret!" Charlotte is upset. He knows Xander sucks, but he doesn't think the young man can be much more annoying than this.

"That's because.emm. because you never told me to keep this from grandpa, so I-awww is sick!"

Xander's words were immediately cut off when Charlotte threw a chicken bone at Xander and it hit Xander's eye.

"Awww, this is stupid. What are you doing?" xander said while rubbing his eyes.

Xander then raised his hand, about to throw the fork he held on to Charlotte but Xander immediately remembered the presence of Mr. Romanov sitting next to him.

"Grandfather, look at the behavior of this grandfather's favorite grandson to me!" Xander complained to Mr. Romanov with a parched face. "He's really terrible!"

Charlotte clucking. "Basic, you're a man but you like to complain,"

"Leave it!" Xander looked at Charlotte annoyed.

Mr. Romanov looked back at Charlotte.

"Lottie, grandfather always gets bad reports about you" said Mr. Romanov. Charlotte did not reply, she only glanced at the grandfather.

Charlotte immediately glanced sharply at Xander. "Definitely you said it again?"

Xander shook his head quickly. "No, I didn't say, I swear!" xander assured.

"No! It wasn't Xander who told Grandpa, it was Paul who said it!" mr. Romanov clarified the situation.

"Ah right!" Charlotte grieves. "Who else would dare to report besides Paul! He's the most loyal spy Grandpa has."

"Paul also said that you bought a new car?" continued Mr. Romanov.

"Yes, I accidentally crashed my car a while ago!" charlotte was light, without feeling sinful.

Mr. Romanov. "The damage is very light, and you can fix it, but you'd rather buy a new car, Lottie?"

Charlotte just nodded indifferently. "I just don't like any stains on my car!"

"Not you're a stain too!" sela Xander while laughing crisply.

"Diamond*n Xander. You better shut up!" jerk Charlotte.

Mr. Romanov looked at Charlotte. "Listen, Lottie, it's up to you to buy a new car or whatever. But Grandpa wishes you didn't drive drunk anymore! If you do that again, then grandpa will-"

"All right!" sela Charlotte's. "From tomorrow Xander will drive if I'm drunk!"

Mr. Romanov shook his head while sighing softly. "That's why grandfather sent another bodyguard for you, to take care of you. And you just have to accept them to keep following you. They'll only be monitoring you from far away anyway."

"I don't need them, do you have Xander?" charlotte said as she glanced back at her foster brother.

"Listen to Lottie! Xander's not your bodyguard! He is the older brother who is currently being assigned to look after you and not forever he can take care of you." Mr. Romanov explained.

"Why not?" charlotte protest. "Xander's gonna take care of me?"

"Huh?" Xander said confusedly, while looking at Charlotte who was staring intently at him. "That problem, I-I'm up to it..."

Charlotte was bored. "The bodyguards, they will be of no use to me grandfather, trust me. They just look after me from far away. They must also be very boring."

Mr. Romanov smiled. "Calm down, grandfather's only given them the task of monitoring you from afar. So you don't have to deal with them. You can't get bored of them."

"But it's still-"

"Lottie, grandpa did all this just for your own good. So that your good name does not get worse. If something happened, they would be able to directly tell grandfather and immediately clear up the matter right then and there."

"But Xander's in sa-"

"Grandfather can't expect more from Xander either because grandfather knows he will always support you." Mr. Romanov looked at Charlotte and Xander alternately. "And if anything happens to you, I'm sure Xander will definitely try to keep it a secret and clean things up on his own."

Xander smiled badly. "No, not so cake, I-"

"No problem Xander. Grandpa agrees with all the principles you have. Doing everything yourself so as not to be discovered by me to keep Charlotte safe from my anger, what you're doing is your attempt to protect Charlotte and that means your love for Charlotte is beyond doubt." mr. Romanov smiled proudly. "Yes, even though it's still wrong."

Xander could only look down, so he was not feeling well now, because what he did was known by the grandfather.

"Sorry grandpa!" said later.

"No, don't apologize!" reject mr. Romanov. "Grandfather doesn't matter when you protect him from anything, but remember, it doesn't mean that when things go wrong you always cover it up, it's just Grandpa's message to you!"

"Grandfather is wrong! Support what?" Charlotte sounded in disbelief making Xander raise next to her eyebrows in wonder.

"He doesn't always support me on the cake. The proof is that he didn't even stop scolding me in front of everyone when I was fighting with a girl at a nightclub. He even scolded me until the next day. And it really sucks!"

"Yes, of course I scolded, because it was you who nudged him first, but you who were angry and made a fuss. That's why I scolded you. All in all, protect your reputation as a model!"

"You're ashamed anyway! Angry is not clear as people like that." he continued.

"Wait a minute, you said I was embarrassed? You don't need a lot of excuses. I'm sure the reason you're defending that girl is because she's hot, right, I'm telling you." Charlotte clucked lazily as she recalled how sexy the body of the girl she was fighting with was.

Fuck up! All men eye basket.

Mr. Romanov sighed when he saw these two young people before him begin to argue again. Imagine a few hours they arrive at this mansion, but there has been a lot of debate.

"Don't just talk!" reply Xander firmly.

"Originally talk? You said I was speaking? I'm talking facts and that's what happened. You're a basket boy and it just so happens that I'm having a fight with a hot girl and you're definitely taking a chance, right?" Charlotte kept talking without pause. "Laurent, the playboy who stood up for me! But you're not!"

"But that time you were too"

"Can you guys stop arguing, grandfather is discussing something serious here!" mr. Romanov felt like he was starting to bleed in the face of these two grandchildren.

He then kneaded his temple which now began to twitch. Dizziness? Who wouldn't be dizzy if they had to deal with a situation like this.
