Chapter 16: The Truth

"What?!" Gyria stared in disbelief. "No beta, no way. I saw Allana change. He's still a werewolf!"

"Not now Gyria. It will begin to disappear after twenty-four hours of performing the ritual."

Allana walked back. He's gonna head to the lab that's a little bit behind the school. Allana hummed a little.

Allana escaped from being hit by a ball. The ball hit the wall hard.

"Are you okay?"

"I guessed it. What was that?"

Allana just got in front of her house. He heard a car approaching and parked in front of his house.

"Hi sist." said Derek as soon as he got out of the car.

"Back again."

"There's stuff left behind."

"I'll be back this afternoon."

Allana nodded and started turning the door knobs.

"Hey, Allana. Do you want to run with me?"

"Running?"

"A single turn in the woods behind the house, how about?"

"With the wolf?"

"Of course."

Allana seemed to think.

"Come on... I'll be back here a long time. Fill your brother's will."

Derek pleads. Allana laughs.
