Chapter 28: Magic and Ancestor

Ian continued to run without stopping and without looking back with the fog still following them. Allana occasionally looked back, she was hoping to see Gyria following them.

Suddenly Allana's body floated far away and fell violently on the ground. Ian suddenly stopped his run making the unprepared Allana crash far away. Allana grimaced in pain. He tried to get up and clean his hands and feet.

"Why did it suddenly stop? Akkhc... It hurts so much." Allana was busy examining his wounds. "Beta-"

Allana looked at Ian in surprise. He was silent for a moment and immediately approached Ian.

"God... You why?" Allana frantically looked at Ian who was starting to shorten his breath and lay weak. "Dian?! You're the"

Allana looked around. He only realized that he was already inside the temple territory. The panicked Allana began to forcefully push Ian's body out of the temple territory. Allana pushed nonstop.

"Uhukis... Uhuk..."

Allana was sitting on the side of Ian's body that was still lying weak, trying to rest her body for a moment. Allana walked over slowly to check on Ian. Ian's breathing was still heavy and his eyes were closed. Ian turned into a human.

"Beta? Ian's Beta? You all right?" Ian did not answer. "Mamma?"

Ian nodded slowly. He tried to breathe slowly and leaned himself against the tree.

"I'm sorry. I should have realized we had arrived."

Ian tried to sit down slowly. He's still weak.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm good. It just takes time to recover."

"I'm really sorry."

"It's okay All. I'm fine."

"I should have realized. I'm just worried about Gyria."

"I understand, just relax. Come in and- Allana!!!"

Allana's body again crashed far away, hit a tree and fell hard on the ground. Allana groans in pain. Ian who was still weak tried to get up but in front of him was already a big wolf snarling at him. Ian looked at the wolf fearlessly.

"Suckers! Aren't you bored?!"

Luna Chloe's wolf came to Allana who was still struggling to get up. Allana looked at Chloe Luna.

"My-so-god.. It won't.. Braze-bickle.. Anything.."

"no need. I'll take it"

Brakk!!

Chloe's luna's body crashed. Luna Chloe immediately got up and growled. He was surprised by the wolf that hit him.

"How dare you mess up here in this holy place!" one of the warriors

"I'll just take what's going to be mine"

The temple warrior stepped out his legs, blocking the view of Chloe luna who was staring at Allana.

"There is nothing that belongs to you" the warrior asserted.

"Don't make me hurt you. Just do your job of guarding that damn temple!"

"That's what you guys are doing. And do you know that we are also obligated to look after each other?"

"Then do that! Don't interfere in my business!"

"If it's your business with Allana, then you're dealing with us"

"Curtain! I don't want to serve your sense of humor."

"Unfortunately we're not kidding either."

One warrior runs and attacks Chloe's luna, pushing Chloe's luna body backwards. Luna Chloe tried to resist, but the warrior was strong, it could even match the strength of his wolf.

Luna Chloe growled furiously. He pushed back hard on the warrior body. They look balanced. One other warrior pulled Allana's body away. Luna Chloe saw that and immediately sped up her fight by biting and kicking the warrior then immediately went to hold Allana. If Allana gets into the temple area, it will be difficult to carry.

Luna Chloe jumped high, attacking the warrior who was carrying Allana's body. Luna and the warrior rolled quickly on the ground. They still bite and scratch each other until they finally stand apart. They stood growling and staring warily.

"Stop this luna. You will not win against us. Nothing here belongs to you"

"You guys stop doing stupid things! Give me Allana and I'll go quietly. There will be no more riots"

"I told you, Allana belongs to the temple, not to anyone"

One wolf turned around and lowered its body so that Allana who could already stand up, climbed onto its body. The wolf and Allana immediately walked inside the temple.

"I won't let it!!"

Luna Chloe growled then lunged at the wolf standing in front of her and then attacked her nonstop. Luna Chloe immediately turns to the wolf that brought Allana. He quickly ran then pushed firmly on the warrior wolf's body. The warrior's body goes into the temple's territory while Allana's body is captured by Chloe's luna with her teeth.

"Le-let go.."

Brakk!!

Chloe's luna's body crashes along with Allana's. Ian stood up. Luna Chloe immediately stood up and attacked Ian. Ian desperately tried to dodge the luna attack. However, Chloe is a luna, while Ian is a beta. His strength was clearly inferior to Chloe's luna.

Ian crashed for the umpteenth time. But he's still trying to keep getting up. Before long the temple warriors gathered and surrounded Chloe's luna.

"Give up luna. You won't win and won't be able to take Allana away from here"

Luna Chloe growled furiously. He knows that very well. But he won't give up. The right time is now or never.

One by one the warriors attack Chloe's luna. Luna Chloe tries to hold on and hinder the warriors who want to take Allana away from her. But fighting the warriors was the same as fighting the alphas of some pack. They are strong and tough.

One warrior attacked again. This time the warrior was crashing violently. All the warriors as well as Ian were shocked to see Luna Chloe. Luna Chloe's wolf body gave off a pitch-black light. The color of his eyeballs that were originally blood red, was now mixed with black. All take a few steps back.

"What's this about? What's with the luna?" Ian started to panic.

"He's a luna who has the soul of the wolf Allana. When he receives the wolf's soul Allana automatically the magic given by his father rises up in him"

"Magic?" Ian was getting panicked and confused.

"We should try. We can't let him take Allana"

Some warriors attacked again. But they easily crashed without even touching Chloe's luna. Luna Chloe attacked blindly. He bites, kicks, blows. There were even some warriors who were already lying helpless.

"He can't be stopped"

"I'm not giving up"

Harold ran and started attacking. Luna easily defeated him even she would immediately kill Harold mercilessly. Ian saw that and immediately stopped luna. She tried to bite Chloe's luna but somehow Chloe's luna didn't even look in pain with her bite.

"Warriors alone can't touch me and you lowly beta dare attack me? You've brought my life. With pleasure. I'll give your last regards to the king"

Luna bit Ian. Ian groaned in pain. Luna shook Ian's body which was still bitten and then held back Ian's back body and then pulled the front of his body, trying to split Ian in half.

Allana who still looked in pain started to make a sound, but Chloe's luna didn't care. He still continued to try to split Ian's wolf body in two. The warriors had also tried to help, but not even close to the luna, they had already crashed far away.

Allana tried to get up slowly. He endured tremendous pain. Maybe the rest of the wolf's soul has risen but the human soul usually still dominates. Therefore when he crashed hard earlier, he did not recover quickly. Allana tried to stand up but her legs were hard to move. But she's still trying to hold onto Chloe's luna.

"Stop!! He could die. I'm begging.. I'll come with you." Allana asked.

"Well! Of course you'll come with me. Now no one will stop me. Even the king"

"Luna's... I beg you." Allana's hand touched Chloe's luna's leg. "I.. Kindly."

Luna Chloe doesn't care. He actually strengthened the pull, making Ian groan even more in pain.

Suddenly luna Chloe was barking in pain. He turned his head and found Allana clutching her leg firmly.

"What's? Wh-what happened??"

Allana looked at Chloe Luna. His eyes turned pale white. There were white shadows appearing around Allana's body. The white shadow formed the body of the wolf. The shadow of the wolf was like wrapping around Allana's body.

"W-what? Ba-how can? What's the matter?" Luna Chloe was both surprised and confused. Allana should not have any special powers. But now Allana is showing weirdness.

Luna Chloe growled in pain. Allana's grip is getting stronger. Even Luna Chloe had already released her grip on Ian.

Allana releases her grip on Chloe's luna foot and begins to stand up straight. He was still staring intently, like someone had possessed his body. Luna Chloe growled furiously and started attacking Allana but Allana quickly dodged. Allana runs towards Chloe's luna and transforms herself into a pure white wolf with pale white eyes.

"No way..."

Allana jumps high and lunges at Chloe's luna. Luna Chloe tries to dodge, but too late, Allana has landed on Chloe's luna's body and starts trying to bite Chloe's luna's face. Luna Chloe tried to dodge, but Allana was so strong. Luna Chloe tried to push strong Allana's body. Allana's body was pushed but not far away, just enough to make Chloe's luna stand up straight and run away. Allana starts running towards Chloe's luna. Luna Chloe tries to use her magic to hit Allana like she used on the warriors and Ian. But the magic didn't work. Allana was still standing straight and running towards him.

"My magic didn't work! Shit!!"

Luna Chloe prepares to take Allana's attack. And it's true. Allana leaps high and directly attacks Chloe's luna. Luna begins to get overwhelmed by Allana's attack. Allana is like no match. He was stronger, making Luna even more panicked.

Luna groaned in pain. He tried to attack Allana back, but strangely his wolf body was not willing to work well together, making him continue to be exposed to attacks. Even the magic is useless.

Luna Chloe was already lying on the ground. He no longer had the strength to fight. His body was also scarred and weak. Allana wolf walked up to Chloe luna and looked at her sharply.

"Go from here. Don't you dare mess up and cause trouble in this holy place. And remember, one day Allana will take something that belongs to her. And if that time comes, pray that it doesn't hurt too much"

Allana Wolf started to say, but strangely the sound that was released sounded not like Allana's voice. Luna Chloe tried to get up to help some witches who had come to her senses and immediately teleported away. Allana turned herself into an ordinary human and turned her body to look at the warriors and Ian. The warriors and Ian were shocked. Allana's eyeballs are still pale white and there are still white wolf-shaped shadows throughout Allana's body.

"You have worked hard, my brother. Rest, gather your energy. Because the real war is coming soon and you better be ready for it." Allana said in a voice that sounded different from Allana's voice. Allana smiled and fell on the ground. Allana was unconscious. One by one the warriors changed themselves, and so did Ian. They're coming for Allana.

"Allana?" call Ian.

"Looks like he's unconscious. Let us take him to the temple. He's safe there. Allana we'll take care of."

"Alright, please save him." Ian asked.

Some warriors brought Allana's body into the temple area.

"It seems you need to be saved. You're almost on the other two by Chloe's luna."

"I'm fine."

"Ahhh.iya right. You are a pure beta descendant. Orychant, right?"

Ian nodded. "true."

"Have your wounds healed faster than any other beta."

"Then... How's Allana? What was that? Why is Chloe luna so strong? Plus, is Allana's wolf soul back? This is all confusing."

"So means... Luna can master both her wolf and her magic?"

"Yes and it's impressive at the same time worrying. Luna Chloe became very strong. He had not fully mastered both. If he had mastered it completely, then he would have become invincible. Even by your king. While Allana, the one against Chloe's luna earlier wasn't Allana."

Ian smiled then turned himself into a wolf and ran away. He had to report all of this to Kei as soon as possible. Harold immediately entered the temple territory. Suddenly there was a thick fog that enveloped the temple then the longer the temple was increasingly invisible to the naked eye. The temple disappeared without a trace.
