Chapter 167: Give Me Money
"Miss, when will you be back?" ask Jay.
"Maybe in two days if you've met Brother Hamish. He worries me" Irene replied.
"If you want to meet Mr. Hamish, why not try to meet him at the company, Miss?"
Irene just realized hearing Jay's words. Hamish seemed to have deliberately not contacted him or did not want to be contacted. The man said there was important business but did not want to tell him.
"You're right, too, yeah! Then take me there!" Irene Pinta.
The two immediately headed to the car to visit Hamish's company there.
"Miss, didn't Mr Hamish ever offer you to stay with him? Would you like to be asked to take care of that company?" ask Jay while driving.
Irene sighed. If you remember that moment again, it feels dizzy. He didn't want to admit that his cousin had feelings for him. However, what his grandfather had said seemed to be true. Hamish once asked that they stay together. The man said he had built a business empire there for Irene.
"No, Jay. I think Hamish's best suited to running the business. I'm too young to mess around with such a complex problem." Irene scrunched her own forehead. As I grew older, Irene felt life became more and more complicated.
Jay sends a message to Hamish's assistant that Irene will be arriving at the company soon.
An hour later, they finally arrived in front of that majestic-looking company. Arriving at the front door of the lobby, the entire staff and employees of the company lined up neatly to welcome Irene.
Irene was stunned to get a festive welcome like welcoming a president.
"Welcome, Miss," welcome the man Irene guessed was Hamish's assistant Timothy. Jay had told her about the man.
"I want to see Brother Hamish" Irene said."
"Ah, sorry, Miss. Mr. Hamish hasn't come home from his business trip yet" Timothy said.
It felt pointless Irene had already come all the way there.
"Em, alright!" Irene said after thinking for a moment.
He followed Timothy into the company. Along the way the employees lowered their head to greet him, making him condolent. He did not deserve that kind of respect.
"Can you tell them to get back to work? Don't let my arrival disturb them" Irene asked.
Timothy according. He gave them a code to immediately return to their respective workplaces. He then took Irene up to the atss using special elevator access.
Irene was brought into the Hamish study room which looked very grand and luxurious. From above he could see the city through the window.
"Miss, your position here we consider as president director."
Timothy showed the company's management. He was stunned to see his name and picture at the top. Employees should welcome him in such a way.
"Mr Hamish had long expected Miss to be here. This company is yours" Timothy said.
Irene was of course happy with her cousin's success until she was able to set up a large company and dedicated to him. Only, he felt that what Hamish was doing was quite excessive for him.
Suddenly he remembered the race. He didn't win the race yesterday, so the prize money he hoped to help the orphanage he didn't get.
"Em, Timothy, can I ask you something?" Irene asked with a smile.
"What, Miss, please just say it!" Timothy Pinta.
"Give me 2 billion, what can I do?" tanyanya.
