Chapter 252: The Search for Irene
Ares just got home from college. He saw four Rubicon cars lined up in his yard. He was shocked when his eyes found the logo of the Black Shadow organization on the hood of the car.
Not long after, Alan came out of the house wearing a black sweater and black pants equipped with a blazer that makes his appearance look neat.
"Where are you going, brother?" ask Ares to know. Seeing her brother blatantly displaying his hidden strength, Ares was sure that something serious was going on.
"I want to bring Irene home" Alan replied, putting on his sunglasses.
"I'm coming!" insist Ares.
"It's none of your business, so don't interfere. Let me finish it myself!"
Alan resolutely rejected his sister's will. He does not want to put Ares in danger if he goes with him. He believes his struggle to bring Irene back will not be easy. Maybe even have to bet on life.

Thirty minutes later, Aji returned and reported that conditions had been secured. The car that brought Alan back can be run. Their motorcade stopped in front of Irene's grandfather's house.
Irene's grandfather looks very happy to see the arrival of Alan and his men. They are welcome to enter and are served with warm tea.

"I'm sorry, Cake. I wish Irene could come back" Alan said.
"Do you still love him?" ask grandpa to make sure.
"Still," Alan replied timidly.
Grandpa Irene nodded and said, "I know Hamish's whereabouts. He took Irene to one of the countries in Europe. I've tried to contact them, but there's no answer. Hamish would of course forbid Irene from contacting anyone she knew."
Alan was relieved to hear from Irene's grandfather, "Thank you, grandfather. Can grandpa help me bring Irene back?"
"of course. I'll help you. But you have to promise me that you will take good care of Irene after she returns."
Alan nodded firmly, "I promise, grandfather. I'll take good care of Irene."
Irene's grandfather gives some information to Alan about Hamish and Irene's whereabouts in Europe. He also gives a letter to Alan pleading for Hamish to bring Irene back home.
"They must be in one of the villages in the French interior. If you're having trouble finding him, ask Alberto Miguel for help" said Grandpa.
"What?" Alan was shocked when the name of the person was called.
"He's Irene's foster father. He'll definitely help you. Just tell him I told you to meet him."
Alan nodded. He was very grateful still to the grandfather who had been willing to help him.

"Yes, Grandpa. I promise," Alan assured Grandpa. He said goodbye and left with his entourage to leave grandfather's place.
In the car on the way home, he discusses with Aji his plans to leave for France to catch up with Irene.
"Can you take care of everything in a short time?" ask Alan.
