Chapters 2. Surprising Wedding
Aira kept knocking on her door while apologizing until her voice was hoarse. However, om and tantenya do not care. They did not open the door for him.
Affan felt pity for Aira but he did not know how to behave. No matter how big of a mistake Aira made, it should be that om and tantenya should not have to throw him away like this.
Aira's sobs made her heart cut. Affan picked up Aira's belongings that were still scattered and brought them before their owners.
Aira's situation looks very sad. He sat on the porch hugging his knee. His chin was stuck to his knees to support his head which felt heavy
"Airas. May I know what happened? Maybe I can help you." Affan sat crouching in front of Aira.
Aira looked at Affan's face with her eyes. Her tears flowed without excuse. Great desire to tell stories but his lips are difficult to move.
The people living around Aira's house started to arrive. The news spread so quickly that at first only one or two people knew. They whispered to each other while glancing towards the two.
Affan moved away from Aira and kept his eyes on her. Now he turned towards the crowd and intended to ask them for help.
"Wait here! I'll ask where the house of RT chief is on them. I want them to solve the problems in your family" Affan said softly.
Aira nodded. His body shook as he sobbed.
Just a few steps he walked. A white Alphard stopped just behind his car. A man got out of the car and stepped into the crowd.
The man stepped hurriedly towards the direction Affan and Aira were in. His hands were clenched and his eyes looked scary.
Aira immediately got up from her seat and caught up with Affan. He took cover behind the back of his best friend's father.
Seeing Aira's scared face, Affan felt that something was wrong. The man was the man who chased after Aira before he drove her home.
"Oh, so you chose to date om-om instead of being with me. Or maybe you have been in a relationship with this man for a long time? It's great! Prok! Prok Prok!" The man clapped his hands while looking at Aira with a disdainful look.
"So what you say, Mom! Don't just talk. We're not that low." Affan does not accept that he is accused of doing something he never did.
"Sok alim! You think I don't know if you're taking Aira home from school!"
Affan was shocked to hear the man's words. He did take Aira home a few times, but they were not alone. There was Faya in her car.
"It seems you misunderstood. We'd better sit down and talk about this all right." Affan raised both hands to the chest trying to calm the man before him.
Plaque!
A slap landed on Affan's cheek.
Some people ran over and held the man's body. They don't want to see a fight there
"Take it easy, Rehan! We are solving this problem well" said one of the residents holding Rehan.
"Take me off! I want to beat this jerk. How dare he snatch my future wife!" Rehan tried to rebel.
Om and Aunt Aira came out of the house after hearing the commotion outside. Not long after Mr. Seno as the chairman of the local RT came there. I don't know who called him.
Agung and Reni look nervous. They didn't expect his actions to drive Aira out tonight would be long-tailed. Their faces looked deathly pale as they looked at Rehan who was staring at them sharply.
Mr. Seno asked Rehan, Aira, and Affan to enter the Great House. He also asked four people to come with him to solve this problem.
They sat together to talk about the commotion. Mr. Seno asked Agung to explain what happened.
Agung owed a lot to Rehan, the old virgin who lived across from his house. He would assume their debt was paid off if Agung married Aira to him.
Today, Rehan picks up Aira after school and takes her for a walk. The plan is tonight they will stay at the hotel and spend the night there. Aira rejects Rehan's desire to do adult things like a husband and wife.
Not wanting his name to be bad in the eyes of the public, Rehan twists the facts and makes it seem as if Affan is at fault. He said if not everything Aira said was true. Rehan also said that Aira was no longer holy and was no longer interested in marrying her.
Aira's heart was completely broken. The slander was so cruel and rendered him helpless. He didn't know what would happen after this. Continuous misfortune came to ravage his life. After the death of his parents, he had no one but Great.
Rehan demanded that Agung immediately pay off his debts or that they should leave the house they currently live in. Hearing about it, an evil thought appeared in his mind. He forces Affan to account for a mistake he did not commit.
The RT chairman also agreed with Agung. Not wanting to make their village name bad, she asks Affan to take responsibility and marry Aira.
This marriage was contrary to his heart, but he could not let Aira be judged badly in the eyes of the public. Affan was forced to approve this marriage. He also paid off all of Rehan's great debts.
That very night, Affan married Aira religiously by being witnessed by local residents.
'Yes, God. I'm just a human being with feelings. Everything that happened was so shocking and I can't think anymore.' Affan bowed lethargic while holding his head that felt heavy.
Aira, who had finished packing her belongings, stood before Affan.
Agung and Reni looked at the two with displeasure. Despite that, Affan remained polite to them.
"Om, Aunt. Aira and I beg you. Thank you for taking care of Aira all this time. Good night." Affan grabbed the hand of Agung and endured it.
Aira has not yet mastered herself. He just followed what Affan did without saying a word. Currently he is nothing but a puppet that is sold as a debt redemption.
There is no regret on the face of the Lord.
"Leave your piggy bank! Where do you think that's money from? Every day we give you pocket money, right?" ketus Reni's.
Affan looked at Aira softly then nodded slowly. He wanted Aira to let go of the item that her aunt wanted.
Aira put the piggy bank on the table and stepped following Affan to stay together. Heart rages. She has no idea what will happen after this and how Faya responds to her new status.
