Faya immediately told her what happened to Affan. Unfortunately he did not have time to memorize the license plate number of the vehicle carrying Aira.
Not wanting to lose his track too far, Affan immediately reported this incident to the authorities. It just so happened that their housing complex was close to the police station.
The police immediately acted and investigated the car driven by the kidnapper through CCTV cameras located around the compound. They managed to bag some important information and immediately deployed an army to make a chase.
Affan went home with a troubled heart. Until eight o'clock in the evening the police had not given him any news. He walked back and forth in his room as he continued to pray for Aira's safety.
A few times Affan glanced at his phone and wished there was a message or call. Suddenly he remembered something and searched where Aira's phone was. Her phone is not at home meaning she took it with her when the kidnapping happened.
Despite not being able to receive calls, at least Affan was able to find Aira's whereabouts from the activated location on Aira's phone.
"Thank God, O God. This could be a clue to the servant." Affan immediately prepared and without a second thought immediately headed to the location.
He did not think to tell the police first before he reached the location and made sure Aira was there.
That night it rained heavily and blocked visibility. Affan can't drive fast and has to think about his safety as well.
He saw the point where Aira's capture was still within the city. His car stopped in front of an apartment that was no stranger to him. It was most likely that Aira was there.
"Hopefully nothing bad happened to you, Aira."
After parking his car, Affan ran through the rain towards the apartment. The guard there was not so strict that he could enter freely.
Affan pulled out his phone and tried to find an accurate point. The point did not move anymore even though he had walked around in circles.
"Please! Release him! Sir please let me go."
"Yell as you please! Your husband won't be able to help you. He must be following the car that took you out of town. Ahaha!"
'Aira! I'm sure it's Aira's voice.'
There was a sound of people asking for help as Affan stood in front of a door. He then attached his ear to one door to the other to find the owner of the voice.
Affan moved quickly and finally found the room where the sound was coming from.
The sound of the woman's cry was still heard. Affan was very sure it was his wife's voice.
Affan stepped back to take some distance then with all his might he smashed the door of the room before him.
The apartment door opened and displayed a scene that sliced through his heart. The woman he loved so dearly lay helplessly in the messy clothes and the hijab that slipped out of nowhere.
A man she knew so well overstressed her body with a condition that was not worth seeing by the eyes.
"Bad!" Affan turned dark and beat the man blindly.
"You are the insolent!" the man shouted and replied to Affan's blow.
"I didn't expect you to be this bad, Roland! You could have desecrated your own best friend's wife."
Affan continued to hit him until Roland had no chance to reply.
Aira sneaked out to ask for help but not yet her foot through the door, several immigration officers came there.
They check their passports, visas and other identity papers. Upon inspection it turned out that Roland only used a tourist visa that had expired his active period.
This incident saved him from Affan's rampage. Not wanting to deal with them, Affan chose to take Aira away from Roland's apartment.
Affan took off his jacket which was already half wet and wore it to cover their heads. The heavy rain made both of them drenched when they got to the car.
"Do you think you're okay?" ask Affan.
Aira shakes. Her tears still running down her cheeks made Affan feel pity.
Affan's hand grabbed Aira's cheek and wiped her tears.
"I'm sorry I can't take good care of you."
Aira moved quickly and hugged him tightly. His cry grew louder considering the frightening thing he had just experienced.
Affan comforted Aira with soft words until she felt calm. After Aira stops crying, Affan runs his car home. However, Affan called the police and told them his wife had been found.
Their car was traveling slowly in the rain. They arrived home almost midnight.
Their bodies drenched in rain water make them have to bathe before going to bed. Aira took a shower first and performed the prayers that had been missed.
Affan had been hiding inside the blanket when Aira came to the bed. The guilt of the mistake he did not make Aira cry.
"Mas Affan's. Ii'm sorry. I couldn't keep my aurat ...," Aira's words came to a halt as Affan placed his index finger on Aira's lips.
Roland's shadow that was making fun of Aira made Affan feel emotion. He thought Roland had desecrated Aira. In order to remove his tracks, he wanted to remove them by asking Aira for her rights.
The cold night air that night made both of them want a warmth. They consciously did so and hoped that today's bad events would be erased.
"Aira, maybe this will hurt a little. Have you given everything to me?" tanya Affan tried to hold back his desire that had peaked.
"God willing I am sincere, Mas. Do it!" whispered Aira with a timid face.
