61. Look at different eyes

"Let's get a divorce."

Adam immediately snatched the paper from Ashma's hand and directly tore it into several small pieces, the paper he was flying into the air with his cold facial expression.

Ashma's face immediately scowled furiously.

"What the fuck? Why torn?" Ask with emotions that become.

"You're the fuck Ashma? We will never get divorced!" He said, Adam hardened his jaw to hold back anger, he should be able to control his emotions for Ashma because the woman looks to lose her emotional stability.

"I want to part with you Adam! I want to go home, I want to go back to Palestine!" Strangling Ashma, he immediately confronted Adam and blocked his collar violently.

"Why are you holding me back? why are you bad to me Adam?" Her screams were so loud that her voice came out, it just so happened that Lily who was passing by heard a commotion inside the couple's room.

"Darling, not like this" Adam tried to calm the troubled Ashma.

"I beg you, please, please let me go." Ashma pleaded with him with a face that was pensive, it was very disturbing for Adam.

Adam thinks there's something different about his wife, "sett..." Adam cupped his face and wiped Ashma's tears slowly.

"Calm down, don't be like this."

Ashma takes off the clutches on the collar of her husband's shirt she keeps herself away from Adam.

Adam was very anxious to see Ashma's condition, he was like in fear. Is it possible because of his arrival that made Ashma become like that.

"Why don't you understand, I want to go home to my grandmother." He said softly as he cried, Adam who intends to approach Ashma urung because someone knocked on the door of his room.

"It's me Lily,"

Adam sighed violently, he walked towards the door and opened it. Lily immediately asked him.

"I just heard a commotion in your room, you guys got into a fight?"

Adam gave a small nod as though he did need Lily to calm his wife who was suddenly tantrums.

"I need your help, please calm Ashma down." His voice was so raucous, he no longer knew what to face Ashma like. After waking up from her coma the woman became more aggressive towards her, Ashma has the right to be angry and hate him because of Adam's treatment all this time but honestly Adam became afraid when he saw the look of his eyes that look different.

Lily nodded, just as she went inside to meet Ashma who was currently crying.

"Ashma," called Lily, the master immediately looked at her.

"Lily, why doesn't she want to part with me, why?"

Lily felt sorry to see the situation of Ashma, she immediately turned to Adam who was silent on the doorstep while looking down small, it was the man who was more worthy of pity.

"Yes, don't talk about this, you have to calm down first Ashma," he said trying to calm Ashma who looks very upset.

Lily took Ashma to sit on the sofa and gave her the water on the nightstand.

"Take it easy on yourself Ashma, remember there's another life in your stomach. If his mother is sad the child in your womb must be sad too."

Ashma had just realized that she was completely carried away by her emotions and had forgotten that there was another life she had to protect.

When Lily looked at the door, Adam was no longer there. It seems that the man was contemplating the nelangsa after seeing the state of his wife.

Lily doesn't know what else to do because she's confused about how to help improve their relationship.

"How are you feeling calmer?" Lily asked, Ashma nodded small.

Ashma bit her lower lip, she seemed to have thrown a lot of bad words at Adam because of her emotions that suddenly erupted.

"Astaghfirullah."

He did not know why it could be that emotional when facing Adam, all he had in mind right now was wanting to part from him.

While Adam was daydreaming in the next room, he suddenly saddened to see the current state of his wife.

Is it true that he made Ashma suffer now?

He wondered in his heart.

Adam smiled wryly, of course he was the cause.

If only he had not been drunk and had almost abused Ashma it would not have been possible now that the woman had fallen into trouble in her life, causing Ashma to suffer.

"Oh my God, what should I do?"

Adam sat down on the couch holding his dizzy head.

Not long after Adam's bedroom door was knocked by someone, Adam immediately gave him in because he knew it must be Lily.

"May speak elsewhere, brother," said Lily asked Adam to speak in a more comfortable place so that Ashma also did not think strangely afraid he would come out and see them together in the room and would certainly make him more distrustful to her husband.

They sat in the front garden, an open space that Lily recommended to make the man's heart a little calm as well.

The wind blowing on Adam's face made him feel a little calmer, his mind a little unraveled and realized because of the sight of plants.

They were sitting in a place that was not hot.

"Is he calmer?" Ask Adam about his wife's condition.

Lily let out a small sigh, "already, mama is also accompanying her."

Adam heaved a sigh of relief, "i've really messed up his life,"

Lily raised her eyebrows, her face scowling.

"Newly aware of it now?"

Adam did not reply he was now confused by his feelings.

"Just realized that you were already in love with her before I came back, right, but you didn't realize it." Said continued.

"Heumm" Adam murmured.

Lily smiled wryly, "now you know Adam, how stupid you are. Eat it if you are a man must have a stand, do not plan!" Lilly was upset. Adam listened to Lily.

Lily took a breath and slowly threw it away, "so now you've really fallen for her?" Lily wants to make sure again about Adam's feelings.

Adam nodded limply, "of course I love him."

"Good, at least you do have a good reason to keep her by your side,"

"But Adam," he continued, Lily's countenance also turned serious.

"The past few days have been very unstable. I myself saw him sometimes crying in the middle of the night, he was also always upset while asleep and always raved to mention the names of his father, mother and grandmother."

Adam immediately stared at Lily intensely, "why didn't you tell me?"

Lily clucked in annoyance, "i wanted to tell you over the phone but your phone was always off!"

Adam grumbled at himself for just knowing something important like this.

Lily looked at her brother who was frustrated.

"Does Ashma have traumatic past injuries?" Asked, Lily had her opinion on Ashma's current condition.

Adam seemed silent for a moment, he recalled that time Ashma had told him that his mother and father had died.

Lily thought for a moment before saying her opinion.

"I don't know what he had in the past but according to what I've seen about his current condition, it looks like he has a traumatic injury. Besides it could be that the cause of the accident made him traumatized as well." She said in Lily's opinion but she felt sure that Ashma was indeed reminiscing about her traumatic injury.

Adam closed his eyes for a moment to absorb Lily's words and all her mistakes during this time to his wife.

During his marriage Adam never gave a shoulder to hear all his complaints, there he was even selfish with himself who was still trapped in the past.

Adam got up from his seat with a long sigh, he had to call Alicia's doctor to meet and consult about Ashma's current condition.

"Thank you Lily, you've been looking after Ashma for the last week on duty."

Without hearing Lily's response, Adam immediately left the garden with his big strides.

Lily stared at her brother's departure wryly, she desperately hoped that their marriage could still be maintained.
