Episode 18's

- Arshel

"Miss!" Eric's voice rang out from outside the room, I quickly walked towards the door to see what was happening. But all I see is Eric's expression I can't explain.

"What's wrong?" My toot.

"It seems that miss heard the young master talk with the mistress and–" Obviously made me immediately run to find the figure of Aster that I had seen. He ran very fast down the stairs.

"Young master?" Eric's voice I don't care about.

"Aster ...." I was very worried about him.

How could he hear my talk with my sister and mother? What exactly did Eric do? My mind grumbled in annoyance.

"Hans!" Call me to a waitress who's talking to the brunette that big brother brought.

"Yes sir?" Ask when I get in front of him.

"Did you see a black-haired girl through here?" I tried to control my panic.

"No sir, since then no daughter has passed by." The answer looks honest.

"Ck, where are you Aster?" I mumbled again running to check all the rooms in my mother's house.

"Have found it?" Eric asked who was running from the opposite direction to me.

"Not yet." I answered while clenching both my hands.

"I've checked the backyard and rose garden, but there's no sign of miss." It just kind of pisses me off.

"What actually happened? Why did he hear my talk?" I asked while throwing the phone that I had held since.

"Sorry sir, I have permission to go to the toilet. And the lady said she'd wait for me in the back yard, but when I got back she wasn't there. I didn't know that Miss would look for me and get to the front of the lady's room." Evidently.

"Arrgh... I should have left Aster with Hana at home." I was in despair as Eric picked up my phone on the floor.

"Arsel," said my mother, making me look at her as she walked down the stairs, for now my position was on the ground floor of the living room.

"Mom found her." This makes me feel relieved.

"Where is he now?" I immediately got a big smile from him.

"Follow mother." Answer the mother back up the stairs that he just descended, and inevitably I followed the step of the mother from behind to ensure the existence of Aster.

Looks like my stupid brother has gone home with the kid, huh? My mind is looking for an existence that I can't find anywhere.

"Look." Mom said as she opened the door to my sister's room, and I saw the figure of Aster falling asleep on the sofa with his body curled up.

"Aster ...." I really feel relieved now.

It's only fitting that I can't find her, you're hiding in my sister's room that even I myself wouldn't want to go in to check on her. I continued in my heart as I moved my foot into the room.

"Thank God ...." Eric's voice sounded relieved, it turned out that he was also following me and mother from behind.

"When I asked all the servants to look for her, I went to Ansel's room to see her. But what I found was my mother's late granddaughter." Obviously mother as I crouched down in front of Aster.

Looks like she's been crying. My mind looked at his puffy eyes, reminding me of my first encounter with him. At that time his eyes were also puffy like this moment.

"For a while let Aster sleep in this room. After all, this room has not been used by Ansel for a long time. You guys come home tomorrow morning ...." Said the mother with warm eyes that pay attention to Aster.

"But tomorrow he has to go to school, we'll be home when Aster wakes up." I said as I moved Aster's body onto the bed.

"Mother–" I said cut off when I heard Aster's subtle moans.

"Mrs, young master. We'd better talk outside." Eric whispered a little.

"You're right, let's go." I immediately left my brother's room.

At 06:45 p.m., Wanda was examining Aster's sudden fever. And mom is welcoming the guests she invited to celebrate her sister's return as well as her birthday.

In the end Aster is really a school permit tomorrow. My mind remembers the words of the mother who was about to ask permission not to attend to Aster, but it seems that the reason for her permission was changed with permission was due to illness.

"I also forgot that it was today ...." I continued muttering while recalling the date of the invitation in the invitation letter I got from Tomi.

"How's the condition?" I asked not to argue with him at my mother's house which began to be crowded with guests who arrived.

"It's just a fever, you don't have to worry." He answered while prescribing my hand medication.

"How come I'm not worried, before you said his lungs were in trouble, right?" Tuturku asked.

"Ah yes, for that one you should not let his body cold and tired because it can make the disease relapse. You can go to the hospital to check her condition further, maybe her illness can be cured if she meets a pulmonologist." Before leaving in front of me.

"The woman was really, really" I was upset by her irreverence, when I hadn't finished asking but had been left behind.

"Forget it, I want to see Aster now." I continued while opening the door to my brother's room and went inside.

I saw Aster still sleeping in his sleep after waking up because of my noisy mother. He secretly enters the brother's room and annoys Aster, forcing him to eat the fruits he carries.

But when I remember that, I somehow always smile. Especially when I see the expression of my mother who I have not seen for a long time, even because my mother so can not enter the room sister.

It's not hearty if it interferes with mother's and Aster's time. But what bothered me was remembering Aster's fake smile, a smile I'd never seen but I knew he was pretending to be happy to hide his sadness.

"Why don't you just be honest when you're sad?" I muttered while stroking Aster's forehead after sitting beside his bed.

I'll protect you, you don't have to think about your father. Just think of me as your father, I don't mind if you do. My mind feels tightness in my chest.

The sound of the door being knocked from outside, I quickly turned to the source of the sound. I saw Eric standing at the door.

"The lady called you sir." His words made me hurry after long staring at my nephew's face.

May your nightmare not come tonight. My mind closed the door to my sister's room and followed Eric's steps towards the ground floor.

"Eric ransacked the drug in the pharmacy and then put it in my sister's room, I'll give you the medicine when Aster wakes up." I said I made her step stop, and then I gave her the prescription medicine.
