From behind, Shang Ren suddenly patted Mu Chen Xiao on the shoulder so that it made him look straight at him.

"What are you,... Really miss your single family?" Shang Ren asked with a surprised and incredulous expression at the words he had issued earlier.

"Hmm? What's up with that? Did Master Teacher Shang Ren also take issue with him?" Mu Chen Xiao asked back after he was upset by A-Ling.

Shang Ren was surprised and lowered his hand. "... Excuse me. I'm just asking." He said as he walked away from Mu Chen Xiao.

When the atmosphere had returned to how it was, suddenly some traders who were in the back row panicked and immediately moved away from an object that was approaching them.

"Far away! That, that,... It's Youdu's spider!" Say one of the traders in a panic.

As soon as the merchant's voice was heard, everyone gathered in the middle along with the other troops who were also startled by Youdu's group of spiders that were surrounding them all.

"Everything's quiet! Don't panic!" Said Zhao Bingyan who tried to calm down all the merchants who seemed to be very frightened upon seeing this huge insect.

By the time they had been surrounded, Zhao Bingyan raised her sword back and froze the entire Youdu spider with just a single slash.

When a road was seen, they immediately ran towards the exit followed by the Zhang Palace troops who were behind them.

After the entire crowd exited the cave, Zhao Bingyan managed to protect everyone who was there without anyone getting hurt in the slightest. However, when all of them had made it out, there were dozens of shadow troops now encircling them all.
