Chapters. 17 - Detoxifying Poisons

Mu Chen Xiao had only known that his mother was an expert guest since he was fourteen years old. He was told by an ancient merchant who had lived for 92 years and that person knew very well who his mother was. And if seen at the same time before Mu Chen Xiao transmigrated, there was a traitor amongst these healers who had once forced Mu Chen Xiao to give his blood as detoxifying poison within his body! But, I still do not know who the traitor among these five healers is.

Mu Chen Xiao averted his gaze from the five healers who had currently sat in a line behind him. He took his dagger back and burned it on a burning candle.

After he sterilized it, Mu Chen Xiao made a small scratch right at the snake bite mark using his dagger blade.

A healer had prepared a large bowl next to Mu Chen Xiao as a container for the dirty blood that he would remove later. He was initially hesitant to do so in front of the crowd. However, in order to prolong his life and obtain five thousand pieces of gold, he had to do it anyway.

Mu Chen Xiao sucked the polluted blood from Zhao Bingyan's neck and collected it on one container bit by bit. And in the end, after he had sucked enough of the polluted blood to collect half of the big bowl. Mu Chen Xiao stopped doing so and went back to sterilizing his dagger.

He then injured his own arm and dripped his blood on Zhao Bingyan's lips so that he could drink it easily. Not long after he dripped his blood, Mu Chen Xiao allowed Zhao Bingyan to suck his blood for a while until his state was fine.

A healer approached Mu Chen Xiao and took the bowl of tainted blood before he asked, "Young master, what about the polluted blood? Should we throw it away?"

Mu Chen Xiao turned to the healer and replied, "Yes, that blood is you flush on the ground but, you must not water it on a growing plant."

Quickly, the healer immediately understood and replied, "Okay young master. I'll do it." He said as he walked out of the room and did what Mu Chen Xiao said earlier.

His face began to pale and his skin suddenly broke into cold sweat. He repeatedly bit his lips and held back the pain as Zhao Bingyan instead bit him on the injured part and made the wound widen and bleed profusely to the point of fouling their clothes.

Mu Chen Xiao turned to one of the healers behind him and said, "After I'm done, I want one of you to directly wrap the bandage around the neck of the Master."

One of the healers nodded again and immediately ran carrying the items needed to treat his injuries.

Not long after he spoke, Mu Chen Xiao released his hand and one of the healers instantly moved and wrapped the wound bandage that was on Zhao Bingyan's neck back. And the other one, directly gave Mu Chen Xiao a blood-boosting pill and an energy booster for him.

"Young master lost a lot of blood. Better, young master take the pills immediately." Said one of the healers who gave her a blood-boosting pill.

Mu Chen Xiao's breathing sounded extremely breathless and continued to pay attention to the wounds he had on his arm after Zhao Bingyan bit him repeatedly.

"I'm doing fine. Give the pill to the Master Teacher. He needs it more."

"But, if the young master does not drink it immediately, you will feel dizzy and lose balance."

Mu Chen Xiao closed his mouth to the healer's ear and said, "You better follow what I say if you want your head to remain."

Suddenly, the healer felt goosebumps and immediately replied, "Ah, yes. I understand Young master. I'll give it to him soon."

Zhao Yuan stood back up and walked over to Zhao Bingyan to see her current state.

Not so bad compared to before. His face was back to how it was. He seemed to be asleep and was not holding back the poison in his body.

"Hey! Bad boy! Did you really cure him?"

Mu Chen Xiao turned his face while folding his hands. His face pouted as if he was the least appreciated here.

"Hey! Old bangka! You have absolutely no respect for my hard work to heal him?! I used my own blood to detoxify his poison so that he wouldn't die quickly!"

It was fortunate that Mu Chen Xiao was still so young and his blood was still not contaminated by anything so, he could be able to detoxify the poison within his body.

When Mu Chen Xiao was still sitting in the same spot, he stared at a healer who had not done anything for him since then. His face looked annoyed and his eyes continued to stare intently at Mu Chen Xiao. He also did not understand why this healer had only been silent since earlier while looking at himself coldly.

'I'm not sure if he's the only traitor here. But, only he who had not moved since.'

No one expected that a physician would betray and kill the people there.

Everyone who was there, just kept quiet and watched it because of his extremely fast and unexpected movements.

Just as the knife was about to hit his skin and flesh, Mu Chen Xiao sensed a tenth person coming towards him and immediately pushed him to a place far away from him.

A man with horse-punched hair and blue-tinted white clothes, wielded his sword and slashed the head of a healer who tried to kill him.

This person, was at level seven of the celestial realm. The curves of his eyes were very different from what Zhao Bingyan and Li Chu Yi had. Could it be that he came from a different family to them?
