Chapter 221 - Whitechapel's Mastermind of Genesis and the Woman Hunter in Legend
After throwing Arya into the air, Kevin looked for the whereabouts of the False Vanguard. The man's eyes were locked onto Arya who was darting away from the location, yet his facial expression still looked quite calm.
“You're right – really unyielding huh? But I don't think Atalanta will let him..”.
In a used signal-emitting tower, a blonde woman pulls a strong bow – strong. So tight the object vibrated violently while the strings rippled as if they were about to break up, he aimed at Arya's floating body.

Kevin tried to fend off every sharp object sent by Richard but the number was too much so that someone was missed from his supervision. Kevin bent his knees and coughed – coughing with a body of blood.
“I'm after some important muscles, you shouldn't be able to move as you please anymore.” Richard walked over casually.
“Job....how!?” umpat Kevin realized the word – said Richard was right.
“I quite understand the anatomy of the human body, should my opinion not miss unless they changed in the last hundreds of years.

Richard's light steps came to a halt, for the first time a sinister expression briefly adorned his face. He immediately arranged his emotions then crouched down near Kevin, Richard took off his lacy hat and said.
“Do you want to hear it? The story of the most vicious serial killer ever, and a little extra. The truth of the case was never revealed...until now”.
“You think you're great? You just killed the women!? You wimp!?” Kevin whispered cynically.
“You are wrong Young Master, I kill women not because I am unable to finish off – men. It's just that I hate them, the immoral women deserve to die.” concluded Richard, surprisingly his eyes turned blank. A pitch-black aura seeped from all over his body.

Richard begins a poignant story where he grew up in a brothel, his mother a comforting woman. But he loved Richard so much and so much, but that all changed when Richard was twelve.
His father who turned out to be a wealthy businessman at that time refused to admit it, so his mother was angry to continue venting his frustration towards Richard. So all this time the only – reason the mother raised him just wanted Richard's father to marry him, in a battered condition the little boy noticed his mother was asleep due to heavy drinking.
Richard reached for a used knife peeling an apple and slashing his skin for the last time on the table and finished the cruel woman without expression and left her residence, he lived on the streets for almost half a year just hanging to fill his stomach from scavenging garbage cans.
In the end he was discovered by a prominent street drama performer at the time, Richard was given a new home as well as acting skills. Slowly his life improved, Richard became the main star of the performance and the audience never knew what evil was out there that he was doing.
"You said before that my victims were only women, right? Honestly I visited my father the night I finished off my mother then killed her whole family Richard grinned wide.
“How many people have you killed...?”.
“Entailah, the police even failed to know the exact amount for what I tried to remember? I studied the anotomy of the human body from a friend, he was a good doctor. Thanks to him I was quite adept at using a scalpel, after obtaining all his knowledge I killed him and occasionally disguised as himself when acting to haunt the city of London.”.
“Sick basis....!? You crazy!?” kevin said fed up, he did not expect that there were as brutal and immoral individuals as Richard in this world.
“You know? That's why I'm in a group with Atalanta, he's very alert plus his instincts are very sharp. If not he maybe I will finish my partner because of boredom, actually the main reason I was put into False Vanguard and not the first team could be because I was impossible to protect mankind”
“What do you mean first team?”
“Hmm you don't know? Aren't you guys chasing them? If we were the False Vanguard didn't you think there would be a True Vanguard team?” Richard asked in wonder.
