Chapter 59 - Opinion

"Dad! Daddy's! Wake up!"

Arya felt something pressing down on her chest gently. He opened his eyes to see what was really going on.

"Mmm?"

Efbi with the form of a small wolf is massaging Arya's body vigorously, he also rose from a lying position while scratching his head.

"There's a need for hoam...what?" arya asked yawned wide still half asleep.

"Dad said he would take me to look around the city today, when are we going? Come on!" Efbi wiggles an enthusiastic tail.

"What time is this?"

"Six morning"

Arya rubbed her eyes slowly and then patted both of her cheeks hard. He got out of bed and immediately picked up a towel.

"Alright, but before that we have to take a bath" Arya lifted the back of Efbi's neck like a mother cat lifting her cubs.

After all the preparations were done, Arya exited the room while humming softly. He took Efbi and Mandalika with him.

"Before we leave, we should report first. I don't know what other conditions are like" Inner Arya was curious.

Arya and Lexa did arrive at Elemental City quite late, so the portal guards suggested the two rest first. This caused him to not know the current condition of the Third Elementalist Exam.

Though at least they both know what position their group is in, Arya approached one of the notice boards and read the information listed there carefully.

"Not bad" he murmured softly.

It turns out that Arya and Lexa are in the middle position, aka third. Only losing quickly with Timothy and Asuna who occupy the first position, and Zayn's group with Rena in second place.

The order of four and five arrived not long after their arrival, only a matter of one and two hours.

"Have Kevin, Selena, Ali, and Elizabeth seen this yet?"

Since the Canteen still did not provide breakfast, Arya decided to go around while introducing a new environment for Efbi. While being engrossed in explaining, a rowdy voice caught his attention.

The door of the training room was wide open, with curiosity he finally peeked inside. It turned out that almost half of the Elementalists were already in that place. They run around and around chasing animals that are foreign to Arya.

"What's really going on here?" Arya stepped in while putting on an expression of disbelief.

"Hello Arya, welcome"

"Oh? Hi Rena"

He greeted Rena who was standing not far from the entrance, the green-haired girl clutching a small deer in her arms. Arya could see some leaves growing around the neck of the horned beast.

"I heard you arrived last night, how are you?" Rena smiled warmly at him.

"Well, you're on your own?"

"so. Hehe"

"It looks like the others are a little busy" Arya chirped slowly.

Rena then explained to Arya that it seemed like the other Elemental Beasts became a little excited when she saw the spacious room so it started running around. Since the atmosphere was starting to get out of control, their masters tried to stop and this was the result.

"But your Elemental Beast seems quite calm"

"Ah...she? His name is Deera, initially also running anyway. But when I asked him to stop he was according to hahaha" Rena laughed awkwardly.

"Halo Deera" Arya stroked Deera's jidat with her index finger.

The deer moves both ears happy when Arya does this.

"Where is your Elemental Beast Arya?" asked Rena looking around.

"Eee...he's here, Efbi?" call Arya.

Efbi leapt from the floor and rested on Arya's shoulders, looking deeply at Rena and Deera before sinking in slowly.

"Mother?"

The back of Arya's head hit the wall of the training room hard at hearing Efbi's curse, she grimaced in pain while trying to wipe her tears.

"Are you okay?!" Rena rushed to help.

"He's not Mom?"

"Of course not!"

"Oah...., then which woman should I call Mom?" ask plain efbi

"For now please don't ever call anyone Mother" Arya whined in her heart.

After asking Arya's condition, Rena met Efbi who was wagging her tail excitedly. Suddenly a high-speed sound shot between them.

Arya whistled softly when she saw a raven, rabbit, and dolphin passing in front of them and followed by her masters.

"Delphin...?!!" call Selena tired.

"The dolphin is flying?!"

"Crowsha's? Ugh...this crow—" Zayn adds to his speed.

"Your nimble?! Kema—Eh?! Brother Arya!? When's brother coming?" Elizabeth changes direction straight to Arya.

Without waiting any longer the girl jumped and held Arya very tightly until she had trouble breathing.

"Ekh...?! I just arrived Elizabeth, can you let me go?" pinta Arya tried her best not to hurt her feelings.

"I miss you, sister, don't you miss your sister?"

"Eee..I remember, I only have one little sister"

"Ohh.. Come on, don't you want to give your sister this kiss welcome mmm....?" elizabeth said, drawing her face closer.

"Ah...it looks like I dropped my wallet! Where ya?! Should I go back to the room to pick it up?!" Arya threw away her face.

"I won't let big brother la—"

"Isn't anything more important? I saw your rabbit run outside the room, you have to be quick if you don't want to lose track of it"

"What?! Oi! Wait!!!"

"Huh..., that was close" Arya sighed in relief.

After Elizabeth is no longer seen, on the other side of the room Arya finds Kevin, Timothy, and Ali who are huddling with their respective Elemental Beasts.

"Be calm, calm down, don't point the swing of your tail at me Simius!" Kevin was holding a jumbo-tailed ape.

"Aw aw aw thorn! The thorn! Stop stabbing your master's hand of that goddamn porcupine! Ali!? Release Anguista and help me immediately" Timothy scolded.

Ali himself could not do anything because his body was wrapped in a light brown snake. Half an hour passed and the atmosphere finally calmed back down, but their appearances were all extremely messy.

"Can this be called a good start for us?" Arya held back a laugh seeing the others.

"I'm hungry." whined Timothy.

"These creatures really.." - Kevin.

"Oh yeah, by the way it looks like we're still lacking one or—"

Unfinished Arya spoke, Efbi came down from her shoulders and stared intently at the entrance. The entire feather and tail stiffened. A slow growl rang out from the little wolf's body, all attention was immediately drawn to him.

As the door opened, a small cat with the end of a flame-coated tail entered. He stepped lightly until finally seeing Efbi, the same response was shown. The cat growled unhappily towards Efbi.

"Leona? Don't go jenda—eh? What are you all doing here?" Asuna came after the little fire cat.

When she realized what was happening, Asuna instantly raised her millik Elemental Beast while moving away.

"You can't play Leona carelessly, especially with a mutt like that"

"Wait a minute Miss, didn't I hear wrong?" Arya did not accept.

"Huh?"

"Start again" Kevin and Timothy stared at each other.

"Your cats are the ones that get close to Efbi" Arya argued.

"Farong cat? Your eyes are blind, right? He's a lion, so the mutt is yours? It looks pretty close"

"That should be my word, are you too stupid to be able to tell a wolf and a dog apart?"

The air grew heavier as a result of this insignificant feud, words of contempt began to be thrown at each other. As the conditions grew increasingly uncontrollable, one of the Elemental Beasts was again detached from its master. The creature darted between the slits of Arya's legs.

"Rake?! Back to—WAA....Arya dodged!"

But it's too late, Lexa bumps into Arya until both fall. Lexa's position is currently above Arya who is already lying on the floor.

"Lexa, you are" said Arya tired.

"Ahaha.forgive me"

"DDID?!"

Arya and Lexa looked back at her friends in surprise, they all looked very surprised.

"What?" ask them both in unison.

"S...se...since when did Lexa correctly call your name Arya?" Selena tilts her head.

"Huh?"

"Didn't he always use silly calls on us? Like Zee, Eli, Una, and others?" added Kevin.

"Let me remember until before the exam, she still called you Aru" Rena was also curious.

"Akh!!! I don't accept it! I'm the first teammate still called Oty, Captain you're coming with me"

Arya was dragged away by the male Elementalists, the girls were still staring at them in wonder.

"What competition?" selena is confused.

"I don't care" Asuna closed.

The three girls then immediately leave Lexa and Selena.

"No matter what but still giving a response, you're so funny Una" Lexa laughed softly.

"Lexa? What competition actually? I really don't understand"

"Ahh Cell? Thank God you don't understand, because if you come along. Just gonna add a rival, by the way. Hungry"

Lexa waved and left Selena who still looked confused and upset at feeling the only person slowest among the five.

Due to many unexpected events, Arya did not take Efbi around the city yesterday. He could only return to his room when it was late at night, to pay for it. They left early the next morning.

"Efbi people can be scared if they see your form like that" Arya reminded.

Hearing that, Efbi turned into a beautiful patterned bracelet that adorned her master's wrist. Arya takes Efbi to various points of interest in Elemental City, while trying to slowly teach her many things.

Seeing the enthusiasm shown by Efbi is very big, Arya can only shake her head. If he had not seen the world for a hundred years, he might have shown a similar response.

"What do you think?" tanya Arya stepped casually out of one of the shops.

"Huum! So exciting! Did you buy one of those openable squares full of that information?"

"It's called a book, stop giving long calls like that"

"Ahaha sorry" Efbi laughed awkwardly.

"I just bought some light reading as well as picture books for you, I hope to add to your insight into the world" Arya added, checking out her shopping once again.

"Thank you Dad"

Arya walks around unnoticed so that she bumps into someone, trying to maintain balance so as not to fall and turns her head and apologizes immediately.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it"

"It's okay, I'm also not too mem—eh?! Arya?"

"mmm? Selena?"

"I didn't think we could meet by chance on the surface like this" Selena said after their meal arrived.

"Sama" Arya commented briefly before sipping her drink.

After an unexpected meeting, Arya and Selena decide to stop by to talk to one of the cafes nearby. But Arya knew from the point of view of others this could be called dating, it was evident from the unpleasant feelings around her since they got there.

"The sharp sight of these lonely men can kill me" Arya's mind was lethargic.

"So...what are you doing on the surface?" Selena's bribing her order cake.

Arya told Selena about the reason she went around, the girl nodded while listening carefully.

"Well, it must be nice to have an Elemental Beast full of curiosity like Efbi, if Delphin really prefers to sleep in my room"

"He was probably just tired from the preoccupation of playing yesterday"

"Maybe"

"You yourself? What are?" Arya asked curiously.

Selena did not expect the question to come out so she choked, she told Arya about some interesting items she was looking for.

"Ehh. You don't look like a shopping-hobby girl"

"Is that how?"

"Huum, alone?"

"Uhuk uhuk uhuk k..ke...why do you ask like that?" ask Selena stammering.

"No, it's just that girls usually like to be accompanied if they do things like that" Arya threw away her face considering the incident with Asuna some time ago.

Selena tilted her head looking at Arya's response, she then cleared her throat slowly before speaking with a serious look.

"Aryans? Do you mind if I ask a little?"

"mmm? Sure, please"

"What do you think of the other female Elementalists?"

"I guess? Eee...how is it? Elizabeth was often spoiled and childish, just like my sister. He needed proper direction so as not to go the wrong way, but he was a determined girl.

If it's Rena, she's a smart girl and can do anything if she wants. It's just that he's lacking confidence, if there's a little push I think it'll be better.

"While Lexa is a careless girl, causing trouble and troublemaking has become her habit. But all that was done to get her attention, she could be a little overdone if not reminded"

Arya paused for a moment to think before continuing.

"Asunas. Mmm..the grumpy, stubborn, annoying, and gluttonous girl may be the right picture for her. But believe me he is very good, the problem is his inability to show his heart through his actions. It sounds a little silly but, that's how it is"

Selena's eyes widened after hearing all that, Arya did not understand why so decided to shut up.

"You sound very familiar to them"

"You think so?" reply Arya cuek while eating her fries.

"Yes, I myself until now have not understood mere—"

"Selena herself, I think is the most ordinary girl among them"

The color of Selena's face instantly disappeared, the girl was bowed lethargic because she felt that Arya's words just now were the same as stating that she did not have a characteristic that could be remembered.

"Ugh...I know, there's no need to say it, right?" timpal Selena is sad.

"Eh?! I think you misunderstood Selena, didn't being the most normal girl among them make you look perfect?"

Arya looked into the girl's eyes intently, Selena regained her senses and laughed gigglingly at the words. He seemed to be struggling to hold back the laughter until his eyes watered.

"Hihi you are really.but, thank you Arya"

"For what?" arya was confused.

"Everything, tomorrow you have a show?"

Arya shook her head slowly, she still did not understand why Selena was laughing and thanking her.

"Good, there's something I want to talk about. Comeing! It's time we get back"

The two of them left the cafe on the opposite side of the road, everything was smooth until Arya suddenly hit the tree hard on hearing Efbi's question.

"Dad? Can I call her Mom now?"

JDUK!!!

"Please stop....! Stop asking me that!!!" arya screams hysterically in the heart.
