Chapter 41 - Student Surprise

"ARGHAD....!"

The man continued to shout like crazy while hugging the limp body in front of him, he continued shaking the body to keep his hope that this was not over.

Then everything was dark, the scene changed where the man was clutching the neck of another man with his right hand. The man was lifted from the ground by the grip.

"You...monster!" swearing the man in a suffocating voice.

The man's face was invisible, his face dark as if covered in a deep sorrow. I don't know why even though his expression is unknown. Everyone knew he was smiling.

"Hehehe.hehehe. Demon"

Then suddenly appeared a giant chunk of ice from inside the man's body, the chunks of ice just appeared and made the man's body crumble into small pieces.

Blood was seeping all over the place, amidst an increasingly chaotic atmosphere. The man let out a sound of satisfied laughter that made everyone who heard it would definitely goosebumps.

"WAA....!!!" yelled Arya loudly.

He immediately sat down from his lying position, his breathing hunting like a person who had run around Elemental City a few rounds. He slowly noticed that his whole body was shaking violently.

Arya let out a long sigh while covering her face, then carefully she laid her body once again still with her face covered.

"Dream? Ck! It's bad, I started not being able to tell which ones are dreams and which ones are reality" he lamented with a buzzing head.

Without Arya realizing it he went back to sleep a few minutes, but his sleep soon ended because of a voice that suddenly sounded like it was right whispered in his ear.

"Are you okay, sir? You're screaming so loud"

Arya immediately sat back while still rubbing her eyes.

"Mandalica?"

How surprised Arya when suddenly the blanket she was wearing suddenly raised an appearance, like something appeared out of nowhere under the blanket. It grew to the size of an adult human.

When the blanket was finally revealed, a naked woman looked back at Arya with a sweet smile on her face.

"WAAA....!!! Mandalika what are you doing?!" arya shouted as tight as the previous one.

She swiftly covered Mandalika's body with her blanket, Mandalika still smiled casually without looking concerned about her appearance which could make others misunderstand.

"I'm worried because you're suddenly yelling like that" Mandalika refers to Arya's response when she sees it.

"How could I not shout if you suddenly change into this form?! Besides why don't you use a thread on your body?" Aryan Protest.

"Picking up clothes takes more time and energy, so I'm—"

"Alright I understand, I'm fine so can—"

Arya had not had time to say the words she had in mind, the door to her room suddenly opened. He was very sure he had locked the door.

"Captain why are you noisy seka—"

Timothy's question was also stuck in the throat when he saw the scene in front of him, he was silent for a while as if to digest what was going on. He quickly closed the door and said.

"Sorry to interrupt"

"Hey?! Wait a minute this isn't like—"

As if ignoring Arya, Timothy's steps sounded away quickly. Arya could hear a glimpse of him shouting out a name, perhaps calling out exactly. Without waiting any longer Arya immediately headed for the door.

Before he got to the front of the door, there were suddenly already three figures standing right in front of his room. Arya immediately closed the slit of the room door with her own body while gulping and swearing in her heart.

"Ahaha.hai Asuna, Elizabeth, and Rena. What's the need?" arya asked as she carefully stepped out of the room and closed the door behind her.

"What did Timothy say was true?" start Rena.

"Eee....t..te.about what yes?"

"May I have a look at your room? Arya's sister?" elizabeth asked with a sweet smile yet while emitting an extremely dark aura.

"I..i..it's kinda...my room is actually very messy so—"

"You want to get out of there or you'd rather be charred with the door behind you?" threatening cynical Asuna with raised hands.

"Wow...wow..wait a minute! It is forbidden to use violence. Besides why you guys can get into the la— dormitory"

The three horrible women did not care about it, and easily managed to get rid of Arya from the doorstep. They entered his room with bloodthirsty eyes.

"East already!!!" inner Aryan.

His daydream suddenly broke because someone had poked his shoulder. Mandalika was outside the room and stood right next to her, she then grasped Arya's hand and then slowly changed into a katana that was held by Arya.

Timothy ran in a hurry to the room and asked how it turned out.

"There is no one" replied Asuna.

"How dare you accuse Brother Arya! The iron base!" hina Elizabeth with spicy.

"Your flutter isn't funny, Timothy" Rena pouted.

"Not so, I really saw Captain—"

Timothy's words came to a halt as Arya had already clasped her shoulders very hard while putting on her best smile.

"You know Timothy? I have some new techniques I want to try, I need a TRUE friend like you. You're willing to help me, aren't you?"

"T..te, of course we're Captain's true friends, but right now Kevin and Zayn are in the training room. You don't want to be with them sa—"

"No, I want to try it now"

"DON'TKK.....!!! PLEASE JUST....ANYONE, SAVE ME....!!!"

"Ugh. I have faith that you really wanted to kill me earlier" ringis Timothy tried to move cautiously.

"Why are you saying such a clear thing" Arya replied cheerfully.

"Basic cruel" muttered Timothy softly.

"Can you walk faster?"

"THE WAY?! Don't talk like an innocent man like that dong!"

The two of them entered the training room carefully, so that their friends who were practicing would not feel bothered. They were wearing their gear while continuing the conversation.

"I've lost it, the woman who was Mandalika" explained Arya tired.

"So you mean? Your sword's real form was a woman without clothes?"

Arya hit Timothy on the head hard enough for him to be deterred, "Just son! You think I'm filling my head like you?"

"But I still wonder why your Elemental Weapon could be like that Captain" Timothy said as he rubbed his head.

"Huh?! When you made a contract with Ladon, didn't you meet his form?" arya was confused.

"No, I just heard a voice"

Hearing that Arya thought for a moment, did no Elementalist other than herself meet their true form of Elemental Weapon. Although he himself had not been able to ask directly to the others.

Actually, the Elemental Weapon that stole the most attention belonged to Arya and Asuna, the reason is because Mandalika is the only one who can change into his true form. He was the only Elemental Weapon that could do such a thing at the moment.

While Asuna's Amaterasu stole the show for having two types of modes, Asuna used a special material in making her Elemental Weapon so that only with a slight change in temperature. The weapon can change shape.

From melee mode (rapier) to range mode (longbow), Asuna just need to heat her hand and the weapon will change as she pleases. According to Arya personally the weapon is very amazing and it is most appropriate in the way of fighting Asuna herself.

Kevin said that the materials used by Asuna were very difficult to find, they had to go down to the crater of the volcano for the sake of the material. As Arya was thinking, she suddenly felt something stabbing her back.

"I've been wanting to try this for a long time, let's fight" Asuna challenged while pointing Amaterasu at Arya's back.

"Maybe, how about this be a substitute for the promise in the First Examination" Arya bargained as she turned around.

Hearing that the other Elementalists immediately stopped their activities, all of them giving space to these two people who were ready to fight.

"It's going to be interesting" sizzled Timothy excitedly.

"If now, I can't predict the outcome" Kevin commented.

"Aru's Spirit! Una's spirit!" scream Lexa.

The two faced each other, Arya started the attack by crashing into Asuna. Their weapons collide, just before Arya launches her next attack. Asuna immediately made a distance and changed Amaterasu into a range mode.

Asuna continued to shoot her arrows, so the more Arya moved away the more fire arrows that would chase after her. As she gets more and more cornered, Arya finally jumps on the wall and swings her sword vertically from the ground up.

"Come, Mandalika!"

A blue black aura enveloped Mandalika, the sword then changed in form. Then when swung by the blue black aura it formed a slash like a giant crescent moon that pointed towards Asuna. Asuna's arrows were immediately devoured without rest by the aura.

"Fire Pillars"

With great difficulty Asuna resisted the attack, she made a pillar of fire to withstand the aura of slashing from Mandalika. Unexpectedly he then made a bow from fire on his left hand, Asuna then put Amaterasu in the form of a rapier as the bow arrows.

Arya casually raised Mandalika above her head preparing to unleash the next attack.

"Amateurasu Strike!"

"Dance of three clover leaves"

Both attacks were unleashed, but just before the two met in the air. They disappeared, replaced by a man who casually appeared there while cleaning his hands.

"It looks like you two are overreacting a little, Mr. Arya, Miss Asuna" Astral chirped.

"I told you we better stop them" Timothy said, shaking his head.

"Aren't you the most excited to see them fight?" kevin breathed a breath of wonder.

Arya and Asuna immediately approached and apologized to Astral, both of them realizing that it seemed like they were a little out of control.

"It's okay, but next time please don't use a force that could tear this place down" Astral suggested with a faint smile on his face.

Astral then tells Arya that there are guests who want to meet him, of course Arya is confused. As he remembered he had no appointment with anyone that day, even if it was Mr. Hartoso or Reika. They'll call him first.

"It seems you have a new technique, you must be diligent in practicing"

"During no meeting, Arya"

"Shu sensei!? Lee saboemnim?!"

"What are you two doing here?!" arya said astonished.

He immediately saluted the two martial masters, albeit still with a face of disbelief.

"At least you're still saluting your teacher, it seems you still know what manners are" Shu commented.

The man who spoke this was Akabane Shu, he was a waist-length black haired man who always carried a bokken (wood sword) wherever he went.

"How are you?" ask the other guy.

Jeremy Lee is the head instructor where Arya practices taekwondo, he is a bald man who always shows a warm smile on his face.

"Well, but...what are you two doing here?" ask Arya again.

"Did Gio never tell you?" shu asked throwing a questioning glance at Astral.

"About Shu sensei and Lee saboemnim? I don't remember ever"

"Stop talking formally like that, we're not practicing. You just call us Master" Lee suggested.

Shu then approached the Astral and grabbed his neck with one hand.

"Did it be hard to tell her about me and Jerry?"

"Not so, I just haven't had the chance. Senior" Astral said expressionlessly.

"Senior?! Mean—"

"That's right! The three of us are brothers. To be exact, a student of your mother's"

"Huh?! Then you two can also use Agnet?" arya couldn't believe it.

The other Elementalists were increasingly attracted by the two new faces before them, originally because they were both teachers of Arya. But after that shocking statement they paid more attention.

"Sure, do you think Mr. Hartoso will let you be trained by just anyone?" timpal Shu's.

True also thought Arya, Pak Hartoso could not just have him trained with ordinary people. With no particular background.

"Snow White Empress Lyan has three Aryan disciples" Lee explained.

"And our Junior is the one chosen by him as the Exam Supervisor" Shu added as he rubbed the head of Astral.

Arya was just speechless as she gawked, she needed some time to digest this thing. Suddenly from one of the doors came an angry cry.

"SHU?!"

"Ah...hello Bianc—"

Shu replied, Bianchi hit him in the face until he bounced to the end of the room. Everyone who was there could say nothing to see that.

"What the fuck?!" shu snapped furiously as he rubbed his cheek.

Bianchi immediately approached while pulling his collar.

"You dare to ask?! You must have taught Arya that dangerous technique" hardik Bianchi was upset.

"Huh?! Techniques ap—"

"Don't pretend to be stupid! Why did you teach Kamaitachi to Arya?"

"Kamaitachi?! I never taught it" Shu replied with a puzzled face.

"What is the final game then?!"

"Eee...I'm actually just watching the first game" Shu muttered softly.

"HUH?! What kind of teacher are you?!"

"A.ak..I believe that he will definitely win, so—"

The second quarrel became more and more so, finally the Astral Supervisor showed a video of the First Elementalist Test Final fight at that place. After seeing the video Shu's face turned serious.

"Arya, put the engineering horses together now!" his orders.

Arya without refuting immediately did as she told, very quickly Shu hit some points Aryan body parts.

"Techniques like this must weigh on your body, how many times the limit of use?" ask Shu quickly.

Arya is quite surprised because Shu can immediately find out without needing to be told in advance.

"Three times"

"Huh.had I guessed, a perfunctory technique like this. Even having a similar impact will definitely be burdensome"

"What do you mean?! That technique is yours isn't it?!" bianchi asked irritatedly with raised eyebrows.

"Sorry Supervisor Bianchi, but Master Shu has never taught me that technique" Arya said as she scratched her head.

"Then? How come?" bianchi asked, getting confused.

"Eee...I'm also curious, how can you make a technique similar to Kamaitachi?" added Shu while looking at Arya.

"I've seen Master use it"

"Wait a minute...., didn't I just show you that technique once?"

"Yes" Arya replied innocently while nodding her head.

"B.be.means....MEANS YOU REPLICATE A TECHNIQUE THAT I PERFECTED IN YEARS WITH JUST A SINGLE LOOK?!"
