Maira had regained consciousness from her stupor. He saw two unknown people waiting for him there. A little boy with a bouquet of flowers in his grasp, also a young woman behind him by topping a basket containing an orange cat inside.
"Hello, pretty aunt..." Greet the boy with a tense and nervous face.
Maira smiles. "Hello too..."
Maira continued to stare closely at the boy.
"Whose handsome brother is this child? How come it's here?" Maira asked as if her world was fine.
The little boy slowly approached her. "My name is Aldi, Aunt... I want to say thank you to the handsome o-om who saved my Uten.. But my mom said, the doctor hasn't let us see O-om..."
Maira's tears broke, yet she kept smilingly looking at the wise boy in front of her.
"It's got an O-om... Mama said, this flower wants to be given o-om to Auntie..." Said the boy while giving a bouquet of flowers ordered by Hidayat before the tragedy of the accident happened to him.
"Make Aunty, huh?" Maira asked so happily to receive the bouquet of flowers. It was just that he kept wiping his unceasing tears out of his puffy eyes.
"But who's Uten, honey?" Maira asked confusedly.
The boy immediately glanced at his mother, and the woman approached.
"This is called Uten. He's our favorite cat..." Reveal the woman.
"Owh, so bang Hidayat was in an accident for helping him?" Maira asked with a smile holding back the bitterness felt inside her chest.
"I'm sorry, I'm careless to take care of my son... This shouldn't have happened... If your husband is not there, maybe my son is lying in this hospital... Said the witness who saw the incident, my son was about to cross to pick up Uten. But since he just got out of the flower shop and saw it, he held my son, until he himself had the accident..." Mama said the boy explained the actual incident experienced by Hidayat.
Maira sobbed to hear the woman's story, as well as her family who held back tears after knowing the true story.
"Sorry Aldi, Aunt... Aldi naughty..." The boy felt guilty.
"I'm sorry, brother... I am very sorry for this incident... From the time of the accident, Aldi was much moody, and he never took this bouquet out of his grasp..." Mama Aldi's words were filled with a deep sense of guilt.
Maira wiped her tears. "I fell in love with my husband because of his kindness and sincerity... This is qodarullah, and I have no right to be angry about this incident... I was just afraid of my husband why-why... Please pray for my husband to recover, because I believe more and more people are praying, God willing God will quickly grant it..."

Happy graduation, my wife... I love you so much...
Congratulations, dear, for the Master's degree that Maira earned... May his knowledge be useful until the end of his life...
On this happy day you can be late, brother apologizes, yes...
You know, honey, you get big heads every time Maira relents... But, by Allah Brother does not mean to make Maira always succumb to Brother...
Brother really loves Maira, and for the sake of our future you become a little selfish...
Love love beloved wife, prettiest brother...
Hidayat slipped a smiley emoticon in his writing.
Maira folded back the greeting paper she had just read, then dyed the old flower she got from the boy with tears. He hugged the bouquet of flowers into his chest. He sobs. Her heart misses her husband so much, because she and her family have not been able to see Hidayat for now.
He was alone in his room. His family gave him space after hearing his words to Aldi's mother earlier. His family believed that he was able to be patient in the trials that are currently happening to Hidayat.
"It's coming in time, honey... I want to pray first... You strong survive in Mom's womb, son... I'll take care of you, even though I'm currently struggling to heal there..." Maira whispered into her still flat stomach.
Every after the prayer Maira unceasingly prayed for the healing of her husband. He cried more, and occasionally smiled at his stomach which had contained a fetus in it.
That night Rianur and his little family had come, also with the Muslim and his wife. Getting news about Hidayah, they could not be forced to try to come.
The two sisters looked devastated to see their youngest brother lying weakly inside the ICU room. Their hearts are broken considering that only a few years ago they lost one of their brothers, Zahrana Habibah Marwan. They don't want the same pain happening for now.
"Cheal fast, Yat... Bang Mus is sure you're strong..." Muslim speech from behind a glass window. He was unable to stem his tears seeing the helplessness of Hidayat with various life support tools attached to his body.
"Oh my God, heal our sister..." Rianur sobbed. Bang Ed stroked Rianur's shoulders gently to strengthen her. He himself was devastated to see his sister-in-law lying there, especially his wife is Hidayat's brother.
Two days passed, there has been no development whatsoever on the recovery of Hidayat. Families were allowed to swipe one by one. Rianur, and Muslims have also been into turns with their respective spouses. Only Arya is still not ready to tell Kirana about what happened to Hidayat.
"You go home first..." Ask Umayyah.
"But, Dad..." Rianur tried to argue.
"You have other responsibilities that are more important, even though your sister's life is much more important... There are still mothers and fathers, and in-laws of Hidayat... Later if there is a development on your cool condition, Dad will immediately notify..." Umayyad said give understanding.
Inevitably Rianur and Muslim obeyed the words of his father. He also can not linger there until waiting for Hidayat realized. Permission from the school where they teach was also only three days, let alone they had civil servants.
That night Rianur and the Muslims went straight home with their partner. The tired body is not a reason to be silent, but the feeling of worry about Hidayat's condition that has not been conscious makes them not talk much.
Maira is like that too. He is often weak, although as much as possible to be tough in front of his parents and in-laws. This is the most difficult test he felt since living a household life with Hidayat.
For five days they were still in the hospital, and until this moment Hidayat was still unconscious.
