For A Husband Who Doesn't Love Me

For A Husband Who Doesn't Love Me
07. Dividing Boundaries

Hidayat defies his suitcase into the guest room, while Maira follows from behind. His face was so stiff, his attitude grew even colder before Maira.

"You wait on the sofa alone," Hidayat ordered as they were on the doorstep of the guest room.

Maira complied without saying a word. He was well aware of what kind of situation they were in at the moment.

After Hidayat put his small suitcase inside, he immediately walked to the sofa to meet Maira. He looked briefly at Maira's face, and he saw her just looking down.

"Don't expect anything from this wedding, Maira..."

Hidayat hoped that Maira would speak, but his wife remained silent without lifting her face. Hidayat began to clumsy, all the words he had originally prepared suddenly disappeared from his mind.

"Maira's..." He tried to call softly.

Maira slowly raised her face. He turned his head, then looked at Hidayat with a difficult gaze to interpret. "Indeed, Brother expected Maira to hope like what?"

Hidayat. Maira's attitude was far from her expectations. Maira changed completely, and she thought only because of the suffering that had just befallen their family. "You mean like this, Mai... Emm..."

Although Hidayat had previously hoped that Maira would stop loving herself, then slowly give up on their marriage, he did not understand why Maira's attitude made him need not go far.

"Maira does love you, but Maira knows it's not the other way around, right...?" Maira opened the word.

"Then, why didn't Maira refuse instead? Though Maira understand, if married but not loving each other is not at all beneficial to both parties? Maira will be hurt, because you can't force your feelings on Maira either..." Hidayat said with great caution.

"Why don't you just reject him?" Maira smiled, but it was not known to Hidayat that in her heart was very hurt.

"Maira's..."

"Don't force Maira to do what Maira can't, Bang... Let's just go, maybe one day you can open your heart to Maira..."

Hidayat. Maira's words seemed to challenge her. Suddenly he felt angry hearing Maira's great confidence.

"Don't try for that, Maira, because you won't be able to give your brother's heart for you..." Ketus Hidayat's. He immediately stood up to leave Maira there.

Maira hurried to her feet. "The heart of Brother belongs to God, and Maira will ask at the end every Maira bowed down to Him."

Maira's words were so loud that Hidayat's heart warmed up. He stopped his steps, then turned back to Maira with a sharp look.

"Don't beg for love, Maira... It'll just embarrass yourself..." Hardik Hidayat's. She herself was hurt by her words, for she realized that she had never spoken rudely to anyone, let alone this was a woman who had now become her legal wife.

Panting with the atmosphere suddenly heating up, Hidayat immediately passed towards the guest room.

Maira swallowed her bitter sadness. He tried to hold back his tears, but his tears were so mischievous that they came out. He pulled his body back to the sofa hard. His heart was getting sore facing a reality that was really not in accordance with his expectations about living in a household with his heart worship so far.

Maira sobbed by covering her face reddened and wet by her own tears.

Maira buried her head under the pillow. She tried hard not to be tempted to pick up the phone from her late brother's mother-in-law, who had now become her father-in-law as well. He was not ready to hear his hoarse voice after crying for hours in the room that was once the love story of his brother and sister-in-law took place.

His body was also so tired after a day on the way from the village to the house relics of his brother and sister-in-law. Plus the debate that occurred between him and Hidayat this afternoon made his body weaker.

Only a few times the ringing of his phone sounded heartbreaking, after which he fell asleep.

Two hours later, he woke up feeling his face was so hot, and his breathing was tight. He looked at the wall clock, time had shown at half-three in the morning.

"I have to be strong..." Maira muttered while getting up from the bed. The hijab she wears from the village is still worn. A disheveled and disheveled look was attached to his head.

In the first junction of the night for Maira was in this room. After bathing he immediately performed the tahajud prayer, again asking the Owner of life, so that his life is always in the protection of God.

After the prayer Maira did not go back to sleep. He read the Quran until dawn. Her tears broke remembering the events of yesterday afternoon, also imagining how terrible her domestic life was going forward with Hidayat.

Like a wife, Maira early in the morning after dawn prayers immediately prepare breakfast and drinks for her husband. He did not care how, he thought of his determination to win Hidayat's heart in order to glance at him as a wife.

Almost seven o'clock Hidayat came out of the guest room. He was ready to leave.

"The breakfast is over, Bang... Brother's going to the kiosk, right?" Maira tried to be relaxed as if nothing had ever happened.

"No need... I'll have breakfast at the stall..." Answer Hidayat ketus. He was about to walk out leaving Maira indifferently, but Maira quickly restrained her arm.

"For just this once, Bang... This food from the village runs out Maira heat, also quite a lot... Maira plans to split it into close neighbors, still mostly. Next time Maira will not prepare anything else, let no one mubasir..."

As hard as Hidayat's heart, but heard the word mubasir he according. He sauntered to the dining table, and then immediately ate the breakfast that Maira had prepared.

"Bang, Maira will take the road to the neighboring houses, huh?" Maira said asking permission like a wife to her husband.

"Do as you please... Just go away if you get bored, because I'll never limit you..." Said Hidayat did not care.

Maira gulped down her saliva, trying hard when she heard Hidayat's harsh and harsh words towards her. After marriage, Hidayat did change completely in his attitude to him. However, surviving is what he wants, even though he himself does not know until when he must survive.

"Thank you for giving up on our marriage. I'm not ready to get married, but all I'm doing is for mom..." Hidayat got up from his seat while pulling a small bag that he used to carry around if he wanted to go to the stall.

Maira kept smiling, at least Hidayat appreciated her good intentions this morning. Although Hidayat divided the line with her, at least her husband wanted to spend the breakfast and drinks that he had prepared with sincerity.
