After attending a meeting with the hospital director and several senior doctors, Arumi rushed out of the room. The woman glanced at the watch on her wrist, the time was two o'clock in the afternoon.
"Mama should have finished checking up" murmured Arumi. He stood beside the entrance of the meeting room.
To confirm Nyimas's whereabouts, Arumi grabs the phone from inside the bag. Then call his mother's number. "Assalamu. Mama's done checking up?" ask the woman when the phone is connected.
On the other side Nyimas replied, "Wa'alaikum greetings, dear. My mom just got out of the elevator. It's waiting for you in the hospital lobby."
"Yes, Mama wait there. Arumi will come down. Incidentally, the meeting with the Director was over. Before we go home, we'll eat in the hospital cafeteria."
"good. Mama wait here. Assalamu a'laikum."
Phone connection disconnected. Without wasting any time, Arumi berggeas picks up Nyimas in the lobby.
When he was already inside the elevator door, suddenly the shadow of Naila was treating Kayla flashed through the woman's mind. "Oh yeah, I'd better see Mama Naila first. I want to make sure what Mama and Kayla are waiting in line for in the gynecologist." Then he pressed the number three button, where the poly content is located.
The woman's heart is getting irregular. His face grew pale and cold sweat began to pour out. The pace sourced from Arumi's flat shoes was unpretentious to the woman's heartbeat.
Standing among the crowd, Arumi circulated a gaze in all directions, looking for the whereabouts of Naila and Kayla. "Where did they go? Could Mama and Kayla have gone home?" muttered.
Arumi's eyes were fixed on the nurse's desk in the middle of the poly. He walked over to a nurse working behind a desk. "Excuse me, Sister."
A nurse in a pink uniform who works behind a desk raises her head. With a friendly smile, he said. "Eh, Doctor Arumi. What's up, Doc?"
"Suster Nindi, I want to ask if there was a patient on behalf of Miss Nayla? About twenty-five years old" whispered Arumi. The woman looked to the right and left, making sure no paparazzi eavesdropped on their conversation as the person Arumi was talking about was a famous model in the country. If someone else hears the news that Kayla is queuing in the poly womb then tomorrow or the day after tomorrow there will be news on the television screen and he does not want if his best friend is a gossip material in Indonesia.
Nindi already knew the person that Arumi meant. He immediately opened the monitor screen, looking for a patient on Kayla's behalf.
The next second, on the monitor screen emblazoned the patient's name as mentioned by Arumi. Nindi brought her body closer to the front, until now there was no gap between them. "There, Doc. The model came here to check the content," he said.
"When viewed from medical records, it looks like the beautiful model is two-bodied," he said.
Like being struck by lightning. Arumi's body trembled, her knees felt limp. Fortunately, he clasped tightly to the end of the desk. If only he stood up without leaning back maybe now the woman was already drowning on the floor and became the center of everyone's attention.
The woman's mind was empty. His brain cannot work properly. Various questions came to his mind. 'Could Kayla be pregnant with a child ....'
Arumi put all her bad thoughts away. There's no way Kayla could have cheated on Mahesa. She knew, all this time the relationship between friends and her husband did not get along. Every time we meet, Kayla always avoids and the attitude of the girl seems indifferent and one thing is certain, Mahesa is not the type of man her best friend dreams.
"Doctor! Doctor!" exclamation Nindi.
Arumi jerks. He regained his senses after a few seconds his soul flew into another dimension. Stuttering the woman grabbed Nindi's hand. "Don't let this information leak. Especially if the paparazzi show this news on television. My best friend's reputation could be ruined."
Nindi smiled at a smile. "Doctor just relax. This secret will be safe. After all, this has also become a code of conduct for medical personnel to hide patient information."
Arumi nodded. "good. Then, excuse me. Thank you, Sister Nindi," she said before leaving the nurse's desk.

"Ma!" arumi exclaimed when she arrived at the hospital lobby.
A middle-aged woman dressed all covered with a veil covering her hair sat sweetly on the waiting chair. Although almost five heads old, but the aura of the beauty of the woman never faded eaten time. He smiled sweetly at Arumi.
"Mama's been waiting here a long time?" asked Arumi in a regretful tone. He was so sorry for his selfishness that he had to make his mother wait too long in the hospital lobby.
He realized, it should have been after the meeting immediately met Nyimas instead of going to the polystyrene to find out information about Kayla. However, the soul of the woman was more domineering so she chose to turn into an impromptu detective rather than being a good boy in front of her mother.
Nyimas cupped the face of his beloved daughter. Although Arumi is not Nyimas's biological child but the woman is very fond of her adopted child. He loves Arumi even more than anything else in the world because he thinks the woman who works as the best surgeon at Persada International Hospital is a gift that God has ever given him.
"No problem. Just waiting five, won't make Mama die a torment" Nyimas chuckled.
Arumi sat on the chair beside Nyimas. The woman's face began to look sad. Her eyes began to glaze over. The woman's lips were trembling. "Don't talk about death. I'm sure Mama will be healed. All doctors in this hospital have good skills, they will provide the best treatment for Mama. If necessary, I'll intervene to operate on Mama."
In that instant, Arumi could not control her tears. The clear liquid began to go down wetting the cheeks.
Nyimas rubbed the clear liquid with his index finger. "God! No cry. My mom will never go anywhere. Mama will always be around you, forever."
"Yes already. Let's go to the cafeteria! Mama's stomach is hungry" Nyimas tries to distract Arumi. Seeing the child's tears flow, making her instincts as a mother piqued to erase the sadness in the woman. He wanted the rest of his life to bring happiness to his beloved daughter.
Then, two other women of that generation stepped into the hospital cafeteria. They walked past the coffee shop near the elevator door, walking straight through the radiology room of the hospital.
While walking, Arumi observed the hospital where she worked. The hospital was increasingly crowded with visitors when it was the first time working there, not so crowded. However, over time, Persada International Hospital is increasingly crowded with patients for treatment.
They turned to the right aisle, then continued to step until they arrived in front of a pharmacy. Arumi stopped her steps when she saw a pair of women sitting in the visitor's chair, waiting in line to take a prescription for drugs given by a doctor.
"Loh, isn't that ...."
