Husband's Regret: Betrayed for Not Getting Pregnant

Husband's Regret: Betrayed for Not Getting Pregnant
Haru's Atmosphere

Suddenly nervousness struck when a car driven by arumi approached housing in the South Tangerang area. Although it is not an elite housing but still the area is near the capital city of Jakarta and its location is quite strategic.

House with a modern minimalist concept is built on a land area of 100×50 m2. It consists of two floors and has four bedrooms. In addition, on the front of the house overgrown with greenery and trees towering upwards so that the house looks cooler and beautiful.

At home, Arumi spends her teenage years lovingly and affectionately. The two adoptive parents of the woman were as pampering as her own biological child.

The woman's feelings grew more uncertain as her car entered a gate that towered above the clouds. A security guard opened the door after learning that the owner's daughter was coming.

"Good afternoon, Sister Arumi," he said respectfully.

"Good afternoon, sir," replied Arumi kindly. Although his mood was chaotic, he still tried to smile in front of the crowd.

Arumi got out of the car, a housekeeper standing in the doorway. The half-century-old woman smiled kindly welcoming the arrival of her employer's daughter.

"Bak Arumi!" he screamed while splashing in the woman's arms.

"Mbc. How's things going?"Arumi returned the hug. He hugged the body of Mbok Darmi, Nyimas' domestic assistant.

Mbok Darmi has been considered like his own family by Arumi because since the long-haired woman was a teenager, Mbok Darmi also contributed in giving affection to him.

"Alhamdulillah, Mother. Mbok is fine. Duh, that Mbok misses once. It's been a long time, Mbak didn't play here" the woman said after breaking her arms. Then he brought Arumi's body into the house.

"Yes, Mbok. I'm so busy working that I don't have time to come to this house." Arumi was slightly insinuated by Mbok Darmi's remarks. However, he realized everything the woman said was true. For a long time he did not come to visit Nyimas' house.

Seeing the look on Arumi's face change, Mbok Darmi realized that he had offended his employer's daughter. Not wanting the atmosphere to be gray, he switched the conversation.

"That's it. Comein! Mbok invited Mbak Rumi to see Mrs Nyimas." He pulled Arumi's hand. The two women stepped into the room.

Arriving at the back garden, Mbok Darmi let go of his hand. He walked slowly towards the master. "Mrs Nyimas, Ms. Arumi came here" whispered softly in the employer's ear.

On a swing made of rattan, a middle-aged woman was sound asleep. On his lap there is a photo album that contains memories of the late beloved husband is still on this earth.

He blinked his eyes and glanced at Arumi. A smile on the lips of the woman. "You have arrived here. Mama thinks it's still on the road."

Arumi smiled bitterly when she saw the remaining crystal liquid dry in the corner of her eyes. I don't know why his heart ached at that sight. "Lord, maybe all this time without me realizing I've been wrong to Mama? I have abandoned him so that You rebuke me in a most beautiful way." - Inwardly.

Unwittingly, Arumi's tears fell down her cheeks. The clear liquid back flushed his face just like rain water that was currently falling, flushing the city of Tangerang.

Nyimas got up from the swing, standing before Arumi. Then he stretched out both hands. Without saying any words, her foster daughter was scattered in an embrace.

"I'm sorry Arumi abandoned Mama. Arumi was too busy to forget her duties and obligations as a child." The sound of sobs slashing the heart could be heard on the sidelines of thunderous sounds. "Really, Arumi regretted having wasted Mama."

"Bad boy! Mama might be angry just because you rarely visit this house. You must have misunderstood why this album was on Mama's lap, right?" tanyanya while leading Arumi sat on a chair that was located not far from the rattan swing.

"Mama's just kangen with your Papa. We haven't been on a pilgrimage to Papa's grave in a long time." Nyimas rubbed the child's shoulder gently.

"Then why are there tears in the corner of your eye?" ask Arumi. He was still hiccupping beside Nyimas. His shoulders go down in turn.

"Mama don't lie" he said. "If you lie later his nose is long like Pinocchio!"

Nyimas was silent for a while, then carried Arumi's body in an embrace. He rubbed his son's back with love.

Since long ago, Nyimas was difficult to hide something from Arumi. His son was very sensitive to the slightest thing. Until he and Zidan can't lie in front of the woman.

"If you know you're lying right now, please pretend you're not aware of it. Let's just say you don't know that right now Mama is sad because she is missing the presence of her beloved husband and child." Tears that have been held since, finally can not be dammed again. He also got late in the atmosphere.

Both women were crying. Pouring out hearts through crying. They cry not because they are weak but try to get stronger. Is not doubt also a way to get rid of uncomfortable feelings in yourself?

Mbok Darmi who had been standing in the doorway while carrying a tray containing snacks and warm drinks also dissolved in the atmosphere of haru. Seeing the scenery made him miss his only son who was working in the people's region. Slowly, the woman's tears melted between her cheeks.

"I miss Karto. How's that lanang doing?" mbok Darmi. "Well, I'll have to call her tonight.

***

After the blue drama. Nyimas and Arumi sat on the sofa of the family room. They were watching a television show while waiting for dinner.

While watching a soap opera broadcast by one of the national television channels, Nyimas remembered something. He looked at Arumi intensely and then said, "Mama almost forgot to ask you something."

Arumi glanced sideways at a glance. It cringes. I don't know why this time the woman's feelings weren't calm as if something was going to happen today. However, Arumi immediately put away the feeling all the way. He tried to think well and think positively before Nyimas said anything to him.

Arumi hesitantly said, "What do you want to ask?"

"A few days ago, Mama called your house and asked about Mahesa's whereabouts because Mama's friend was planning to buy a house for her son as a wedding gift. Yeah, who knows if Mama talks to your husband for four eyes, he'll give you a price cut" he said.

"Mama called her mobile number but never picked up. Therefore Mama tried to call to your house but said Bi Lina, Mahesa had not returned home for a long time," said Nyimas at length.

The woman stopped for a moment. He took a deep breath and stared fixedly at the child's chocolate bead. "Are you guys fighting?"

Arumi squeezed his fingers and bowed his head. He was afraid Nyimas saw his eyes begin to glaze over again.

The two demons within him were at war between revealing the truth or continuing to cover it up to an unspecified time limit. If he chooses to continue to cover, then the consequences of the woman will remain shackled in the unholy bond of marriage again.

He took a deep breath and raised his head. Grasping the end of the clothes worn. Gather the courage to tell the truth.

"Ma, if I were to divorce from Mas Mahes, would Mama support my decision?" tanyanya.
