Husband's Regret: Betrayed for Not Getting Pregnant
Better Arumi Than Kayla

Naila rushed down from the car after the driver stopped the vehicle right in front of the entrance to the hospital lobby. The woman ran over to the IGD room but found no whereabouts of her beloved husband.

With trembling hands and mixed feelings, Naila pulled out the mobile phone from inside the bag. He called the Son's number.

"Pa, where are you? I've arrived at the hospital. Right now I'm in front of the IGD room but I can't find you here" Naila said as Putra raised a call from her.

Over there, the Son replied, "Mahesa has been moved to the treatment room. Hurry up here, don't stop by anywhere" the Son told his wife.

"Well, I'll be there soon!" After turning off the phone, Naila ran down the hospital hallway to the treatment room.

The woman's footsteps stopped when she saw her beloved husband sitting on a stainless chair while covering his face with his palms.

"Pa ... What really happened?" tanya Naila ventured. Although the heart beats faster and the face paled but he had to ask what really happened to Mahesa, his favorite child.

The son looked up his head, looking at Naila's face with eyes that were difficult to interpret.

Instead of answering Naila's question, Putra insinuated the wife. "So important is the meaning of your social friends that you do not have the slightest time to check whether there is a phone call from me." Staring cynically at Naila.

"You're too much, Ma! When your son was in an accident, you were busy talking warmly with your four friends until they did not realize that there was an emergency phone from the hospital who wanted to tell him that Mahesa was in an accident. Fortunately, at that time I immediately picked up the phone, try not to know what will happen to our son and daughter-in-law" said Putra.

"A-I .. I really don't know if there's a phone coming in, Pa. Really!" Naila tried to defend herself, revealing why she did not answer the phone call from the hospital.

"Of course you don't know because your phone is in silent mode, right? The son drew a sharp gaze towards Naila.

"Ehm .. it's .. i-"

"We have been married for twenty-eight years but your attitude has never changed. In a crucial moment like this, you become the number two person who knows the news of our son's accident, Ma. You're her mother should be the first person on Mahesa's side, not me."

"You know, Ma. Mahesa was struggling alone in the room. Doctors say due to a hard impact on the head, there will most likely be side effects from this accident. It is likely that he will experience amnesia even though the doctor himself is not so sure of his opinion, because until now Mahesa has not been aware of himself."

Naila shook her head. He did not expect that Mahesa's situation would be this severe. A flash of Mahesa's face as a child is beautifully imprinted in memory, making the woman's heart ache like being stabbed by a piece. Unable to imagine the body of the beloved child in pain, the tears of the woman began to splatter wet the cheeks.

He was sitting limp on the chair with tears flowing down. "My son must be fine. Since childhood, Mahesa was a strong child. She never cried despite suffering as severe a wound as anything, she kept smiling."

The son rubbed his face violently. To be honest, he could not bear to see Mahesa lying weakly on the hospital bed. Various hoses are installed on the body of the beloved child.

"Right now, Kayla's condition is also very concerning. He had a bump in the stomach. As a result of the impact, the womb could not be saved and the doctor was forced to perform an operation to remove the uterus of our daughter-in-law, Ma," said Putra Lirih. Even so, Naila can hear clearly the words of the husband.

Not lost to the shock of Naila, now she gets a new surprise about the condition of her favorite daughter-in-law. The woman shook her head while smothering her mouth using her palm. His heart was completely broken hearing all this news. She had just shown herself in front of her friends about Kayla's pregnancy but now her future granddaughter was gone.

"Why did all this happen to our family, Pa? Why?" tanya Naila interrupted by the sound of sobs that slashed the heart. "What are we doing wrong that God took back the innocent baby?"

"Five years Mama waited and when the baby was present, she just left. Why is God so bad to us, Pa?" Naila back sobbing. Now the sound of crying is becoming. The sound of Naila's cries echoed through the deserted hallway of the hospital.

Seeing Naila cry a hiccup makes the Son can not take it anymore. Although he was still furious about the attitude of the woman sitting by his side but his instinct as a husband whispered to him to comfort Naila.

Slowly, the Son pulls Naila's body in a crib. Hugging tightly onto the body of the woman who had given him a boy who was so great in every way. The man's hand gently rubbed Naila's back.

"Alright, Ma. Don't cry anymore. If you keep crying, pity Mahesa in there. He must be disturbed by the sound of your crying. Let our child rest in peace" persuaded the Son.

"But, Pa, Mama is not sincere if the baby just leaves. Mama's been expecting a lot from Kayla, but why doesn't she keep her trust so well." The tears on Naila's cheeks were increasingly flowing like a spring that would never recede.

"Eat him, Mama don't expect too much of that woman. If only Mama had followed Papa's advice to keep Arumi, maybe it wouldn't have been like this. At least, Arumi can still give grandchildren to us because she still has her womb while Kayla?" son's great-grandson on the sidelines entertains Naila.

"That's why Papa kind of objected when Mama sparked a crazy idea to ask Mahesa to be in love with Kayla while the status of our son is still Arumi's legal husband."

Naila unravels a hug. He lifted his head up. Tears still flowed down the woman's cheeks. "So, Papa blames Mama? Not that time Papa also suggested the same thing Mahesa so that he preferred Kayla than Arumi. Papa forgot?" Naila turned things around. He could not accept if the Son blamed him in this case. However, the idea of infidelity came from the Son and of course from Naila as the main mastermind of all this chaos.

"Loh, isn't that so? Mama was too selfish to give Papa a chance to speak before the word agreed on our lips at that time." The son tidied up his slightly tangled clothes and then leaned his back to the back. "Therefore, so one should not expect too much of others. So that later in the day not to be disappointed."

Naila's tears still haven't stopped flowing down her cheeks. All the words of the Son are like a great whip to him.

The woman was upset. "You can only blame others without being able to find a solution for your family. If you don't agree, why don't you find another woman to introduce to Mahesa? You were busy eating the cake given by Kayla" Naila said.

"You ... how dare you say presumptuous in front of me!" sembur Putra while upholding the sitting position.

"In fact it is like that. Wh why? Papa's gonna deny it." Both hands folded on the chest. "So my husband is a plan!"
