The next day the two of them immediately left the inn and made their way back to the mercenary headquarters.

All that was said by Ed’ yesterday really happened a lot of people were gossiping about the entire Tesro family being arrested for a crime they had long committed, his crimes were reported by his own coachman as well as many children found in their cellar who were deliberately locked there.

“Wah, Ed’ you really made the trash arrested along with his whole family.”

“You heard it?”

“Yes, everyone talked about it this morning. I mean the innkeeper, he said the Tesro Family was good and often donated half his property to houses of worship and it turns out that behind it he is not as good as it looks.”

“Means don't judge people from the outside only.” Reply Ed’ briefly then spur his horse quickly.

“Ed’ don't you intend to take me back? You know the rewards for finding me are huge, this could be your chance to blackmail the Yarnell.” family Tanya Leathina suddenly made Ed’ a little surprised to hear Leathina's words.

“Why are you suddenly asking like that Lea?”

“No, it's just that I don't know if suddenly you'll betray me. You know there's never been anyone who's sided with me.” Leathina spoke with a blank look.

“I will not betray you, and I will be the first to always side with you no matter what happens I promise to protect you.”

“Hahah.” Leathina's laughter suddenly exploded making Ed and Adam who were behind them also heard her come into confusion.

“Why are you laughing, what's so funny Lea?”  Ed’ asked as he continued to focus on driving his horse.

“No, just heard your words. You're like you're proposing to a woman just a little less said “Please with me.” Leathina replied while giggling to hold her own laughter.

“Lea, I'm not kidding.” Ed’ said then with a slight annoyance as Leathina did not take anything she said seriously.

“Yes I know, the promise you made out of your mouth will never break even to your deathyou will surely keep it, Ed’.” Leathina then spoke seriously in response to Ed’'s words to her.

“Thanks Edward.” Leathina finished her speech while Ed’ only smiled at Leathina's words.

After their conversation, none of them started a conversation between them Ed’ focused on controlling his horse while Leathina only fell silent only the sound of the pattering of their horse legs heard along the way breaking the silence.

“It's almost there.” Adam cried when he saw the roof of the old mansion standing firmly in front of them.

Adam jumped down from his horse, opened the gate for them to pass, then continued their journey back into the courtyard of the mansion.

After being at the main door Ed’ immediately jumped down from his horse then afterwards immediately helped Leathina down. Adam immediately grabbed hold of the rope of the horse Ed’ was riding and led him along with his horse into the stable. While Leathina and Ed’ entered the old mansion, inside the mansion the people greeted him meant Troy who had been waiting for their return from last night.

“Lea, you're back.” Greet Troy as he sees Leathina entering the mansion.

“Troy! What about the kids?” leathina asked then while walking towards Troy while Ed’ went to her room accompanied by Fiona who had also been waiting for her.

“The kids are safe, it's just that they can't stay here. Too dangerous for kids like them to know a place like this.” Troy spoke while pulling a chair and letting Leathina sit down.

“So where did you take them?”

“They live in the countryside around here, soon we will take her to the mansion owned by Tesro who has been donated to be the residence of these abandoned children.”

“So I'm really glad to hear that because they got a decent place to live. When exactly will you take them to the city?”

“We will bring him now, for they are both evidence and witnesses to the crime of Tesro so their presence is very important in court.

“Then I will come with you.” Leathina then immediately stood up to join Troy and the others to deliver the children she had saved yesterday.

“But Lea aren't you exhausted, you just got back to rest.”

“True Adam, Lea. You should rest.”

Adam who had just entered the mansion after bringing a horse into his stable, was later justified by Troy.

“It's okay Adam, Troy, I won't come with you to town. I just want to let go of them.”

“But Troy.” Leathina then made Troy turn to her.

“I can ride on your horse? My horse was left behind in town.” Leathina spoke up continuing her words.

“Bby, of course let's come with me.”

“Wah thanks.”

“Leathina you'll go with me.”

Knowing that Troy allowed him to come with her made Leathina exuberant and immediately followed Troy. But Adam suddenly pulls his hand and stops him from joining Troy and asks Leathina to come with him.

“Eh? But adam don't you also need rest.”

“I just wanted to come see the kids yesterday.”

“Oh, well, it doesn't matter who I'm with if I can meet the kids.” Leathina spoke as she followed Adam from behind.

After traveling for almost half an hour they finally arrived at a house from a distance seen some children were waiting in line to enter the horse carriage that would take them to the city.

“Nona Nobles!” Shouted Toni welcomed Leathina's arrival then Toni and her sister immediately ran over and hugged Leathina while the – boy who had already boarded the carriage immediately pulled his head out of the window and waved his hands at her Leathina Direction.

“It looks like these kids have fallen for you Lea.” Said Troy after getting off his horse and following Leathina and Adam who had arrived first.

“Of course.” Leathina replied with a joke.

“What number we both can't come with you alone.” Toni spoke while bowing her head.

“Yes Miss, Toni and I can be your servants. We do not need to be paid as long as it is given food.” Messy also followed the whining on Leathina.

“I'm sorry, but it's dangerous for kids like you to come with me.” Leathina crouched down in front of the two of them and rubbed the heads of the two brothers.

“How will we repay your kindness miss?” Toni sadly asked Leathina.

“Let's just relax, I just wanted to ask you guys for help. But, it's like a secret mission only the two of you and I know. Are you ready?”

“Of course we are willing.” Hearing Leathina's words made Toni and messy excited again.

“Well find this address and meet a woman named Denisa, and deliver my letter this.” Leathina whispered to Toni and Messy then slipped a letter into Toni's pocket.

“But we don't know reading Miss.” Messy's whisper to Leathina.

“While in town, ask someone else to read you this address, and if they ask what it is to say that you want to find your mother's nature, do you understand.”

“Iya Miss.” Toni and Messy say almost simultaneously.

“All right we'll be leaving soon!” shouted a coachman commemorating Toni and Messy who had not yet boarded.

Hearing the scream made Toni and Messy immediately run up the horse carriage with the other children then put his head out at the window and continued to wave towards leathina.

“It looks like I'm also going to go.” Troy spoke and walked on his horse to follow the chariot which had gone before Leathina and Adam.

“What you whispered to the two kids earlier.” Adam asked Leathina, wondering what made the kids so excited.

“That's a secret, let's go back.”

Leathina simply smiled knots, then walked first to the horse they used earlier to return to the shadow army headquarters.
