“Eh! Wait a minute..!”

“What will he chase after me?” inner Leathina who now as much as possible ran away from the man who had helped her.

After feeling that she had run far enough, Leathina turned to check and then felt relieved that the man had not followed her.

Leathina made her way to the main road in search of a train that would go in her direction and it was not long before Leathina found a carriage used as a freight carrier that happened to be her destination.

Leathina clambered up on the back of the carriage because she did not want the horse carriage owner to see her and suspected her of being a thief and then ended up being chased down not giving her a ride in the carriage.

Leathina jumped up as much as she could not make a sound so as not to be caught by the owner of the train and soon Leathina finally arrived at one of the branches of the road that leads to her house and with a heartleathina's heart immediately jumped down.

“Who?” Shouted the owner of the horse carriage because he heard a voice from the back of his carriage.

“Ack! Jeez!”

Leathina who jumped down accidentally stepped on a twig and rang loud enough that the owner of the train could hear the sound of a branch fracture that he stepped on.

Leathina immediately looked down to hide in the carriage, then ran while sneaking towards the thickets that grew on the roadside.

The owner of the horse-drawn carriage who suspected his belongings had been stolen also got off his carriage and checked all his belongings.

“Almost I got caught.” Mumbled Leathina then took a small walk and ran a little so as not to be late to go home.

Leathina again climbed the wall and then peeked to check the situation and after it was felt the situation was safe Liathina immediately jumped down and settled into the outside of her room.

“Haiss! Since this is not the time of changing guards I so have no chance to sneak past the guards guarding around outside my room.” Leathina muttered as she saw that there were still many guards standing guard and none of them were sleepy or lazy until it was difficult for Leathina to pass them by without being discovered.

Leathina took a stone and threw it as far away as possible to the side of the room away from Leathina's room, breaking the window.

“Check!” exclaimed the guards who then ran around looking for the source of the sound.

Without waiting for Long Leathina immediately slipped when the attention of the guards diverted then climbed up to her room which was on the second floor and swiftly jumped into her room.

“Ha!” Leathina was finally able to breathe with relief after successfully entering her room without being discovered and at the same time the guards also returned to their respective guard posts.

“Back guard in your positions! The others check around there! Someone deliberately threw a stone to provoke a commotion, try to search the entire area and do not let your guard down!” Shouted one of the soldiers who gave interaction to his other comrades.

From the outside of the room Leathina heard a few footsteps running along the corridor, Leathina then became frantically running towards the door to unlock it again.

“Windows! The window hasn't been locked.” Leathina murmured in panic, then as quickly as possible ran towards the window and locked it.

After locking the window of her room from inside Leathina immediately took off her shoes and threw them carelessly under her bed then directly climbed onto her bed and covered her entire body with a blanket.

Nicholas opened the door then immediately walked towards Leathina's bed to check.

“Mmm... Nicholas?” Leathina pretended to wake up from hearing the noise.

“Ah, I'm sorry Leathina. I must have woken you.” Nicholas said he thought it was he who had awakened Leathina because she had entered his room suddenly.

“What's up? Why does it sound so noisy outside, is something happening?” ask Leathina.

“It looks like there was an intruder who broke into the mansion, he broke the window. Dad is now checking it out and I was ordered to check on you.”

“I'm fine Nicholas.”

Nicholas glanced at the window and saw Leathina's curtain slightly exposed, he immediately walked towards the window inspecting it and because there was no problem Nicholas pulled the curtain to close the window completely.

“Thank God, come back to rest I'll go downstairs to check what happened. For a while do not leave your room first, outside may change.”

After checking Leathina Nicholas was immediately out and closed the door of Leathina's room back.

“Hah! Just barely.” Said Leathina who felt relieved to be able to hide in time.

“I sweat a lot, hopefully Nicholas doesn't.” Leathina muttered then opened her robe and put it back in her closet.

Leathina who was intrigued by the situation outside after causing chaos now walked back towards the window. Leathina purposely uncovers the curtains of her window and exposes herself to people to reinforce her alibi that she was still in her room at the time of the incident.

“Ah, forgive me. I made a fuss and disturbed all of you.” Leathina muttered as she looked at her father and everyone was now busy checking the entire area to look for the troublemaker.

The duke who saw a hint of light from the direction of Leathina's room on the second floor immediately looked up to check and saw Leathina now standing in front of the window.

Leathina who was looking down automatically could also see Duke Leonard until the sight of the two of them copy met, too, seeing that Leathina directly waved her hand at her father and her father just nodded and then returned to focus on finding the intruder who broke the glass.
