The journey led by Duke Leonard again continued to leave the cave where they rested, no problems occurred during their stay in the cave overnight. Farkas does his job well he doesn't even sleep in their place to keep an eye on his surroundings.

They then decide to free Farkas and leave him alone because it looks like Farkas is an immature werewolf and harmless to them, duke Leonard advises her to rush after his herd which may not have gone too far.

“Duke are we going to just let it go?” damian asked who was still looking back after leaving Farkas alone in the cave.

Farkas fell asleep at sunrise and was unaware of the departure of the five of them.

“It's okay, he's a forest animal.he definitely knows how to survive,” replied Zeyden in place of Duke Leonard.

They also refocused on continuing to the east forest, passing steep mountains and carefully so that their feet did not choose a place to tread if they did not want to fall into the abyss.

“Dia come.” Aelfric told everyone and made the others reflex to look back.

“Who?” ask Damian curiously.

Not long after, a small wolf came chasing after them, and stopped in the distance as everyone stared at him.

“Gosh he caught up with us,” Damian saw farkas in his wolf form who turned out not to pursue his herd but instead caught up with them.

“Leave it, if you get bored later he will go alone. Note your steps do not get mired into the abyss,” said Duke Leonard then refocus continue his journey.

“True, he caught up with us probably just out of curiosity any minute he would definitely get bored since it seems like he just this time saw a human directly after coming out of the black forest.” Zeyden followed suit and resumed their journey.

After many hours of walking they finally chose to rest in a flat area that was safe enough to be occupied resting.

Damian took out the meat he had wrapped with leaves and had them smoked overnight to last a little longer and made it a stash for them. He cut them into small pieces and distributed them evenly to others.

they all ate at once to rest before continuing on their way back.

“He still follows us,” Aelfric said as he looked at Farkas from a distance and hid behind the trees.

“What are you doing Damian!” aelfric snapped when he saw Damian throwing a piece of meat at Farkas.

“He seems hungry,”

Farkas was seen slightly coming out of hiding when Damian threw him with a piece of meat then sniffed it for a while after it immediately ate him up.

“Come, we have to hurry.” Edward then continued on his way.

They all then walked back and did not care about Farkas anymore, but the longer Farkas narrowed the distance between them again and had clearly shown himself traveling not far behind them.

“What do you see?” Aelfric asked Damian as he kept looking back.

“Gosh,” he exclaimed when he saw Farkas had now joined in their journey and trailed from behind, Farkas already looked like the tail of the five of them.

“Mr Duke?” Call Damian then look a little begging to let Farkas come with them.

“As far as you are concerned, the important thing is that you make sure that he will not hinder the trip or interfere later,” Duke Leonard replied to Damian who still keeps seeing him.

“Thank you Mr. Duke,” exclaimed Damian in excitement then immediately called Farkas.

“Come here Farkas street next to me, if you want to come with us then I have to keep an eye on you for 24 hours full.”

The understanding Farkas was also happy and then immediately walked beside Damian to obey all Damian's words and because he was so happy to be allowed to come with them he even walked by wagging his tail.

“Why haven't you turned into a human form?” Damian asked curiously.

Hearing Damian's question, Farkas suddenly turned into a human while Damian who saw it immediately understood why during the trip Farkas never turned into a human.

Damian immediately opened his cloth bag and happily gave Farkas one of his clothes that he brought and Farkas immediately wore it.

“We arrived at my house,” Aelfric said as he watched from a distance a transparent protective barrier from a distance.

“Where? I saw nothing,” asked Damian then spread his gaze to all directions looking for the village referred to by Aelfric.

“That's because you won't be able to see it with ordinary eyes, or it could be said that you won't be able to see it if you look for it because of your curiosity that's what's going to get you lost."

“Oh, like that. So where are we going now?” Damian nodded in understanding after hearing Aelfric's brief explanation.

They then resumed their journey, the road that had been uphill now turned into the opposite and steep down to the ground. Carefully they went down and tried not to fall down.

“Why so far away, the feeling when we come down from the mountain and enter the sun forest is still above us and now look is now willing night,” Zeyden grumbled, since then they have continued to walk into the forest and still did not find the entrance into the eastern forest.

“In a moment,” Duke Leonard said to calm them all down.

They re-entered the forest and continued to enter until the grove of trees had blocked the incoming sunlight until it only looked dark because no more sunlight could light their way.

“What is the right way here?” edward asked, doubting Duke Leonard.

“I'm sure I didn't mistakenly recognize the path,” replied Duke Leonard who is now beginning to doubt his own memory, “Aelfric do you know something?” Ask Aelfric later to be sure.

Aelfric shook his head weakly, he also looks confused with his own way his view continues to observe every walk he goes to provoke his memory of his hometown but no matter how hard he tries his memory continues to blur can not remember anything.

“Wait,” Edward realized something strange, “When have we entered the eastern forest?” ask her who looks familiar when looking around her.

“Entah, maybe about thirty minutes? An hour? Or is it a leb ...? uh, since when did we get into this forest?” Zeyden replied, then he stopped as he was confused as to when they had entered the eastern forest.

“Are we lost?” damian asked who was also confused.

Edward scratched some trees deliberately to give a sign on the road they went through, after which they resumed their journey into the forest.

“This is strange,” muttered slowly when they realized that it was not passing through the same path, they did not find the trees that had been scratched Edward.

“Do you not mistakenly recognize duke road?” asked Zeyden who disagreed with Duke Leonard's opinion.

“True Edward has marked some of the trees earlier but we do not even see the trees that have been marked earlier by Edward.”

“Of course you won't find, Look and wait.” Duke Leonard took his sword then scratched some trees just like Edward had done before and after that they waited for a while.

“What the fuck is that?” They all cried almost simultaneously as they looked at the tree that Duke Leonard had marked with his sword slowly recovering as before.

“These trees are endowed by the elves who can outlive any living creature and instead these trees hide the entrance to the territory of the elves.” Aelfric said that he could finally remember something.

“So what should we do?” Damian asked in confusion and also scratched the trees as much as he could hope that the scratches could leave marks so they could make clues later but the results were futile, he said, the trees he scratched were constantly recovering as before.

“Zeyden can't you find something with your magic?” Duke Leonard asked Zeyden.

“I've tried it several times, but no matter how far I release my magic I can't find any clues and can't sense any aura or life source from living beings, in other words the only living thing that exists in this forest now is just us.”

“Aelfric?” Call duke Leonard to Aelfric.

“I'm sorry Duke, I can't feel anything here either. Here there is not even wind.” Aelfric spoke while holding his hand trying to sense the direction of the wind but he could not feel anything.

They all then just fell silent and not for a while later they all decided to go back on the journey rather than just remain silent in confusion.

“The sun may have completely sunk outside and we are still lost in this forest.” Zeyden began to fret because the messih had not found a bright spot that could lead them to the right path.

“Calm down, Zeyden. Do not transmit your anxiety to others if you want to return then back is the choice in your hands.”  Said Edward who warned Zeyden who had been grumbling, Edward was also actually worried if Zeyden's speech could affect others.

“I'm sorry Edward, I just feel riled up after our trip is still at a dead end.”

“Alright, I understand your concerns but for now try to stay calm. Quarrels and disputes will not solve any problems.” Duke Leonard calmed the two down.

“Farkas,” calls Duke Leonard to Farkas who was silent because he did not know about their situation.

Farkas looked up at Duke Leonard as his body was smaller than the others, his red eyes continued to stare towards Duke Leonard in such a position Farkas was more like a pet waiting for an order from his master.

“Farkas try to sniff our smell and lead us down a path we have never been on before, although the trees can mislead us by restoring themselves if they are marked as impossible they can remove our odors and traces.” Duke Leonard comes up with an idea that he thinks could help them to find a new path, and asks Farkas to help him.

Farkas who heard Duke Leonard's words immediately nodded in understanding then immediately turned into a wolf and began to lead by sniffing the road and if he smelled their own smell on the road they were going through him take another path immediately.

“This is not true Duke,” Edward stopped Farkas.

 “Farkas did manage to lead us but he led us out of the forest instead of entering the forest,” Said Edward explained to Duke Leonard but actually Duke Leonard already knew that Farkas was leading them out of the forest.

“I know,” replied Duke Leonard understood what made Edward behave like that, “I did not intentionally stop him to lead us out of this forest.”

“But why? We should have stayed inside instead of coming out like this. Don't you realize what you're doing right now is endangering Leathina, already two weeks on the trip that means Leathina was already as long as it was just lying in bed even though we managed to get help Leathina will still die if lying down too long because of loss of function his body!” Edward was emotional because Duke Leonard made his own decision without first talking about it to the others.

“I know!” duke Leonard shouted no less than Edward's voice, “I know more than anyone, that my daughter is in danger now and if not immediately helped she will die, but I can't possibly let you die of starvation here.”

“Edward was calm,” Zeyden tried to calm Edward who looks very emotional now, “I think now I understand why Duke Leonard wants to get out of this forest, he planned to go out to gather supplies first before re-entering because in this forest there was nothing we could eat if we continued to go inside then we would be exhausted and starved later die slowly.”

Edward was silent, and so were the others. They all fell into each other's thoughts, trying to think of a safe exit for all of them.

“If I can't find my way there in a good way, then I will look for it myself in my way!” Edward then drew his sword.

“What will you do?” aelfric shouted as Edward pulled his sword from the scabbard.

“I will find my way,” Edward said.

“In what way?” Don't call you ..”

“SREKK”

Not yet Aelfric finished his words Edward had swung his sword at full power to uproot several trees at once.

“With violence of course,” he said and went back to cutting down trees one by one.

“If the trees can heal themselves even after I scratch then there is no way these trees will come back to life if I cut them from their roots.” Edward's mind was sure.

“That's impossible, he'll come back to life like before.”

“No, look at Aelfric.” Zeyden nudged Aelfric with his elbow for not seeing the trees that Edward had cut down come back to life as he had said.

Sure enough the trees that Edward slashed with his strength could not recuperate as before and remain in place.

“Alright I'll also cut you the fucking trees,” Shout Damian and start crazing, too, although his strength was not as strong as Edward's and cutting a single tree was already very difficult for him he still tried to cut down as many trees as possible.

“Let's destroy this sacred forest!” zeyden shouted back excitedly and released a magic bomb that instantly scattered several trees at once.

Duke Leonard did the same, Farkas is also the same as the wolf form he can kick the tree trunk to fall and they all crazy to release their fatigue and anger by destroying the forest together.

“Aelfric! Why just dumbfounded, just do this fun.” Damian shouted as he realized Aelfric was still silent and not moving at all.

“Gosh, my hometown was ruined by these lunatics, and it was done before my eyes. I myself may not be able to stop them, Aelfric's inner” feels guilty about what happened to the eastern forest.

“If I can't stop you guys, then I will certainly join you guys for fun!!” aelfric shouted and joined in cutting as many trees as possible.
