Chapter 121: The Emperor's New Decree

The chaos was soon resolved with the help of those new servants. They were former nobles who had previously rebelled, but after Mavis had given them the curse of life, now no one dared to think of any sort of action. Basically, they were concerned with their lives, all they had to do was follow all the orders of the new master so that they could stay alive.

Meanwhile, Reene reappears in public with the twins Becky and Becca. It has been several days since the seizure of power, Mavis has made a new policy about the condition of the empire. The gates of the imperial capital were deliberately opened and news of the emergence of a new emperor had been announced to the public.
