Chapter 21: The First Failure

As it stung Mavis felt her body boil and something from inside her body break apart. He clenched his teeth, enduring the pain that crept so overwhelmingly. The horses were shaking and like they were shaking. However, both pairs of eyes still showed confidence.

This time it can! Like before. That's what Mavis thinks and that's what gets her excited.

But as time went on, there were no signs of success. Like the appearance of black smoke, or the wind swirling around, it did not appear at all. He began to sweat and rest his hands.

"What's going on?"

A notification appeared before Mavis, it added to her panic. His mind became stifled, only he did not appear before the others.

Samantha's worried.

"Is this like a level requirement?"

"I mean Master?" Buster's confused.

"Ah, you won't understand, so forget it," said Mavis. He just remembered that Buster couldn't see the system, and so did everyone else.

"Ah, yes!" Mavis suddenly remembered something.

Doesn't this system have something in common with how a game works?

Previously, while extracting Buster's carcass, he was only a novice with an initial status. The process that happens is also very easy. "Master, if you don't mind I want to stay. While waiting in this place, I can seek information from the adventurers," Sera said with a sweet smile and a confident gaze.

"That's a good idea, I let you, '" said Mavis.

"Because it has been decided Sera will stay, you come and follow me."

Mavis glanced at Giraldo, Samantha, Ozzi, and Akio. Then he turned around and started walking towards the door. Then with a faint smile he said, "Let's go see the Moon and the Stars."
