Chapters 137. Encounters.
Lazarus was looking at the files on his desk around him were seen 13 Nobles, 1 Count, 5 Viscounts and 7 Barons.
Count Cleon Allen was a Lazarus confidant, he was a Legendary realm person who was extremely loyal to Lazarus and Regulus realm, he was the leader of the Nobles of Regulus.
Cleon was 3 years younger than Lazarus and one of the strongest men of the Lion Heart empire. Cleon was Alastair's mentor and taught him various Great Sword Skills.
The 5 Viscounts had their Expert and Epic domains looking like a middle-aged man and the 7 Barons were former Knights in Regulus castle.
"Cleon, why don't you join the Empire and still be loyal to the Regulus region?" Lazarus asked after looking at all his files.
13 Nobles of Regulus kneeled.
A muscular middle-aged man with long blonde hair and blue eyes answered. "Lazarus, if you had not invited us to be your followers. We'll still be a Marcenary and die in the middle of nowhere. We will have no family and will have the strength to challenge our destiny. Me and the others will sacrifice everything for Regulus's territory our souls and our lives."
"Brother, you have sacrificed a lot for Regulus. I really appreciate your loyalty. You borrowed money to the Viscount Hall at a very high interest for the sake of defending your territory. I also learned from the Guild Marzenary Beast King that you signed up to be a Marzenary to pay the debt."
"Duke, how did you know that?" A short brown-haired man with brownish skin asked him was Viscount Georgios Nikalos asking.
"George, one of my future wives is the great-grandson of King Hector The Nine Headed Lion. I'm also King Hector's best friend." Lazarus answered.
"The Urs Alliance The North is the power I made when I first came out of the Eternal Poison Forest. Rion and Dion are my subordinates you must not suspect them of having any particular purpose." Lazarus says.

"Alastair, has Elder Naugrim and the Dwarven craftsmen already made a spacious meeting room in Regulus Castle?" Lazarus asked.
"Dad, they had made it, but the territory of Regulus had no money to pay them. Elder Naugrim and the Dwarves want to meet you and are already waiting in the meeting room." Alastair.
Everyone went out of Regulus castle. There Iris and the others were sitting in a Gazebo in a beautiful spacious garden while drinking tea. Elder Naugrim and 500 Dwarf craftsmen approached Lazarus.
"Brother of the Dwarves, protector of the Dwarves, Urs The Cruel, Duke Urs The North, Nine Headed Golden Dragon and Duke Lazarus lord of the mighty land of Regulus we are all ready to obey all your commands." Elder Naugrim and the 500 Dwarf craftsmen kneeled down.
Elder Naugrim wore 2 Fake foot Artifacts and 1 Fake hand Artifact. The gray-haired old dwarf was unable to see towards Lazarus face.
"Elder Naugrim, you have sacrificed a lot for the Kingdom of Terra. Although your Golem killed many Dwarves, but Goddess Gaia, brother Tyron and all Dwarves have forgiven you. Don't think about dying! Me and brother Tyron will never forgive you, if after you apologize and thank me you kill yourself. Stay alive for your father, brother Tyron and the Kingdom of Terra." Lazarus knelt down, then touched Elder Naugrim's shoulder.
Elder Naugrim shed tears upon hearing the words of Lazarus, then wept bitterly.

Celestial and Lime jumped onto Lazarus' shoulder. Sirius, White Fang, Amethyst and Hilda ran towards Lazarus from a distance.
"Legendary Young Beast!" All the nobles of Lazarus murmured.
"Lazarus, do you want to call all the executives of The North Alliance? I contacted them a week ago and now they are all at the headquarters of The North Alliance which is in Lion Castle City, Allan territory." Iris says.
"Celes, do you know where it is?" Lazarus asked.
"Master, I always send Lady Iris's letter to The North Alliance when you fall asleep Saint Iris, Lady Tiara and Miss Jane who take care of The North Alliance." Celestial answered.
"Celes, tell them to go to Regulus. After that you have to summon Crimson, the herd of Violet Mink and the others."
"Master, leave it to me!" The celestial jumped off Lazarus shoulder, then entered a small dimensional gap.
A moment, then a dimensional gap formed. Bleddyn, Mrs Tiara, Rion, Dyonisius, Soren, Jane, Elise, Mr. Edward, Mr. Ferdinand and more than 20 people came out of that dimensional gap.
"May the Gods bless Urs the North!"
"Lazarus, they're so powerful!" Cleon.
Lazarus told them to rise.
"Mother!!" Little Celine ran towards Madam Tiara, then hugged her.
Lazarus glanced at the Orcblorg, Kuro, Liavin, Greisy, Brant and Lord Kalia who were there.
"Orcblorg, Kuro, Liavin, Brant, Greisy, Mr Kalia why are you here?" Lazarus asked with a surprised expression.
"Haha. Mr. Urs, I'm an Orcblorg indebted to you and will follow you for the rest of my life."
"What about the Bloody Orc Cave? You are the leader!"
"Haha. Mr. Urs, I've brought my 500 men to join the Alliance of The North! Likewise with the 100 members of Kuro's Black Spider Alliance." Orcblorg laughed while revealing the White Dragon tattoo on his right hand.
"Royalty Tattoo? Why are you guys using Royalty Tattoo!! Wait since when does Lady Tiara have my blood!"
"Master, I'm sorry! During the war of the Pendragon Kingdom I and Rion stole 3 liters of your blood." Bleddyn prostrate.
Lazarus touched his forehead. "Okay, all this has happened! I won't reply to her again, but if you guys want to leave The North Alliance I'll remove the Royalty Tattoo."
"No! We will be loyal to The North Alliance!" Everyone exclaims.
Brant, Liavin, Greisy did not join any Great Kingdom, Empire and Power. Lazarus had expected that after the war they would follow him, but he did not understand why Lord Kalia was there. Mr. Kalia is an advisor to the Beastman Kingdom.
"Mr Kalia, why did you join The North Alliance?"
"I was fired, all my wealth was confiscated and expelled from the Beastman Kingdom for 100 years."

"Miss Cathrine, when Hector and I were transported to the Kingdom of Terra.
