LAZARUS REGULUS
Chapters 5. The Dwarf Holy Treasure.
Lazarus consciousness enters the dimensional space within the Draupnir Ring. When Lazarus entered the Draupnir ring room, he saw a vast cube-shaped room with a surface area of 100 square meters. The room was filled with many gold coins, silver coins, platinum coins and precious metals.
'This dimensional space was filled with treasures. Even three times more than the treasure in Melanthios' nest thought Lazarus.
Lazarus knew that the Dwarves were a wealthy race. The Dwarves have the skill to make Artifacts number one on Planet Antares, the price of their Artifacts ranging from hundreds of gold coins, to millions of platinum coins, depending on Rank and the material used to make the Artifacts. They also live in areas rich in mines. Eight percent of the gold on Planet Antares comes from Dwarves. According to Lazarus the Dwarves would not hunt the Mythical Beast Red Dragon Ignatius desperately, just because of this treasure.
Lazarus began to search for what the Dwarves were looking for desperately. Lazarus consciousness traces the dimensional space within the Draupnir Ring. Finally he reached the center of Draupnir's ring room.
Lazarus found many ancient books on the Dwarf race, the blueprints of Legendary Rank weapons, various rank artifacts and rare materials to create Artifacts. But from that all that made Lazarus very surprised, were the records regarding the genealogy of the Dwarven nobility and the golden-coloured hammer Artifacts with many ancient rune carvings.
Lazarus recognized the hammer artifact.
"Is this a Ruler's Golden Hammer Rank Mythical Artifact?" Lazarus widened his eyes.
The Ruler's Golden Hammer Artifacts were the holy artifacts of the Dwarves in the first order. Unlike the Draupnir ring which is the twelfth order of the twelve Dwarf Holy Treasures. Ruler's Golden Hammer was the emblem of the Dwarven king and was passed down through generations to the Dwarven King. This artifact can only be used by Dwarves. The effect is also very fraudulent. Ruler's Golden Hammer can increase the percentage of success forging Legendary Artifacts by 80%. This hammer was also made of Uru metal or the metal of the Gods. Ruler's Golden Hammer is also referred to as the Hammer that never disintegrates.
"Ignatius you have stolen the foundation of the Dwarven Race. Ruler's Golden Hammer artifacts, ancient books, and the Dwarf nobility's genealogy were worth more than their own lives. The Dwarves will definitely hunt you down to the end of the world." Lazarus shivered in fear imagining himself in the position of Ignatius.
Lazarus began to think about what he should do with this treasure. He only has two choices.
The first choice he kept this treasure and pretended not to know anything, was, because if Lazarus sells this treasure to the black market and an Elder Dwarf knows he will be hunted by all the Dwarves on Planet Antares.
The second choice he returned this treasure to the Dwarves and became a friend of the Dwarves.
Lazarus will choose the second option. He did not want to be an enemy of the Dwarves. If he became an enemy of the Dwarves he would have fared very tragically. Even the notoriously arrogant, ruthless and vicious Red Dragon Ignatius was rendered helpless by the Dwarves. He would benefit even more if he befriended the Dwarves.
'I must go to the Terra Kingdom before going to the Lion Heart Empire. I know very little about the conspiracy to kill Lazarus. My strength is also not as great as Lazarus' strength even though I am an Epic Knight Rank but my fighting ability is only on par with that of an Elite Rank Knight.' Lazarus thought.
Even though Sham is now Lazarus and the one who created Lazarus. But Sham is a false Lazarus. Their natures are as opposed to each other as two coin eyes.
Lazarus then chose the Artifacts from the Dwarf Treasure, Because the Artifacts of the Dwarves were better than the Artifacts on the Melanthios treasure trove, which had even been damaged by the poison and heat of the lava. So Lazarus thought it better to use the Dwarf Artifacts. Lazarus only chose Elite and Rare Rank Artifacts, because if he chose Rank Unique Artifacts or above, he would be the target of the evil people around him. Wearing a High Rank Artifact without strength was like giving meat to a wolf.
Lazarus opened his eyes and he seemed very excited because he had a lot of luck in the Draupnir Ring. He then took out the Artifact he had chosen from the Draupnir Ring.
Lazarus imagined the shape and name of the artifact. A moment later the rune on the Draupnir Ring shone, then an Artifact emerged from the Draupnir Ring's rays. Lazarus immediately carried and wore the Black Wolf Armor.
"This armor suits me very well, the lightweight, strong and flexible Black Steel material is perfect for fighting, and the fur of the Magical Beast Black Wolf is very useful in any circumstances especially during cold temperatures. as expected of the Artifacts made by the Dwarves." Lazarus murmuring.
Lazarus then carried the Chameleon Mask Artifact. As the name implies this artifact is used for disguise. Although it cannot be used to turn the face into the face of another person. However, Chameleon Mask Artifacts can be used to change parts of the face such as eye color, nose shape, or scars. He went towards the mirror and saw his reflection in the mirror.
"Lazarus is a handsome man. Even though he's a stupid man." Lazarus murmuring.
Lazarus wore the Chameleon Mask Artifact, then changed the color of his blue eyes to purple, then gave a scar on his right cheek. Although, there was a scar on his right cheek Lazarus face remained handsome.
"Transparent" Lazarus recites the mantra.
Suddenly the Draupnir Ring on the index finger of his right hand disappeared, in fact it only became translucent. Lazarus doesn't understand why Ignatius stole the Draupnir Ring. The ring can be camouflaged with the user's finger. Meaning there was only one reason to answer that all, Ignatius fought with the Dwarf King 1000 years ago, and managed to kill the Dwarf King. Because the owner of the Draupnir Ring died the Draupnir Ring was no longer camouflaged, and Ignatius took it by accident because he sensed the mana of the Ring.
The Draupnir Ring's lack is that the dimensional space inside is very easily destroyed by attacks from within and cannot enter the Humanoid race except for the Beast and Beast cattle. If Lazarus enters a wild Demon Beast, into the Draupnir Ring and the Demon Beast attacks the Barrier within the Ring then the Demon Beast can easily come out.
"Ignis will not destroy this Draupnir Ring. Although Ignis is a little naughty but he still obeys my orders." Lazarus murmuring.
The Draupnir Ring Room can accommodate 6 adult Dragons. Lazarus had also put up a barrier between the Dwarven treasure and the space that would house Melanthios' treasure and Ignis's residence.
Lazarus goes to the lair of Melanthios he wants to find the whereabouts of Ignis, as he has already promised to hunt with Ignis. When Lazarus arrives at Melanthios' treasure chamber he does not see Ignis there.He searches for Ignis in the lava lake and around the nest but he is unable to find Ignis.
"Did Ignis go out of goa?" Lazarus murmuring.
Lazarus frantically picks up his spear, then he runs away from the cave to look for Ignis. He was very worried about Ignis. The Eternal Poison Forest was a dangerous place.
