Chaptre 159. Jormungard Ring.
Lazarus leaves Winter and the other Beasts with Amelia, and the Lazarus Group and Iron go to a diner in The North City. This restaurant is a place of research on new foods and food recipes before being distributed to the restaurant branch of The North.
A waiter immediately served a lot of good food at the dinner table and greeted Lazarus.
"Master Iron, how do you only have 4 Beast contracts that were originally 17 Beast contracts and 1 Beast of your contract is dead?" Lazarus asked.
Iron looked at Lazarus with a sharp eye. The yellow bear's eyes to the emasan were as if digging up information about Lazarus.
"I have the Eye Of World Skill. I'm sorry for seeing your status without your permission."

Altair who was sitting beside Lazarus was curious about what had happened. If Regulus Region and The North Alliance were to join forces, they could destroy the Lion Heart Empire.
"Ten years ago Mountain my first friend died of old age. I traveled all over the world looking for a new contract Beast and met with Blue and Celia. At that time I met Aiden The Snake Tamer at the Carulean port of the Blue Dragon Kingdom. We eventually became traveling companions in search of a contract Beast. However, when in the Great Land the Beast's new residence was slightly touched by the Humanoid Race Aiden betrayed me." Iron drank a glass of beer beside him.
"Aiden comes from the Holy Empire! Although his attitude was bad, but he couldn't possibly betray someone." Iris answered.
"Haha. Saint Iris, you definitely don't trust me."

Everyone was silent hearing all that. The Holy Empire was renowned as one of the Great Powers in the Western Continent of Zephyra. They are not on anyone's side and remain neutral. As followers of the Goddess of Light Electra they have sworn to be kind and fair.
"Aidyn and I met at the Port of Carulean in the Kingdom of Magna. I had just returned from the Eastern Golden Sun Continent to look for a high-ranked Beast to contract with. Aidyn told me he wanted to find the Beast a contract to the Great Land and I ended up traveling with Aidyn." Iron says.
"The Great Land is a place that is only slightly touched by the Humanoid Race and one of the most dangerous places. The forest inhabited by Beast rank low, medium and high various attribute elements." Rion says.
Iris was surprised that Aidyn always teased her while in the Holy Empire. But he recalled that Aidyn had been away for several years in search of a contract Beast.
"Aidyn and I went to look for a contract Beast there we met various kinds of Beasts. I didn't realize at first that Aidyn was just using me. Finally I met a herd of wild high rank Beasts and trapped Wave Beasts. There Aidyn left me alone and I lost all my contracted Beasts to just Troy, Blue, Celia and Rattatouuile a Golden Mouse Demon Beast that saved my life within the Beast wave." Iron said as he took out a Golden Mouse Demon Beast inside the Beast Storage Pouch Artifact.
Lazarus touched his chin. "Didyn get a new contract Beast in the Great Land Forest?"
"Aidyn had many high rank snake-type contract beasts. Unlike me who has 21 Beast contracts. Aidyn had 72 high rank snake-type contract Beasts and the most powerful one was the Legendary Beast Nine Element Hydra the baby he had obtained from an egg in a Great Land valley. I think the egg is coated by some kind of time barrier that protects the egg."
"What! How can Aidyn contract 72 high rank Beasts! Wasn't Beast Master Rank A only able to contract 21 Beasts!" Altair shouting.
Lazarus had even only contracted 20 high rank Beasts and one of them was Slime. Aidyn can contract 72 Beasts meaning he has a Job Beast Master above Rank A.
"Iron, does anything strange look from Aidyn's Beast contract?" Lazarus asked.
"They didn't speak and just obeyed all Aidyn's orders." Iron answered.
Lazarus widened his eyes, he had heard Orion say about someone in the third age called The Snake Charmer Amber. He had a Mythical Rank Artifact called the Jormungandr Ring.
The Jormungandr Ring can only be used by a Beast Master. The artifact had the use of enslaving a snake-type Beast that had the same realm or bottom of the person wearing the Artifact at the expense of all the Beast Master Slots. It can be said that even though the Jormungandr Ring is called a Mythical Rank Artifact, but in that era it was considered that the Jormungandr Ring Artifact was an Artifact above the Mythical realm left behind in the first era.
"Jormungandr's Ring." Lazarus murmuring.
"Uncle, what do you mean by Jormungandr Ring?" Calista asked.
"Jormungandr Ring is a Mythical Rank Artifact. Jormungandr Ring is useful for enslaving Snake-type Beasts that have the same realm or under the Beast Master. A Beast Master who used the Jormungandr Ring instantly increased his 3 Rank Jobs. If a Beast Master Rank A can contract 21 Beasts, Rank S can contract 36 Beasts, Rank SS can contract 42 Beasts, so Aidyn who contracted 72 Beasts was the same as a Beast Master Rank SSS. However the Beast was not contracted using a soul contract but rather the enslavement of the Jormungandr Ring Artifact." Lazarus explained.
"Uncle, the Rank Beast Master matches the rank of the strongest contracted Beast. Means Aidyn has 72 high rank Beasts. If Aidyn and his strongest contracted Beast broke through the Mythical realm, he could contract 72 Mythical Beasts and the strongest person in the world!" Icarus says.
"Nine Element Hydra is a Beast that can break through the realm above the Mythical realm. I fear that the Jormungandr Ring is an Item that can live and thrive. Imagine if the Jormungandr Ring Artifact became an extremely rare Void realm Artifact in the upper realms he could contract many Void Beasts. It was fortunate that the Artifact was a Mythical Rank so even though his Beast broke through to the Void realm, but he was unable to contract many Void Beasts. But but..."
Everyone was curious about the words of Lazarus.
"What?" Iris asked.
"When Job Aidyn becomes Rank S, then he will be able to contract 2 times the number of Slot Beast rank SSS."
"144 Beast Legendary realm contract! Aidyn will definitely be someone who is at the top of the world!" Alastair says.

Everyone was shocked by Sebastian's arrival. They did not feel Sebastian hiding behind Lazarus from the beginning.

An orange-haired female Dwarf walked into Restaurant and kneeled towards Lazarus, she was Elder Olga. "Mr Urs, Black Smith's place is ready."
Lazarus immediately went to Black Smith's place with Elder Olga. Leave everyone at the restaurant.
"Mother, is he my father?" Amaryllis asked.
"Amarilis, it's hard to admit, but he's your father's right. He's even had the same birthmark since the first time I married him." Iris said with a slightly flushed face.
"Iris, are you planning on having another child?" Altair asked.
