Chapters 241. Regulus II Regional Development.

Lazarus wears a brown T-shirt and simple shorts. He was watching all the people of Regulus who were making a new identification.
"Grand Duke!! Regulus Light!" Everyone cheered, they admired Lazarus.
Lazarus waved to avenge the praise of all the inhabitants of Regulus. He learned that most of the inhabitants of Regulus were hunters and gatherers of Herbal ice elements.
"Calista, are all residents of Regulus registered?"

To the south was the Imperial Capital of the Lion Heart Empire, to the North was the Arsen Mountains, White Tiger Forest, White Snake Forest and to the West was the Ice Valley which was a lair of high rank Beasts.
Iris, Sebastian and a brown-haired Dwarf and blue eyes approach Lazarus. They wondered what Lazarus was doing, and Lazarus did not have a Creator/Architect Job.
"Darling, what are you doing? Elder Durin of the Dwargon Kingdom is looking for you." Iris asked.
Lazarus did not answer Iris's question, but continued to draw maps of the Regulus area. As someone who has lived on earth and has been trained for 300 years by 21 Lives. He became a multi-talented man.
Elder Durin looked at the image of Lazarus, as soon as his eyes widened to see Lazarus drawing a map with great precision, clearly and quickly as if Lazarus had drawn years of maps.
"Darling!" Iris yells.
Lazarus stopped his brushstrokes, then glanced at Iris, Sebastian and Elder Durin.
"Welcome Elder Durin! I heard you are the best Construction Expert in the world. You and your family members have even helped the construction of the Zephyra Empire, the Boreas Empire, the Golden Sun Empire and the Moonlight Empire." Lazarus bent.
"Haha. Grand Duke, as a fellow Creator of the Mythical realm. I don't want to take your compliments." Elder Durin considers Lazarus is a Creator/Architect who has the same skills, even more than him.
"Wait on! Grand Duke, aren't you a Creator? Why are you so good at drawing maps, even better than me!"
"Someone taught me about drawing maps, architecture, forging, alchemists, fighting and all. I have very little expertise in architecture."
"Who is your master, I want to meet him."
Lazarus shook his head lightly. "My master is no longer in this world."
Elder Durin sighed deeply, when Master Lazarus was still alive. It must be that person is a Mythical realm Creator or higher.
Lazarus began to recount all the plans of the Regulus region to Elder Durin. Starting from the materials used, the layout and design of Regulus area buildings.
Elder Durin frowned upon hearing Lazarus plan. He did not believe that someone who had not turned 100 years old could be very skilled in Architecture.
"All right, I get it! I'll build the Capital of Regulus, as you plan and don't you think anything is lacking?" Elder Durin smiled.
"Regulus, lack of population! I've recorded most of the population of Regulus and the population of Regulus is far from what was expected! We only have a total population of 15,000 and the Capital of Regulus can accommodate 50,000 people."
"Haha. You must have thought about it very carefully! I'd like to hear your opinion on Regulus."

"The fourth area is not a residential area, but a special area of agriculture, plantations and livestock. I plan to create a water channel/small river branch of the Blue Snow River that flows from the Arsenic nexus to the Ice Wheat farm. Wheat is a staple food of the people of the Western Continent and is useful for making bread and others. Most areas will be used to grow wheat, while others will be used to grow tubers such as Snow Potato, Winter Corn, Ice Sweet Potato, fruit trees and others." Lazarus answered.
"I see, the fourth fort is agricultural, plantation and livestock areas. The third fort is a residential area with a sturdy terraced house. The second fortress was where the residents sought entertainment, trade and economy of the population, there would be many shops, orphanages, academies, Magic Association Branch, Bars, inns and others. "Will he become the Guardian Beast of Regulus region? Grand Duke, you are very lucky to be able to contract a young Legendary Beast with the blood of a Dragon! In the future, he would be the greatest aid to the Regulus region!" Elder Durin smiled widely.
"Hmmm.. Elder have you never known it?" Iris coughed small.
"Saint Iris, someone who contracts a young 1 Legendary Beast in the future will become a Legendary realm Beast Master! I only know a few Beast Masters who contracted 1 or 5 Legendary Beasts." Elder Durin replied.
"My husband, contracted over 20 Young Legendary Beasts! In fact, he contracted Fenrir, Dragon and Phoenix!" Iris exclaims.
Elder Durin widened his eyes, then touched his chest. He fell to the ground and fainted unconscious. In his lifetime, he had only known 10 people who contracted over 20 Beasts and they had already died thousands of years ago.
