LAZARUS REGULUS
332 Chapter. Punishment.
All the residents of Regulus, Regulus' forces, the Alliance Members of The North and the Beast contract Lazarus welcomed the arrival of the 17,500 people who were from the Eternal Frost Empire.
"Soldrake, why did you go to Regulus?" Lazarus asked.
"Mr Urs, I just want to visit you. But I didn't meet you, but I met Ignis and the others." The Silver Dragon Soldrake replied.
"I don't think he's Soldrake because I haven't seen him in a long time." Azure Scale White Snake Winter said.
"Winter, Summer's looking for you in the Cerulean Forest and she says that she'll pull out your fangs when she finds you." Soldrake says.
Winter stuck out his tongue. "Summer, Autumn and Spring won't be able to find me. They were extremely ruthless and I felt weaker than them, so I left the Clan and made a nest in the White Snake Forest."
Everyone looked towards Lazarus. They had not expected Lazarus to have 46 high-rank contract Beasts. The several large Cat, Wolf, Dragon, Qilin and Long Beasts were extremely conspicuous.
Lime and Ren appear on Lazarus' head, Celestial resting on Lazarus' right shoulder and Haru resting on Lazarus' left shoulder.
"Mr Urs, may I ask you a question?"
"Sven, you may ask."
"Is that King Metal Slime a Beast of your contract?" Sven asked.
"His name is my contract Lime Beast, he is a very powerful Metal Slime." Lazarus smiled.
Lime jumped on Lazarus' head. Everyone was surprised that Lazarus made a contract with a Metal Slime Beast, but they could not respond to Lazarus after seeing over 40 high rank Beasts.
"My name is Iris, I want to tell you that you are now part of Regulus. I want to ask you if you'll be loyal to Regulus?" Iris asked.
Sven, Arend, the former troops of the Eternal Frost Empire and their families kneeled towards Lazarus as well as the noble family of Regulus.
"We will swear an oath of allegiance to follow Mr. Urs and the House of Nobles Regulus!" Everyone is screaming.
They've all seen Regulus's territory. Plantation and agriculture of fertile ice element plants and land that is still very large. Even the weather and climate in Regulus were not as extreme as the weather and climate in the Eternal Frost Empire. Despite being close to the White Snake Forest, the White Tiger Forest and the Arsen Mountains were dangerous.

"Mr Urs, how much tax do we have to pay?" A Snow Wolf Beastman race asked.
"Everyone pays different taxes according to their income." Lazarus began to explain about the tax payment system in Regulus.
"Master Urs, that tax is 3 times greater than the tax in the Eternal Frost Empire!" Sven yelling.
"Haha. Aren't you asking how much the residents of Regulus and The North Alliance are earning?" Lazarus laughing.
Tiara describes the minimum, maximum and average income of residents of Regulus and The North Alliance. Everyone widened their eyes with sweat pouring from their foreheads.
"Is the income of all the inhabitants in the Western Continent of Zephyra this much?" Arend asked.
"5-20 times our income while in the Eternal Frost Empire. Isn't that a little tax?" A Snow Bear Dark Beastman asked.
"I will also give you jobs according to Job and your wishes. But when there are problems like war, Beast waves and bandit attacks you have to help me. I also have some assets outside the Regulus area such as the 9 branches of The North Alliance in various kingdoms and regions, The North Alliance Headquarters, Mines on the border and Blackton territory in the Kingdom of Pendragon." Lazarus smiled.
Everyone had sparkling eyes, they did not regret following Lazarus.

Everyone looked towards Lazarus, they knew where there was power, wealth and titles then there was great responsibility as well. Nothing is free in this world, except air and sunshine.
"Remember, I don't like someone who is corrupt. If you abuse authority, power and embezzlement of money. I will give you severe punishment, especially those who embezzle workers' wages." Lazarus smiled as he looked towards Sven and the others.
Brant and his followers brought 42 men before Lazarus. They were the ones responsible for mining the Regulus region and only gave half the wages to workers.
"Mr Urs, save my life!" A middle-aged man with a mustache and a distended stomach prostrated.
"Mr Alban!" All the mining workers of Regulus region shouted.
"Grand Duke, why do you want to punish Mr Alban? Has he not done his job properly?" A burly man with long blonde hair, blue eyes asked in confusion. Mr. Alban has always paid a hefty sum to all the miners.
"This scoundrel only gives half the wages of the miners. He and his followers killed and imprisoned those who wanted to report their crimes to me and the Nobles of Regulus. Ardan finds out something is wrong when he checks the mines, then he investigates Alban and finds out about Alban's crimes." Lazarus says.
All the inhabitants of Regulus were shocked to hear the words of Lazarus, then immediately took out their weapon Artifacts.
"Grand Duke, let me kill him!" Everyone is screaming.
Sven and the residents of the Eternal Frost Empire were shocked upon seeing it all. How the miners do not know that half their wages are corrupt by the leader of the mine. Wouldn't they have realized when given a small wage.
"Ardan, Frisk bring the witness and the evidence here!" Lazarus shouting.
Regulus soldiers brought 4 bodies of which 2 had become bones and 7 miners who were in the prison of Alban's house.
"Grand Duke, when Alban finds out that he's under suspicion. Alban and 42 of his followers fled to the Swallow Empire with all of his treasures. But our troops managed to capture them, despite having to kill 7 of Alban's men." A beautiful woman with long dark brown hair and blue eyes with a scar on her right cheek said.
"Frisk!" Sven shouted with a trembling body.
Frisk glanced at Sven, he initially did not know Sven because of Sven's mustache and beard. But he knows Sven's voice.
"Darling!!' Frisk yelling.
Sven ran towards Frisk, then hugged him tightly to the ground. Frisk is Sven's wife who was carried away by the waves with her daughter Aster when her ship was wrecked in the South Sea. He thought Frisk and Aster were dead and joined the Eternal Frost Empire.
Lazarus was the one who redeemed Frisk and Aster in the Slave Merchant Guild of Black Fox for seeing their talent.
Ares raised Sven with one hand and threw Sven violently into a tree.
"Fuck, you've disrupted the trial and attacked Hunter Alliance The North!" Ares yelling.
"Frisk is my wife!" Sven yelling.
"Do what you want after this trial is over! You guys don't respect this conference, if you keep interrupting the trial I'll break both your legs." Ares let out an aura of the Mythical realm.
"Honey, Aster misses you so much and we'll meet after this trial. You must not mix personal affairs and duties." Frisk says.
Sven nodded, then sat down quietly.
"Do any of you have a family and who knows these four bodies?" Lazarus asked.
10 Men ran towards Lazarus, they were family members and people who knew the victims of Sven.
"My son Jean!" An elderly grandmother cried to embrace one of the corpses in the form of bones when she saw a bracelet she made was on the bone of the body's right hand.
"Dad/Darling!" A little boy and a woman hugged a skinny man.
"Haha. My wife, my son, I'm sorry for worrying you all this week." The man laughed.
Ardan took a train, then opened it. There were dozens of chests containing gold coins, silver coins and ice element precious materials.
"Grand Duke Regulus, forgive us all! Mr. Alban ordered us to kill and imprison them!" Someone begged.
Lazarus pulled Alban's hair. "What bastard have you killed?"
"Mr Urs, we only killed 4 people and imprisoned 7." A man of Alban's followers cried bitterly. He looks towards the family of the victim who looks like he wants to tear her apart, but is put under arrest by Freya. So did all the inhabitants of Regulus who were angry because of this event.
Tiara gave a report to Lazarus.
"The third son of Baron Ezra the Swallow Empire. You came to Regulus 6 months ago with 42 of your followers, then worked in the mine. The first victim was the previous mine leader Bart, then the second victim was Bart's best friend Louis. You then used the opportunity to replace Bart as the leader because of your identity as a member of the Swallow Imperial Nobles Family, when the mine wage went up, you only gave wages as usual. "Is there a family here of Alban and his 42 followers?"
"They just came here 6 months ago and have no family!" People answered.
"Asterion, kill 6 people and Cruel dumped the rest into the herd of wild Beasts. Let them be wild beast food." Lazarus commanded.
"Punish our lives Grand Duke Regulus!" All of them were screaming.
the 6 people were burned to bones by Asterion, then the rest were taken by the troops to the White Tiger Forest.
"Haha. Bastard, you are so cruel! You should be grateful that I am here, a commoner who became a Grand Du..." Alban stopped his insults when he saw Iris cut off one of his legs.
"Ohhhhhkk!" Alban sobbed when he saw the blood pouring out loud..
"Sven, chop off his head. This is your first assignment." Lazarus said as he walked towards the carriage of Alban.
"All right." Sven answered.
"No!" Alban shouting.

Lazarus stood before everyone.
"I don't want this to happen again, Tiara tightened guard for someone who entered Regulus. Regulus and The North Alliance forces must oversee the mining and all work of Regulus residents. The death laws of those who betray and embezzle funds. You'll have to investigate if there's a report of a missing person." Lazarus shouting.
"According to your orders Grand Duke Lazarus Regulus." Everyone answered.
"Bell, you will be fined 7 Million Gold Coins because the mines led by Alban are in your charge. * Lazarus says.
"Urs, the mine is under Alastair's responsibility." Bell replied.
"What?" Lazarus widened his eyes, then stared intently at Alastair and Cassandra.
Cassandra and Alastair immediately knelt down.
"Dad, I'm sorry for not being aware of Alban's crimes." Cassandra says.
"Dad, I'm busy acquiring two additional Materials at the Regulus and Leontios Regional Border. Forgive me for being late to realize Alban's crime, I should have sent someone to investigate the mine." Alastair says.
"Mr Urs, I'm also guilty of this for not directly investigating that a mine worker was missing." Tiara kneels.
"Grand Duke, we are also guilty of not reporting that our family disappeared. We think they got a job from the Grand Duke." Cielo brother Bart kneels.
"Alastair and Cassandra remember you are the leaders of them all. You must pay attention to all your people. Cassandra paid a fine of 7 Million Gold Coins for your mistake and Alastair came with me to the study. I can't punish you because it's not your fault." Lazarus says.
"Thank you!" Alastair and Cassandra thank him, they fear Lazarus will be very angry because of them.
"Tiara, Rion, Dyonisius sent many men to escort the people to the city and the third. Tell them about all the rules, teach them how to fight, plant, raise, garden and give them work according to their Job, Skill, Talent and Desire." Lazarus commanded.

"Everyone goes back to where you belong, thank you for giving your time and Cielo you were removed from the attacking team of The North Alliance. You will be the leader of the miners in place of Alban, but if there is free time or attack you can join the fight." Lazarus says.
"According to your orders, Grand Duke." Cielo kneels.
"May the people who died in the attack of bandits and the victims of Alban with the ceremony of Knights and provide compensation money to the families of those people." Lazarus says.
Everyone was shocked at the funeral of the Knight procession only for Knights who had fallen on the battlefield or the Nobles.
"But the Grand Duke.." The grandmother said.
"They are my Knights. They sacrificed their lives for Regulus. Remember in Regulus there are no commoners and everyone's slavery is the same in my eyes." Lazarus says.
"Life Grand Duke Lazarus Regulus!'
Everyone cheered.
"Groooohr!!"
"Roaar!"

"Awuu.."
All of the Beast contracts Lazarus roaring, howling and hissing feeling the charisma of Lazarus.
Lazarus leaped onto the back of the Fire Phoenix Gaver who already had the original name Hyacinth after breaking through the Legendary Beast realm. Unlike a Beast Dragon who had his real name when he was born, Beast Phoenix had his real name when he broke through the Legendary realm.
"Urs, do you want to go?" Theresa asked.
"I want to go to King Forest to meet with Ignite and do you want to come with me?" Lazarus asked.
"I'll go with you." Theresia answered and jumped onto Hyacinth's back.
"What about you guys?" Lazarus asked.
"Sad. We're very busy and remember you have to come back tomorrow." Alyssa answered.
"All right." Lazarus, Theresia, Soldrake and all of his Contract Beasts went to the Dimensional Gate that was in the White Tiger Forest.
"Iris, is Lazarus' birthday tomorrow?" Carissa asked.
"I don't know when Lazarus' birthday is because Lazarus doesn't even know his own. But I learned from Amara that Lazarus' birthday was the 1st day of the Dragon month because he knew the Priest who took care of Lazarus as a baby." Iris answered.
"Alright, we should surprise the stupid donkey immediately." Alyssa says.
