Chaptre 386. Duel Training.
Leonhart and Arion duel with Lazarus in the arena. They want to show what they have learned so far.
"Darkness Slash!" Arion slashed Lazarus using his Long Sword creating an energy where the darkness was blade-shaped.
"The Black Lightning Spear Art!" Leonhart charged straight at Lazarus with his spear.
Lazarus only smiled subtly while dodging all those attacks. He knows Leonhart and Arion have trained very hard.
"Why are you so weak?" Lazarus smiled.
Leonhart and Arion gritted their teeth, they still could not land a single attack on Lazarus. The two of them glanced at each other to use the plan they had laid out earlier.
"Darkness Chains!" Arion created 7 chains to bind Lazarus, but Lazarus avoided all of them.
"Beast Instinct." Leonhart used his Skill and charged ferociously towards Lazarus.
"Are you a cat?" Lazarus smiled faintly as he looked at Leonhart's breath gasping.
Leonhart glanced at Gardenia, then Gardenia replied with a nod. He finds out now it's his turn to give Lazarus a surprise attack.
Leonhart stayed away to keep her distance from Lazarus, she did not want to be exposed by the attack of the Gardenia Skill.
"Blinding Light." Gardenia used a light element magic skill. A very bright ball of light was created in the presence of Lazarus, it could make a person blind for a moment. In a fight a little mistake can be fatal.
"Now!" Arion yelling.
"Dark Lightning Spear Art, the last style of Destructive Dark Lightning!" Leonhart stabbed Lazarus with a spear coated by a pitch-black lightning.
"Stupid." Lazarus smiled, then dodged Leonhart's attack and kicked him until he was thrown towards Arion.
"Wind Blow's." Arion uses a gust of wind to hold Leonhart back, knowing Leonhart will be injured from the impact. If Arion doesn't catch him using his magic skill.
"Wind Eagle!"
An eagle made of energy where the green wind pounced towards Lazarus, but Lazarus could destroy it with just 1 light blow.
"Ground Crack."
A magic circle of earth elements was created under Lazarus' feet, then the ground beneath him began to crack and his feet were trapped in the crack.
"Ariana, you're so smart." Lazarus glanced at Ariana.
Gardenia threw 5 green-colored seeds towards Lazarus.
"Thorny Root Rope."
The seed began to grow rapidly into a thorny root, then the thorny root wrapped around Lazarus' body.
"Dark Mist!"
Arion created a fog of darkness to cover Lazarus' vision.
"Akihiro now!" Ariana yelling.
Akihiro who was sitting beside the dueling arena suddenly entered the Arena while carrying the Katana Sword Artifact on his waist.
"Cat Eye." Akihiro used the Cat Eye Skill to look into the dark fog created by Lazarus. Akihiro learned this Passive Skill after observing the Cat Beast for 3 months, Akira said that Akihiro should imitate a cat that is fast, agile and can see in the dark.
"Wind Blow's." Arion and Ariana use her Skill to Akihiro to increase Akihiro's speed.
Akihiro took a breath and a blue lightning aura coated his Katana Artifacts. Akihiro quickly drew out his katana sword to Lazarus.
Akihiro has never used all his power to a child of his age other than Arion and Leonhart. He used all his power to Lazarus because he knew that Lazarus was a very strong man.
"Did Akihiro manage to injure Urs?" Ariana asked.
"No, Urs held back Akihiro's katana sword using only 2 fingers." Arion, Leonhart and Gardenia answered simultaneously.
Leonhart and Arion immediately ran towards Akihiro sensing that Lazarus was about to start attacking. They pulled Akihiro's immobile body and tried to pull out his Katana Artifact which was on Lazarus' 2 fingers.
"Fire."
Lazarus' body was covered in red flames, though they were only small flames. But the fire managed to burn the rope of Gardenia's thorny root.
"Are you guys done?" Lazarus asked.
Akihiro stared at her broken Katana. He widened his eyes because his Katana Artifacts were Elite Rank Artifacts given by Akira by cutting his allowance for 1 year.
"Use the Long Sword given by Urs. I thought a cheap Elite Rank Artifact would not be able to injure Urs' body." Leonhart said to Akihiro.
Akihiro nodded.
"Fire Flying Knife Art."
Akari throws 10 throwing knives at Lazarus, but Lazarus manages to evade all of them.
Lazarus stared at Akari, not knowing that Akari would be very good at throwing throwing knives.
"Wind Blade!"
"Ice Needle."
"Blinding Light."
Gardenia and Ariana use their skills to attack Lazarus.
"Kusarigama Art." Akari swung the chain with the tip of the scythe towards Lazarus. Lazarus dodges the Kusarigama Akari's attack, not knowing Akari is gifted with the different types of weapons of the Yamato Kingdom.
All the sons and daughters of Lazarus gathered together behind Akari. They had to land a small wound on Lazarus' body.
"Are you all my children? Why are you so weak?" Lazarus smiled.
Leonhart and the others find out Lazarus is trying to provoke them. Yet even though Leonhart and the others knew, but they felt a sense of annoyance upon seeing that smile.
"Leonhart, relax." Ariana says.
Leonhart took a breath. "Ariana, the first plan didn't work. Do we have to use the second plan?"
"Leonhart, Arion and Akari will attack from the front. Akihiro, you should see the gap from the Urs fight, then attack using all your strength. Me and Gardenia will provide support from behind." Ariana says.
"All right." Leonhart and the others nodded.
"You're all free to use any means against me. Let's just say you're up against an enemy who wants to kill you." Lazarus said, then brought a wooden branch beside him.
"Urs, why are you carrying a wooden twig?" Akari asked.
"I'll use it as a weapon to teach you." Lazarus answered, lifting the wooden branch into the air.
Leonhart and the others attacked Lazarus. They did not accept the humiliation Lazarus had given in this duel.
Leonhart swung and thrust his spear aggressively towards Lazarus. Arion charged towards the vital parts of Lazarus using his Long Sword, neck, heart, ulu ati, chest, and head.
Akari uses a large hammer Artifact to attack Lazarus, while Akihiro watches the fight while noticing Lazarus' weak spot.
"Healing Light!"
"Earth Needle!"
Lazarus managed to dodge and resist all their attacks with just a wooden branch.
"Alright, now it's my turn to attack." Lazarus smiled.
"Gardenia, Ariana dodged!" Arion yelling.
Lazarus ran quickly towards Gardenia and Ariana who were behind them.
"Earth Wall!" Ariana created a wall of earth to block Lazarus, she used all her mana energy to create that wall of land.
"The Lightning Steps."
Akihiro was suddenly in front of Lazarus while tightly grasping his Long Sword.
"Thunder Storm Sword Art!" Akihiro slashed Lazarus using all of his remaining mana energy.
Lazarus only smiled, then used the same slash Skill as Akihiro. Yet he only used a little of his mana energy.
"Swoooss."
They both slashed at each other. Akira stared intently at Lazarus, knowing what was happening.
"Akihiro, you're so fast. However, your slash has no power." Lazarus smiled.
"Thank you, Urs. I mean Dad." Akihiro knelt down and blood came out from the wood scraping wound on his left waist.
Lazarus leaps over the wall of land created by Ariana, but Gardenia is already preparing for Lazarus' attack.
"Thorny Root Forest."
Dozens of prickly roots grew from seeds scattered by Gardenia. Lazarus, however, managed to cut off all the thorny roots using only a twig.
Lazarus walked towards Gardenia who was on his knees because of the lack of mana.
"Gardenia, are you giving up?" Lazarus pointed the branch towards Gardenia.
"Freezing."
"Earth Wall!"
Ariana freezes Lazarus' body using her ice Skill element, then creates a wall of dirt to protect Ariana.
"Wind Wings." Ariana flew up and looked at Lazarus from above the sky, then took out and threw the bottle containing the poison of the Epic Beast Silver Scorpion towards Lazarus.
The bottle broke and the poison evaporated instantly resulting in a purple-colored mist spreading around Lazarus.
Slowly the poison disappeared and Lazarus knelt on the ground with breathless breath as if affected by the effects of the poison.
"Sufuku. Father, can't we use any means in this duel?" Ariana laughed while drinking Healing and Mana Potion.
Gardenia, Leonhart, and Akari drank Healing and Mana Potion. They knew Lazarus would be affected by the poison, even if it was only a few minutes.
"Blinding Light's. Thorny Root Rope!" Gardenia created a very bright ball of light in front of Lazarus and spread out the prickly root seeds. The prickly root seeds tightly bound Lazarus' body.
Leonhart, Arion and Akari who saw Lazarus helplessly attacked Lazarus immediately. They knew that now was the only chance to attack Lazarus.
Freya and the others saw the duel from the side. They only smile because their children are growing up.
"The Dark Lightning Spear Art!"
"Kusarigama Art!"
"Dark Wind Sword Art!"
They charged towards Lazarus, but Lazarus suddenly jumped up and managed to dodge their attack.
Ariana and Gardenia were surprised to see it all.
"I won't let you!" Leonhart jumped and stabbed a spear coated by black lightning.
Lazarus swung his log and resisted Leonhart's attack. He falls to the ground violently, but Arion immediately catches Leonhart's body.
"Be careful, he is not affected by poison and blinding light. Urs, not a normal human being." Arion says.
Lazarus looked towards Ariana and Gardenia. He then ran towards Ariana quickly and kicked her hard.
"Lion Claws!" Gardenia went before Ariana quickly with hands that resembled the claws of a tiger with sharp nails.
Gardenia tried to resist Lazarus' kick using her hand, but she felt Lazarus' attack was very strong and her hand was broken. Gardenia was thrown to the side of the arena due to a Lazarus kick.
Lazarus did not stop there, he continued running towards Ariana who had no expression on her face.
"Dark Moonlight Dagger Art!"
Arion was suddenly behind Lazarus and aimed for Lazarus' blind spot. But Lazarus dodged him and kicked Arion in the face hard.
Leonhart and Akari attacked Lazarus aggressively, using spear artifacts and crescent chains (Kusarigama.)
Lazarus just smiled and dodged all the attacks, the three of them.
Lazarus strangled Akari's neck and slammed her hard to the ground.
"Akari, you are very fast, agile and strong, you also have good instincts and planning. But you have less stamina. You are talented in fighting and wearing many weapons of the Eastern Golden Sun Continent. In the future you will become a very powerful female warrior. But you must have a crafty nature like Arion because in the original fight you will be killed." Lazarus said it used voice transmission.
"Dad, is that you?" The injured Akari tried to stand up with trembling legs, but Reina immediately took her from the dueling arena.
Leonhart attacked Lazarus with his spear. He just attacked Lazarus like a wild Beast.

Lazarus kicked Leonhart's ribs and broke his bones. "Leonhart you have great strength, speed and stamina. However, your attacks are very easy to guess and you are a grumpy man. Ariana continues to use supporting skills to Arion. Arion fought Lazarus with great speed, strength and direction. Of all the sons of Lazarus Arion was the fastest growing.
Arion spread his wings and charged towards Lazarus while attacking him using the Long Sword. He was not afraid when he attacked Lazarus and there was no mercy.
Lazarus smiled. Lazarus who only dodged and defended now charged towards Arion using the same Skill as Arion. A scratch was seen on Arion's face. Arion felt his hand go numb just by resisting Lazarus' attack.
"Light Arrows." An arrow coated by light shot towards Lazarus blind spot. However, Lazarus quickly moves to the rear of Arion and makes Arion's body as an arrowhead.
"Cyclone."
See the Gardenia arrow that will hit Arion's body. Ariana immediately deflected the direction of the arrow using her wind element skill.
Lazarus slams Arion's body to the ground, then retreats to keep his distance. It was Arion who was spewing out a mouthful of blood.
Arion rose again and again attacked Lazarus. Lazarus, however, soon attacked Arion's chest, neck, and all joints with a twig.
"Arion, though you are not as strong as Leonhart. However, you are more cunning than Leonhart and Gardenia. You even have the same intelligence as Ariana, I know you train very hard because you are the strongest of them." Lazarus said it used voice transmission.

Lazarus tried to kick Arion very hard. Finally Arion was thrown and unconscious. Deviela immediately grasped Arion's body while staring intently at Lazarus.
Lazarus stared intently at Gardenia, he had yet to know Gardenia was so talented in Skill Archer.
Lazarus ran towards Gardenia, while Gardenia continued to shoot arrows at Lazarus accurately. But Lazarus could guess the direction of Gardenia's arrow and managed to dodge all of Gardenia's arrows.
"Ice Lion!"
"Wind Eagle!"
Ariana created a lion out of ice and an eagle out of the wind to attack Lazarus. Lazarus managed to avoid it.
"Gardenia now!" Ariana shouted while spewing blood.
Lazarus was 1 metre ahead of Gardenia and he knew Lazarus would not be able to avoid his arrow from this close. He calmly coated the earthen child using all of his remaining mana energy and shot it towards Lazarus.
Lazarus smiled and cut the arrow in half with just a twig, then he kicked Gardenia's right rib.
"Gardenia!" Diana and Iris shouted at the same time.
"Gardenia, you are the most of all people. But your attack is easy to guess. You should also know how your opponent is when choosing vines to fight. Learn from Alyssa."
"All right." Gardenia smiled.
Lazarus stared at Ariana, knowing that Ariana was as smart as Carissa. He learns the people who taught Ariana are Carissa and Deviela.
"Ariana show me your strongest skill!" Lazarus shouting.
"Blizzard's."
A snowstorm was created around Lazarus.
"Darkness Steps." Lazarus used a dark movement Skill and was suddenly in front of Ariana.
Ariana was shocked to see that and in her shock Lazarus kicked very hard Ariana's stomach.
"Ariana, my daughter you're very smart and good at strategy. A very blessed woman, but you repeatedly lose your composure in fighting." Lazarus said it used voice transmission.
"We will definitely be able to defeat you in the future." Ariana replied.
Iris and Alyssa immediately help Ariana, they find out that Ariana is seriously injured with such a strong attack. Lazarus had restrained himself.
As if nothing happened Lazarus stepped beside the Arena and sat down beside Felicity and the pregnant Lion Heart.
They stared at Lazarus without saying anything. Although Lazarus trained all his children hard, but that training could save his children in the future. Planet Antares is a world where the strong prey on the weak. Anything can happen in a fight, just one mistake can kill them. Like a juvenile lion that died by accidentally being bitten by a poisonous snake .
"Dad!" Leonhart and the others knelt down.
"Weak, do you dare to show your face before me?" Lazarus asked.
Arion gritted his teeth. "I'm too arrogant and arrogant with my strength."

Lazarus gently hugged the bodies of Reina and Akira.

"We don't have any energy left and are we going to get pregnant again?" Akira asked.
