Chaptre 414. 21 Treasures of Orion II.

Morning time.

The voice of the wild chicken beast sounded. Agenor slowly opened his eyes, he got up and felt pain in parts of his body.

Agenor glanced at Jean and Erica who were sleeping hugging each other leaning beside him. Agenor tried to remember everything that happened, then he let out a long sigh and got up from his bed.

Agenor came out of a simple tent made by Lazarus, this tent was made using feathers from various kinds of connected Beasts. Agenor walked out of the tent and breathed in the fresh air early in the morning.

"Lazarus!" Agenor screaming.

Helene who was carrying food heard Agenor's screaming voice immediately approaching her "Emperor Agenor, you should rest because your wounds have not fully recovered."

"I want to meet Lazarus and Altair." Agenor answered.

Erica and Jean, awakened from their slumber by the screams of Agenor, approach Agenor.

"Duchess Helene, I want to meet Grand Duke Lazarus Regulus to thank you." Jean says.

"Well, I'll take you to Lazarus and the others." Helene answered.

Lazarus, Altair, Amelia and the others were gathered and saw a match.

"Black Lion, bite him!" Lazarus shouting.

"Green Lion quickly defeat him!" Amelia screams.

Lazarus and Amelia are complaining about locusts. While Altair and the others gave spirit to the two grasshoppers.

Amelia's green grasshopper jumped, then bit the feet of Lazarus' green grasshopper. He then kicked the black locust Lazarus so hard, that the green locust Lazarus was thrown and flew away.

"Haha. I won!" Amelia laughed out loud.

"Amelia, you're just lucky." Lazarus said while giving 1000 Gold Coins to Amelia.

Agenor, Jean and Erica who saw the group of Lazarus who were complaining about locusts were very surprised. They were now in the Forest of Artemis and many people were fighting each other desperately to become champions of the Artemis Hunting Competition.

Yet the Lion Heart Empire's group of Representatives simply relaxed and pitted against the locusts. They had no idea what Lazarus, Altair and his group were up to, they had a strong group with dozens of high rank Beasts. But they are not looking for victory.

"Agenor, are you conscious?" Lazarus asked.

Agenor walked towards Lazarus, then sat down beside him. "Thank you, because you helped me."

"Haha. Agenor, I've forgotten the past and is she little Jean? She has grown into a very beautiful woman. Alastair and Jean have a 9-year age gap and are you interested in marrying my Son Alastair and your daughter Jean?" Lazarus asked.

Alastair has a red face, knowing that Jean is one of the most beautiful women in the Albion Empire. He had met Jean several times on the battlefield and Alastair did not mind making Jean his second wife.

"Lazarus, I thank you for saving us and I owe you so much. I'm Agenor Albion Emperor of the Albion Empire promised to always remember your kindness and will repay your kindness." Agenor says.

Jean and Erica kneel. They find out without the help of Lazarus' group, they will all die at the hands of Shion and his group.

"Agenor, however you are my family and Princess Erica, before I stayed at Artemis City Your father said to help you when you are in trouble." Lazarus patted Agenor on the shoulder.

Alastair gave out a storage Artifact containing 6 Legendary Beast Core, several Magical Beast Core, Demon Beast, Grand Demon Beast and Epic Beast.

"I only have 3 Legendary Beast Core, while the rest belong to the Darkness Eagle Empire group and the Nebula Empire. The Lion Heart Empire could enter the top 50 with that Beast Core." Agenor says.

"Agenor, I don't need it. I told you I'm not after the champion? I now have 1 Legendary Beast Core and you can have all of those Beast Core. Shion's group must have obtained the Beast Core by killing the other group and robbing their Beast Core." Lazarus smiled.

Agenor widened his eyes. "Why did you reject this Beast Core? If the Lion Heart Empire, entered the top 50, wouldn't it bear the name of the Lion Heart Empire?"

"Haha. The real victory is when we can come out alive from the Forest of Artemis. The dimensional gate will open in 13 days and you can get out, now the gate is closed. You know the Forest of Artemis is in the middle of the Lightning Storm Mountains one of the dangerous places on Planet Antares. We can only get out by passing through the extremely dangerous Lightning Storm Mountains." Lazarus asked.

"Agenor, Jean and Erica, you better go with us until the gates open." Altair says.

"All of our armor Artifacts were destroyed in battle. We only have Artifacts of weapons that must be repaired, when met with a strong enemy we fear our Weapon Artifacts are destroyed. We'll just be a burden to you." Agenor answered.

"Agenor, you guys won't be our burden since Urs carries a lot of Artifacts armor and weapons. We have taken into account everything before going to the Forest of Artemis and have prepared it carefully." Altair smile.

Lazarus took out the Artifact Armor and the Epic rank weapon, then gave it to Agenor, Jean and Erica.

"I just loaned it out and you guys will have to use that Epic Rank Weapon Artifact for a while. I'll refit your weapons because I'm a Black Smith of the Mythical realm." Lazarus says.

"Thank you." Agenor says.

Erica and Jean enter the tent to wear the light armor Artifacts given by Lazarus. Jean used an Epic White Dragon Rank light armor Artifact, while Erica wore an Epic Blue Dragon Rank light armor Artifact. They look so pretty.

"I love this armor and it looks so light." Erica smile.

Erica suddenly shed a lot of tears, she knelt down and sobbed. He lost his brother, uncle and best friend, he tried hard to accept reality and smiled. But she couldn't hold back her crying.

Athan Aslan who knew how Erica was feeling, he then got up and walked towards the long emerald green haired woman. Athan hugged Erica trembling body and rubbed her long hair.

"I lost my Grandfather and uncle in the Artemis Hunting Competition. I understand how you feel about being abandoned by someone you care about. You can let out all your tears here and don't hold it, everyone must have cried. Although you are a strong woman, but actually a woman's heart is very fragile." Athan says.

Jean hugged Agenor, then burst into tears. He has lost a friend who was considered his own brother, stepmother and lover. He always blamed himself for not listening to Duke Miles. Regret comes at the end not at the beginning, but it will be a valuable experience for all of them.

Lazarus took out a pack of cigarettes, The North brand and gave them to Altair, Alastair and the others. Ignis immediately creates a fire to burn Lazarus' cigarettes and the others.

"Can I ask for one?" Amelia asked.

Lazarus gives 1 to Amelia, then Ignis immediately lights Amelia's cigarette. Everyone has lived for a long time and has lost many of their loved ones.

They know that crying and being sad when they lose someone they love is what keeps them alive.

Helene started singing to cheer everyone up. Helene's voice was as melodious as that of an Elf, even everyone slowly slightly forgot about their grief.

A Five-Headed Element Dragon Beast flew over the Lazarus group. Agenor was very surprised and was getting ready to throw his spear. But Lazarus immediately stops Agenor, and Aiden lands beside Lazarus.

"Master, I found the Red Rose Rank Elite garden and in the middle of it was the Willow Tree not far from here." Aiden says.

Lazarus took out 5 spades. He gave it to Ares, Cleon, Athan and Edgard.

"Alright, we have to continue the journey." Lazarus said, inserting all tents into the Draupnir Ring.

Everyone was confused as to why Lazarus was carrying a shovel, but Edgard learned that Lazarus had a purpose by carrying a shovel.

Lazarus blew a whistle, then all the Beast contracts Lazarus gathered because he heard Lazarus whistle.

Helene blew the same whistle, Amora and the others immediately went towards Helene. 2 minutes later dozens of Beast tails gathered. Agenor, Jean and Erica were shocked to see so many high-ranked Beasts.

"Emerald, Amethyst and Adam, let Agenor and the others ride on your backs." Lazarus commanded.

"As you command, Master." Amethyst and the others answered.

"Master, what about the Beast corpses we hunted and the herbs we have found?" Nine-Element Hydra Alanna asked.

"Give the Beast's corpse and the poison element herbs to Alastair, give the non-toxic herbs to Helene and give the Beast's corpse to Amelia." Lazarus says.

The Lazarus group arrived at the area overgrown with many red roses, they saw a large Willow tree growing in the middle.

"Beautiful." Amelia says.

"This rose garden does not grow naturally, it seems that someone deliberately cut down the trees and left only one Willow tree in the middle. I don't know the purpose, but there must be a hidden mystery here." Helene says.

"Auu." The sound of wolves is heard. A herd of 21-tailed Green Forest Demon Beasts came out from within the Forest, they seemed to smell the scent of foreign Beasts entering their territory.

"Master, hand the wolf beast herd over to us." Ice Fenrir White Fang said, then walked towards the Green Forest Wolf Beast herd with Sirius and the others.

Black Scale Earth Dragon Brontes and Lazarus group went towards that Willow Tree, then Lazarus started digging around the tree using his shovel. Cleon, Brontes and the others were digging. 3 hours later Brontes found something, he found a white metal.

"Master, I found something." Earth Dragon Brontes said.

"Master, I found black metal here." Vermilion Snake Crimson said.

The Lazarus group stopped the excavation, then Crimson and Brontes gave the metal to Lazarus.2 small pieces of metal that emitted a strange aura, even though the metal was small. However, each metal weighs 1.7 kg and 2 kg.

"Metal Uru Rank Mythical!" Altair shouting.

"Emperor Altair, those 2 metals were more rare and valuable than ordinary Uru metals. Light Uru Metal and Dark Uru Metal, when common Uru metal has no element. Light Uru Metal has light element and Dark Uru Metal has dark element. I sensed that the two Uru metals were of a quality above Mythical Rank." Helene says.

"Let's continue the journey." Lazarus says.

"Urs, did your best friend keep the 2 Uru Metal Materials?" Altair asked.

Lazarus nodded. "My friend said 21 hidden treasures were stored in the Forest of Artemis, he had already explored the Forest of Artemis many times. We just found 2 treasures and there are still 19 places my friend's treasure that we have not found. The existence of all those treasures was in the outer and middle regions of the Artemis Forest."

"Urs, are you the Lazarus I know?" Agenor asked.

"Agenor, I am me and let's continue the journey." Lazarus says.

Lazarus guided all of his contracted Beasts to a place in the outer region of the Forest, then he saw a brown-leaved Willow tree.

Lazarus immediately walked through the bushes, while Lime and the others followed behind Lazarus. Alastair felt himself crashing into a defensive Barrier.

"Greenhouse Barrier artifacts, did someone create a hidden herb garden here?" Agenor asked.

Alastair pulled out his sword and used the Barrier core to search outside, a moment later he found the green pearl Artifact and destroyed it.

The barrier is destroyed and shows many short trunked trees measuring 30-10 centimeters in size with ovoid leaves. Everyone knows the tree.

"Mandrakes!"

Mandrake is a rare herb that has a variety of uses, but sometimes they are misused as drugs and Aphrodisiac raw materials. Mandrake has various types, but the ones that grow there are Mandrake Poison and Mandrake Dragon which are the largest types.

The 4th birth says that Mandrake must be planted with Mandrake Poison in order to breed well.

"5 Dragon Mandrake Mythical Rank, 1 Poison Mandrake Mythical Rank, 2 Poison Mandrake Legendary Rank, 7 Dragon Mandrake Legendary, 70 Mandrake Elite, Unique and Epic Rank. I thought they had already multiplied into hundreds, but they only numbered not to 100." Lazarus says.

Lazarus retracted the Dragon Mandrake Rank Elite and stored it into the Draupnir Ring. "Why are you just looking? You guys have to help me harvest Mandrake. Remember don't touch Mandrake with purple leaves because Mandrake is poisonous and when I unplug the Mythical Mandrake Rank you have to close your ears. Mandrake can yell out loud."

Altair and the Lion Heart Empire's Representatives helped uproot Mandrake. Agenor, Jean and Erica just stared at him with wide eyes.

"Agenor, you need to help. I'll give you your share after the Artemis Hunting Competition ends." Lazarus says.

"All right."

Lazarus and Helene were about to unplug the Mythical Mandrake Rank, everyone covered their ears. A moment later Lazarus and Helene pulled out Mandrake, everyone felt an extremely loud cry, even all the Beast contracts Lazarus away.

"Helene immediately put the Mandrake in the crate!" Lazarus shouting.

"All right."

Everyone rested while eating the Beast's meat. They seemed to be enjoying this journey, while the group of Agenor stared in puzzlement at Lazarus.

"Urs, where's our next trip?" Helene asked.

Lazarus took out a map he had made, then used a pen to mark the 3 regions they had passed through. In contrast to the Orion era now was the recovery era where many rare and valuable herbs grew in the Artemis Forest, for example the Rebirth Fire Dragon Tree , some Legendary and Mythical rank herbs that the Lazarus group accidentally discovered.

"We've already taken out 3 treasures in three places and the region near this swamp is where the Black Dragon Orchid Herbs grew. Not far from there was where the Black Heart Orchid grew up. In the area near this hill my friend hid 5 kg of Adamantine..." Lazarus marks the map of the Forest of Artemis.

"Haha. Mr. Urs, let's take all those treasures." Ares laughing.

The Lazarus group were adventuring in the Forest of Artemis, they were helping each other. Searching for herbs, materials and hunting Beasts, eating and having fun in the outer region of the Artemis Forest. They had yet to meet any other group hunting in the outer region of the Artemis Forest.

13 Days have passed, though, they had already obtained the 20 treasures left behind by Orion and now they were going to search for the last treasure that was the Heavenly Moonlight Lily Rank Void and some other herbs that grew at the top of the hill.

At night the wind blows hard. 12 People were climbing the hill using only their hands.

"Agenor, why don't we ride the flying Beast to go to the top of the hill?" Lazarus shouting.

"Haha. We have to train a lot in the grip strength of our hands and one of them is to climb a cliff with our hands." Agenor says.

"I'll go first." Helene said while riding the Golden Griffin Amor flew up the hill leaving Lazarus and the others.

The rock on Erica's foot collapsed, she couldn't keep her balance and was about to fall. But Athan immediately clasped the hand of the emerald green haired woman and the green graded blue eyes.

"Athan, I'm fine." Erica smiled brightly.

Athan felt his heart beating fast, as did Erica. Lazarus, Amelia, Jean and Agenor just smiled at them, then they continued their climb to the top of the hill.

The Lazarus group reached the top of the hill, they were very happy to see the beautiful night view on the top of the hill. The Beast Core they obtained could make them enter the top 50.

"Urs!" Helene yelling.

Everyone saw Helene carrying 5 stalks of Lily fruit that shone brightly in the darkness of the night.

"2 Heavenly Moonlight Lily Rank Void and 3 Heavenly Moonlight Lily Rank Mythical, she said there were only 2 Heavenly Moonlight Lily Rank Mythical it seemed that the flower had already grown a lot." Lazarus answered.

"Agenor, Erica and Jean, are you going to tell anyone about this trip?" Lazarus asked.

Agenor, Jean and Erica do soul oaths and soul covenants will not tell any of this to anyone else. So did Amelia, Altair and the others.

Everyone enjoyed the view of the night sky from the top of the hill. Looking at the full moon and the beautiful stars.

"I gained valuable experience in the Artemis Hunting Competition, I now know that winning is not everything." Agenor smile.

"Sad.. I hate to admit it, but this trip was a wonderful experience." Amelia smiled.

"Agenor, I will send your share after we return to the Lion Heart Empire." Altair says.

"Haha. Take it easy, I'll share it fairly." Lazarus laughing.

Everyone is waiting in the Colosseum. The dimensional gate opened, then the Royal Representatives, the Empire and the Great Powers started to exit.

They were filled with a bloodthirsty aura, like wild Beasts even though it had only been 2 Weeks in the Artemis Forest.

Regina and the 6 representatives of the Red Dragon Empire came out from the dimensional gate, they lost 2 people. They saw that the group of Continent Adventurers Guild only had 2 people left, everyone knew that only a few people survived.

Feng Yuwen helped the injured Feng Yan to walk, they lost 2 people and looked seriously injured. Yet Emperor Feng Yun was grateful that all his children could survive.

Iris prayed for the safety of Lazarus and his group. Gardenia, Ariana and Akari were staring at the dimensional gate with dim eyes.

The Zephyra Empire Group, the Boreas Empire Group, the Golden Bank Group, the Moonlight Frost Empire Group, the Black Scorpion Orchid Organization Group, the Nightmare Empire Group came out one by one and went to the altar for the Beast Core calculation.

There is no one who comes out of the Gate dimension and only 1 hour left until the Gate dimension is closed again.

But the Lazarus group led by Altair who rode the Golden Lion Namean with the remaining group of Albion Empire 2 people and the Silver Deer Empire Group which left one person out of the Gate dimension.

Everyone stared at the Lazarus group with wide eyes. Everyone did not see the Lion Heart Empire group in the Artemis Forest and thought they were all dead.

"Rooooarrr!" Ludger roars to break the silence.

"Do you think we're dead?" Lazarus smiled broadly as he carried the Regalia scythe on his shoulders.

Alastair took out 15 white coffins, then the Nobles of the Albion Empire and the Nobles of the Silver Deer Empire immediately entered the arena of the Colosseum. They knew the bodies in the coffin were their family and friends.

Agenor went to the Honesty Altar and handed over his hunted Beast Core, then Altair followed behind Agenor to hand over their hunted Beast Core.

"Lazarus!" Iris ran towards Lazarus and hugged him.

"I'm fine, we're back safely." Lazarus says.

"Black Cat, are you right to only play in the outer region of the Artemis Forest?" Alcander asked.

Lazarus touched Alcander's shoulder and whispered something in Alcander's ear. Everyone was curious as to what Lazarus whispered into Alcander's ears, but Alcander's expression began to turn furious.

Hector and the 7 Imperial Representatives of the Beastman approached Lazarus. "Haha. I'm glad you're okay."

"Hector, I'm glad you're okay, too."

"We are not fine, we are fighting with the Alliance Group Alliance of the 4th Continent Marcenary and Mr. Ryan lost his 5th Beast Fenrir contract. My best friend Ragin was also killed while fighting with them." A golden tiger Beastman race man carrying a sky blue colored spear said, he is Alger.

"I'm glad you're okay." Lazarus smiled.

Kyros and Reeee climbed onto the podium and will announce who the top 50 winners are in the Artemis Hunting Competition.
